  • Recent advances in the 4th Industrial Revolution have accelerated the change of the working environment, such that the paradigm of education has been shifted in accordance with career education including the free semester system and the high school credit system. While the purpose of those systems is students' self-motivated career exploration, educational limitations for teachers and students exist due to the rapid change of the information on education. Also, education technology research to tackle these limitations is relatively insufficient. To this end, this study first defines three requirements that education technologies for the career education system should consider. Then, through data-driven artificial intelligence technology, this study proposes a data system and an artificial intelligence recommendation model that incorporates the topics for career exploration, courses, and majors in one scheme. Finally, this study demonstrates that the set-based artificial intelligence model shows satisfactory performances on recommending career education contents such as courses and majors, and further confirms that the actual application of this system in the educational field is acceptable.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how information use behavior and satisfaction appear by personality type for liberal arts learning among college students, and to propose a customized information service plan that can help college students study in university libraries. To this end, a survey was conducted on 169 university students enrolled in C University. The analysis consisted of demographic characteristics, MBTI personality type, information use behavior, satisfaction, and university library service perception survey. Frequency analysis, cross-analysis, multinomial logistic regression, one-way ANOVA, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed on the collected data using the SPSS 29 statistical program. As a result of the study, first, significant results were found in 'preferred information sources', 'information source consideration factors', and 'information collection patterns' according to personality type. Second, there were statistically significant differences in satisfaction according to personality type in 'system utilization ability', 'data selection ability', and 'the degree of recognition of the usefulness of learning activities'. Third, in the relationship between preferred information sources and satisfaction based on personality types and information use behaviors, there appears to be an inverse relationship when the content includes various topics with a lack of academic depth or expertise. However, the preference for 'social media' is positively correlated with 'satisfaction with search results,' as it provides diverse perspectives and viewpoints in liberal education

  • Recently, most companies are using information technology and its importance is emphasized daily. In an environment where technology is changing rapidly, organizations focus on making good use of reasonable information technology. However, having excellent human resources and reducing turnover is a problem for most organizations. Accordingly, job satisfaction is a factor that can reduce negative factors and enhance positive factors. Therefore, this study explored the factors that can improve job satisfaction. In this regard, this study conducted an empirical analysis on employees who work in small and medium-sized Korean enterprises. We focused on mobile instruction and mobile information sharing as reasonable factors that improve employee job satisfaction. In addition, we examined the effects of employee self-efficacy to increase the influence of reasonable mobile task instruction and mobile information sharing on job satisfaction. Through the results, this research suggests ways to improve employee job satisfaction in the field of small and medium-sized Korean enterprises. It also provides practical implications and discusses future research directions.

  • This study aims to investigate the influence of personality styles on information seeking behaviors of undergraduate students. To this end, first, Korean Enneagram Personality Training Indicator (KEPTI) tool was used to measure Enneagram personality styles. Next, to measure information seeking activities, 200 of undergraduate students were recruited, and a questionnaire with 13 questions was designed. The questions included information usage motivation, how to collect and search scholarly information, challenges faced in the search process, level of satisfaction, and the use of SNS (Social Network Service). This research concluded that personality traits affected information seeking behavior and Enneagram types of each center of energy consistently did not show similar information seeking behavior.

  • This paper proposes a practical linear recursive robust motion deblurring filter using the inertial sensor measurements for strapdown image seekers. The angular rate information obtained from the gyro mounted on the missile is used to define the PSF(point spread function). Since the gyro output contains a unknown but bounded bias error. the motion blur image model can be expressed as the linear uncertain system. In consequence, the motion deblurring problem can be cast into the robust Kalman filtering which provides reliable state estimates even in the presence of the parametric uncertainty due to the gyro bias. Through the computer simulations using the actual IR scenes, it is verified that the proposed algorithm guarantees the robust motion deblurring performance.

  • The primary purpose of this study is to compare printed index and abstract user's behaviours with digital index and abstract user's behaviours, and to verify of structured characteristics of a printed index and abstract. The major findings are as follows: (1) When the research topic is not specified enough, users tend to rely on printed indexes and abstracts search, whereas they utilize digital form in order to do retrospective search in the stage of research when the topic is determined. (2) Printed index and abstract users are expecting small number of literatures in search, whereas digital index and abstract users are expecting large number of literatures to be found The former are more satisfied with the result of search than the latter. (3) Digital index and abstract users experience more search failure than printed Index and abstract users. When they fail to find wanted materials, both users turn to the other form of indexes and abstracts. (4) Printed index and abstract users shows significantly less knowledge on online searching than digital index and abstract users.

  • This paper provides theoretical background on the relationship between social worker's Job satisfaction and Self-efficacy for Empirical Search. According to previous researches, the more social workers feel self-efficacy the better they select their jobs actively and work very hard. In addition, they are more likely to challenge constantly and have more possibility to carry out their tasks successfully. However, it is assumed that there are theoretical differences in Social Welfare Area compared with other Social Science Area due to the particularity of Social Worker's Job and tasks. Therefore, the aims of this paper is to review theoretical background on the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Self-efficacy in other Social Science Area and provide the groundwork for the expansion of Social Work Practice Research Area through Empirical Analysis in the future.

  • As interest in the audiobook market is growing, this study examined the influence of audiobook usage on purchase intention. An online survey was conducted in December 2020 targeting those in their 20s to 40s with experience using audiobooks. PLS-SEM was employed and the results are as follows. First, information, relaxation, and convenience motivation of audiobooks had a positive impact on user satisfaction. Second, while innovativeness of users had a positive impact on satisfaction, multitasking did not significantly affect satisfaction. Third, satisfaction had a positive impact on continued use and purchase intention. Finally, the continued use intention positively affected the purchase intention. This study is significant as an early study on the use of audiobooks. It is also meaningful in that it explored the process of evolving books in accordance with changes in technology and market demand.
