The goal of this study is to suggest a scheme to vitalize the National Archives of Korea's education programs for children. For this we researched the cases in Korea and abroad operating education programs for children actively. Through analysis we suggested a course of improvement to vitalize the National Archives of Korea's education programs, policy, organization, staff for children. For an area of policy we suggested a stipulation of education program and an exclusive organization and staff placement for an area of organization and staff, an education program which is different from other cultural organization for a program.

본 연구에서는 환대산업 종사원들의 직무 스트레스가 조직시민행동에는 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 또한 직무스트레스와 조직시민행동사이에서 가족기능이 매개역할을 하는지를 알아보고자 한다. 환대산업 종사원들의 직무 및 역할과 조직시민행동에 관련한 연구들을 살펴보면 환대산업 종사원들은 보다 나은 업무결과를 위하여, 업무 스트레스를 경험하게 되고 이 업무 스트레스는 조식시민행동을 낮게하는 변수로 작용하게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 호텔기업 종사원들의 직무스트레스가 조직시민행동에 어떤 영향관계에 있는지를 실증적으로 분석해보고 그 영향관계에서 가족기능은 어떤 매개역할을 하는지를 알아보고자 한다.

This study was carried out to analyze the design pattern on engineering design curriculum P University based on the curriculum design model. For this study, the relation model between organizational factors by Drake & Burns(2004) and university curriculum design pattern Toohey(1999) were used as a frame of the analysis. From the analysis, we confirmed following results. Firstly, the relation between the subjects in the engineering design curriculum was designed to acquire the knowledges of facts, topics, and concepts and then to improve low-level skills, broad-range skills, and high-level skills related to engineering design sequently. Secondly, the design pattern of the engineering design curriculum analyzed in this paper is project and problem based structure. This result will be useful for reviewing and improving the relation between engineering design curriculum.

Main drivers of knowledge activities such as knowledge sharing and utilization are individual members of an organization and thus knowledge management strategies should be discussed in relationships with human resource management. This study analyzes the effects on knowledge sharing and knowledge utilization of human resource management practices such as training, participation in decision-making, performance appraisal and compensation system in local government. The results show that training and performance appraisal and compensation system are significantly influential factors for the knowledge sharing and knowledge utilization. Lessons and implications of this study for management leadership are presented.

This paper examines the influence of neutralization techniques and voluntary actions on intention to comply information security policy. Data were collected through an online survey and hypothesis results were all hypotheses were supported. The results of this study improve understanding on the voluntary nature of employee behavior for participating in the organization's policies and the rationalization of the employees trying weakening the organization's policy intentions. The organization shoud implement specific education and training in order to suppress the rationalization of employees and develop a plan to have a kinship with the employees of the organization.

컴퓨터 교과의 중요성에 비추어 볼 때 컴퓨터 교육이 독립교과로 채택되어야 함에도 재량시간으로 실시되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본고에서는 각 교과별 수업 내용 분석을 통해 컴퓨터 교과의 수업 내용 체계화를 연구하여 독립교과로서의 자리잡는데 기여하고자 한다. 우선 타교과 수업 내용 분석을 하였으며 각 교과의 내용 체계에서 컴퓨터 교과로 선정할만한 내용들을 조직하여 컴퓨터 교과의 내용 체계를 제시해 보았다.

대학도서관이 수행해야 할 보다 적극적이고 활동적인 서비스 형태로 이용자 학술지원을 위한 지식관리시스템의 모형, 즉 T 대학의 특수교육분야 중에서 장애인의 전환교육에 관련한 지식관리시스템 모형을 설계하였다. 이러한 지식관리시스템은 기존의 도서관 서비스의 확장된 영역으로 T 대학의 특성화를 달성할 수 있는 전문화된 서비스를 제공할 수 있고 전환교육에 대한 형식적 지식과 함께 조직구성원의 암묵적 지식을 축적함으로써 최신성 있는 데이터베이스를 유지할 수 있다.

As the open innovation paradigm spreads, the ability to search for new external knowledge and combine it with the organization's existing knowledge has been cosidered to play an important role in improving business performance of a company. This study empirically analyzed the influence of such organizational variables as empowering leadership, organizational learning culture, and interdepartmental cooperation on business performance of innovative technology SMEs focusing on the mediating effects of absorption capacity. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 15,227 INNOBIZ SMEs, and 326 usable questionnaires were collected and analyzed using the structural equation model. Statistical analyses showed that the direct influence of empowering leadership, organizational learning culture, and interdepartmental cooperation on business performance was not found, but indirect effects of three organizational variables on business performance proved significant using absorption capacity as a mediating variable. This result also indicates that empowering leadership, organizational learning culture, and interdepartmental cooperation are important antecedent variables of absorption capacity.

본 연구에서는 예비교사의 인공지능 융합교육 역량 강화를 위한 캡스톤 디자인 기법 활용 인공지능 융합교육 프로그램을 개발하고 효과를 검증하였다. 개발된 교육 프로그램은 예비교사들이 스크래치 프로그래밍과 머신러닝포키즈, 캡스톤 디자인의 이해를 바탕으로, 인공지능 활용 융합 수업을 위한 주제 선정, 수업 설계 및 개발 후, 마이크로티칭을 하고 동료 평가 및 피드백을 하도록 조직되었다. 이는 2022년 1학기 K대학의 교양 강좌를 수강하는 예비교사들에게 처치되었다. 그 결과, 실험 대상자들의 인공지능 교수효능감의 사전-사후 t-검정에서 통계적으로 유의한 효과가 있음을 확인되었다.

교육인적자원부는 교육행정 전반의 효율성을 높이고 교원 업무 환경 개선을 위하여 교육행정정보시스템(NEIS)를 시행하고 있다. 그러나 교육행정정보시스템의 도입단계에서 시스템의 보안성 취약과 개인정보에 대한 해킹 우려 등의 이유로 교육행정정보시스템이 정착되지 못하였으나 NEIS의 27개 영역 중 개인정보를 많이 담고 있는 교무/학사, 입(진)학, 보건을 분리 별도의 서버를 구축하는 NEIS 교무업무시스템이 탄생하였다. 따라서 NEIS 교무업무시스템 활용하여 전자문서를 활용하여 이를 통한 교원업무가 경감되어 학교교육행정의 효율성을 모색할 필요성을 느끼게 되었다. 본 연구는 NEIS 교무업무시스템 활용에 따른 교원업무의 효율성을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 시스템 개선점 도출 및 편리성이 증진되었고 업무조직의 효율적인 분장 및 업무승인을 전자결재로 시행함으로써 시간단축 효과가 큰 것으로 나타났고 교원의 교무업무도 획기적으로 단축시켜 교원 업무의 효율성도 증진시켰다. 또한 교무업무시스템의 활용으로 소요시간과 예산이 절감되었다. 교무업무시스템의 이러한 교원 업무 경감 효과에 비추어 향후 과제를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교무업무시스템의 원활한 운영을 위하여 네트워크 정비나 성능 좋은 컴퓨터가 확보되어야 하고 둘째, 업무 효율화를 위해서 시스템 내에서의 업무 승인 기능이 확대되어야 하며 교원의 업무경감 및 시스템 운영의 활성화를 위해서 훈령을 학교현장의 여건에 맞추어 정비 보완해야 하며, 시스템 운영의 표준화를 위한 제도 개선이 필요하다.
