본 연구에서는 증권사 정보시스템의 아웃소싱 성과에 영향을 미치는 기업특성적 변인에 대해 파악하고자, 아웃소싱 수혜기업인 증권사의 조직 및 부문적 특성이 아웃소싱 정도의 매개효과를 통해 아웃소싱 성과(업무효용성, 업무능률성, 업무생산성, 예산감소율)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 검증하였다. 증권사의 조직적 특성(경쟁전략, 재무능력)이 아웃소싱 정도를 매개로 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증한 가설 1과 증권사의 부문적 특성(업무특수성, IT 자원, IT 역량)이 아웃소싱 정도를 매개로 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증한 가설 2를 실증분석한 결과, 경쟁전략, 재무능력, 업무특수성, IT 자원, IT 역량의 요인들이 아웃소싱 정도를 통해 업무효용성과 예산감소율에 영향을 주는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 재무능력, IT 역량 등이 업무효용성, 예산감소율과 같은 정보시스템 아웃소싱의 성과에 상대적으로 많은 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 정보시스템 아웃소싱 정도의 매개효과를 확인할 수 있었다.

This study analyzes the effects of the absorptive capacity on the technology innovation and commercialization capacities and the management performance. Based on previous studies, the absorptive capacity is sub-classified into the exploratory absorptive capacity and the exploitative absorptive capacity, which are set as independent variables, to analyze their effects on the technology innovation and commercialization capacities. In short, the absorptive capacity has positive effects on the technology innovation and commercialization capacities. In addition, the technology innovation capacity and the technology commercialization capacity have positive effects on the management performance. The findings confirm that the absorptive capacity is an important factor impacting on the corporate innovation, and suggest that businesses should recognize the importance of the absorptive capacity as a guideline for developing their strategies for technological innovation.

본 연구는 컴퓨터시스템을 이용한 맞춤형 정음기반 한국어 학습 지원시스템의 효율적인 모델에 관한 연구 논문으로서, IMS/AICC 국제규격을 준수하는 LCMS와 SCORM 기반의 정음 정보처리로 한국어 교육이 가능한 학습지원시스템에 구축 시스템의 세부 모음들을 정의하였다. 주 내용은 학습자의 학습결과와 학습 습관을 분석 평가하여 자가 주도 식으로 학습할 수 있는 기능을 제공한 것이다. 본 연구는 효율적인 PMS 세부모듈 시스템은 물론, 표준 역량모델관리시스템, 학습자 개별 역량 관리시스템, 역량저장 및 저장소, 커뮤니티를 활용한 역량 모델기반의 지식관리시스템, 교육 수요분석용 e-Survey시스템, 모바일 학습지원서비스 시스템 등이다. 앞으로 클라우드컴퓨팅 기술을 적용한 외국인을 위한 정음기반 한국어 학습지원시스템 구축 표준 모델을 제시하였다.

The focus of our work is to identify and understand the drivers of alliance performance so that businesses can maximize their chances of a successful alliance-an area that has received little attention in empirical modeling. Although both conceptual and applied research on alliances has increased, an empirically tested comprehensive theoretical model that explains alliance performance has yet to be developed. Using five salient perspective, namely market power theory, transaction cost theory, the resource-based view, institutional theory, real option theory, this paper attempts to provide a theoretical rationale linking motives of global alliance networks on firm's capabilities, partner's capabilities, operating structures, and performances of Korean companies. The key contribution of this study is that it paints a picture of what matters in driving alliance performance. Our work shows the complex nature of driving performance and the interplay of firm's capabilities, partner's capabilities, and operating structures for understanding alliance performances. This study has given us a small but significant step forward towards understanding the intricacies of alliance performance. We are now better able to understand the respective roles played by various alliance factors and derive insights that lead to improved alliance performance.

This study aimed to analyze the content of Records Data Management (RDM) training programs provided by 51 out of 121 university libraries in North America that implemented RDM services, and to provide implications from the results. For the content analysis, 317 titles of classroom training programs and 42 headings at the highest level from the tables of content of online tutorials were collected and coded based on 12 data literacy competencies identified from previous studies. Among classroom training programs, those regarding data processing and analysis competency were offered the most. The highest number of the libraries provided classroom training programs in relation to data management and organization competency. The third most classroom training programs dealt with data visualization and representation competency. However, each of the remaining 9 competencies was covered by only a few classroom training programs, and this implied that classroom training programs focused on the particular data literacy competencies. There were five university libraries that developed and provided their own online tutorials. The analysis of the headings showed that the competencies of data preservation, ethics and data citation, and data management and organization were mainly covered and the difference existed in the competencies stressed by the classroom training programs. For effective RDM training program, it is necessary to understand and support the education of data literacy competencies that researchers need to draw research results, in addition to competencies that university librarians traditionally have taught and emphasized. It is also needed to develop educational resources that support continuing education for the librarians involved in RDM services.

According to analysis of the effectiveness of digital textbooks for the last three years, it was turned out that student's ICT ability is the most effective factor, Also, that is the basic ability required to use digital textbooks. Therefore, in this paper, the effects of ICT ability on various factors were analyzed. For this purpose, after the level of learner's ICT ability was divided into upper, middle, and lower, and the effects of each level on social competency(communication ability, collaboration ability) were analyzed. As a result, It turned out that student's ICT ability has a close correlation with social competency(communication ability, collaboration ability), and has a significant effect on that. In particular, the group with lower level of ICT ability had the greatest influence on social competency(communication ability, collaboration ability), and the group with upper level had the greatest influence on that in score improvement. Therefore, this paper suggests that various types of ICT literacy education are needed to use effective digital textbooks.

Therefore, in this paper, the effects of computer literacy on various factors were analyzed. For this purpose, after the level of learner's computer literacy was divided into upper, middle, and lower, and the effects of each level on cognitive aspects ability(problem solving ability, self-directed learning ability, and critical thinking ability) were analyzed. As a result, It turned out that the learner 's computer literacy has a close correlation with cognitive aspects ability(problem solving ability, self-directed learning ability, and critical thinking ability), and has a significant effect on cognitive aspects ability. In particular, the group with lower level of computer literacy had the greatest influence on the cognitive aspects ability, and the group with upper level had the greatest influence on the cognitive aspects ability in score improvement. Therefore, this paper suggests that various types of computer literacy education are needed to use effective digital textbooks.

This research focused on the major determinants for the technology roadmap utilization of the R&D project after the adoption of the technology roadmap in the R&D intensive organization. The study was performed based on both theoretical study and qualitative case study approaches. The results of this study are summarized as in cases where the R&D project team has higher organizational capability - specifically, relation and research capability, even more technology roadmap is used. In terms of the needs of times, this study regarding the technology roadmap utilization is anticipated to be a good reference for the R&D-oriented organizations and technology-related studies in coming years.

Along with the development of advanced technology as well as the trend of becoming information society where all different cultures become convergent, communication competence is becoming one of the most important. Therefore, universities are making efforts to open and operate a related curriculum regarding communication competence as the most needed core competence in cultivating competitive men of ability. Accordingly, this study is going to suggest courses and detailed contents for developing communication courses to enhance undergraduates' core competence. The contents of communication subjects include the course outline, objectives, manner of lecturing, evaluation, weekly learning topics, learning objectives, and learning contents, and so on. This study will lay the ground for cultivating undergraduates' communication skills effectively and improving their core competence further to lead their college life soundly based on the understanding of communication. Also, this study will form a field of cultivating competent persons who can create social value through systematic education on communication competence which is the most emphasized as core competence that the members of universities or societies should be equipped with.

Although software education pursues developing learners' computational thinking skills, more studies are needed in terms of designing software education lessons to enhance CT skills and to measure the effects of the lessons. This study aims to investigate the effects of a course designed to enhance pre-service teachers' CT skills by using CT-based teaching materials. Through a literature review the study has selected the five core competencies of CT: algorithmic thinking, evaluation, problem decompositions, abstraction, and generalization. The participants of the study are 47 pre-service teachers who took the one-semester course in a national university of education. A survey was developed and conducted and qualitative analyses on the team projects were performed focusing on the core competencies of CT. The results revealed pre-service teachers' perceived degree of experiencing CT and their competencies represented in their projects. The present study provides important implications to future software education programs in terms of designing and implementing of software education.
