The Effects of Early Childhood Teachers' Playfulness, Teachers'Positive Play Beliefs and Teaching Efficacy on Play on Teachers' Strategies of Problem Behavior Guidance (교사의 놀이성과 놀이신념, 놀이교수효능감이 문제행동지도전략에 미치는 영향)

  • This study focused on the relationships among teachers'playfulness, teachers'positive play beliefs, teaching efficacy on play and teacher's strategies of problem behavior guidance, and especially the mediating effects of teaching efficacy on children's play. Subjects were 151 early childhood teachers in Seoul and Chungcheungnam-do. The collected data were analyzed using simple regression, hierarchical multiple regression and the Sobel test. The main results of this study were as follows. First, teachers' playfulness and teachers'positive play beliefs had a positive influence on their proactive, positive reactive strategies of problem behaviors. On the other hand, teachers' positive play beliefs had a negative influence on their negative reactive strategies of problem behaviors. Second, teachers' playfulness and teachers'positive play beliefs had a positive influence on their teaching efficacy on play. Finally, the effects of teachers' playfulness on their proactive, positive reactive strategies of problem behaviors of preschoolers were totally mediated by their teaching efficacy on play.

  • The effects of strategic partnership can be positive or negative. This paper intends to explain why the partnership produces opposite results. This paper incorporates strategic behavioral direction and perceived values for relational performance. The conceptual model as well as empirical analysis was made and the results are as follows. First, this study uses bi-directional decomposition of two research constructs. The first construct of perceived values is classified into benefits and risks. Also, the behavioral directions are either active or passive behaviors. The critical path is found that the perceived benefits make significant effects on active behavioral direction which does on commitment. Another path is that the perceived risks make passive behavioral direction which results in opportunistic behaviors between strategically partnered firms.

  • 로보코드는 사용자가 직접 제작할 수 있는 슈팅게임 환경으로서, 이를 이용한 경진대회가 개최되고 있다. 매우 다양한 작전을 구사하는 로봇들이 인터넷을 통해 공개되지만, 대부분의 전략은 사람이 직접 설계하여 행동이 단순하고, 변화하는 환경에 따라 행동을 구사하는데에 어려움을 가지고 있다. 이로 인해 아무리 훌륭한 전략을 가지고 있더라도 환경적 요소에 따라 예상치 못한 이벤트가 발생했을 경우 적절한 행동을 선택하여 행하기가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 동적인 환경에서 적절한 행동을 선택하는 행동선택 네트워크를 이용하여 상대 전략에 따라 적절한 행동을 선택하는 방법을 제안하고 로보코드에 적용하여 실험하였다. 실험결과, 상대 탱크의 전략에 따라 다양한 행동들을 자동으로 선택하였으며, 경기 결과로 그 전략의 우수성이 입증되었다.

Analysis of Kickers' Strategic Actions for Finishing in Penalty Shoot-outs (승부차기 상황에서의 키커의 골 결정 전략행동 분석)

  • The present study aims to analyze kickers' strategic actions for finishing in penalty shoot-outs among youth soccer players ultimately to increase success rates of shoot-outs and to score a victory. Subjects were experienced 271 soccer players attending high schools located around the capital area. To determine any difference in strategic actions for finishing in penalty shoot-outs among the subjects, frequency analysis or chi-square was used for the analysis. The analysis found the following points: First, the success or failure rates of kickers in penalty shoot-outs were found to depend on subjects' experiences as soccer players. Second, in terms of kickers' shooting qualities, they were found to shoot on goal regardless of shooting positions. Third, an important factor to enhance the shoot-outs probability was found to be a strategic action through the eyes. Fourth, in view of the strategic actions prior to kickers' shooting, goalies were found to check out kickers' positions first and estimate the directions and qualities of shooting via kickers' body actions and eye lines.

  • 소매업이 영속기업 으로서 생존하고 지속적으로 성장하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 경쟁상대와의 사이에서 차별화가 가능한 경쟁 업태전략의 전개가 필요하다. 왜냐하면 소매업의 역사는 소매업의 혁신에 의한 경쟁과 구조의 변화과정이라고 볼 수 있는데 그 과정 속에는 소매업 그 자신이 제공하는 제품 서비스의 특징과 소비자의 구매행동과 의식의 변화가 있었기 때문이다. 연구는 주로 소매업에 있어서의 소비자와 경쟁이라는 2가지 요인을 줌심으로 이론 검토를 행함과 동시에 소비자의 소매업태 선택행동에 관한 질문표 조사연구를 실시함으로서 소매전략의 전개 방향성을 제시하려 하였으며 그 예로서 업태개발 전환을 포함하는 소비자 지향의 새로운 소매전략의 전개와 점포로열티 강화전략을 들고있다.

산업경기순환 하에서 투자행동 비동기화의 효과

  • 본 연구는 경기순환이 심한 대규모 장치산업에서 투자행동을 어떻게 하는 것이 경기순환의 악영향을 최소화하면서 수익성을 극대화시키는가를 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 대규모 장치산업에서는 호황기에 투자가 집중되는데, 완공까지 걸리는 시간 때문에 적정 수준을 넘어 투자가 이루어지고 이것이 다시 불황기를 불러옴으로써 경기순환이 반복된다. 위와 같은 장치산업의 특성을 반영하여 산업 동태모형을 구성하고 다양한 전략들에 대해 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일반적인 투자행동 방식인 시황순응 투자는 경기순환에 따른 수익의 부침을 초래할 뿐만 아니라 그것을 지속시킨다. 둘째, 가동률의 신축적 조절이나 설비구축기간의 단축과 같은 유연화 전략은 수익성의 제고와 수익 안정화에 크게 기여한다. 셋째, 수요가 정체된 시장에서는 일정한 투자가 바람직하고, 수요가 성장하는 시장에서는 시황에 역행하는 투자가 바람직하다. 결국 경기순환이 존재하는 산업에서는 유연화 전략 및 변형투자 전략을 통해서 투자행동을 경쟁업체들과 비동기화 시키는 것이 바람직하다.

Cooperative Strategies and Swarm Behavior in Distributed Autonomous Robotic Systems based on Artificial Immune System (인공면역 시스템 기반 자율분산로봇 시스템의 협조 전략과 군행동)

  • In this paper, we propose a method of cooperative control (T-cell modeling) and selection of group behavior strategy (B-cell modeling) based on immune system in distributed autonomous robotic system (DARS). Immune system is living body's self-protection and self-maintenance system. These features can be applied to decision making of optimal swarm behavior in dynamically changing environment. For applying immune system to DARS, a robot is regarded as a ?3-cell, each environmental condition as an antigen, a behavior strategy as an antibody and control parameter as a T-cell respectively. When the environmental condition (antigen) changes, a robot selects an appropriate behavior strategy (antibody). And its behavior strategy is stimulated and suppressed by other robot using communication (immune network). Finally much stimulated strateby is adopted as a swarm behavior strategy. This control scheme is based on clonal selection and immune network hypothesis, and it is used for decision making of optimal swarm strategy. Adaptation ability of robot is enhanced by adding T-cell model as a control parameter in dynamic environments.

A Study on the Parents' and Teachers' Recognition Level about the Causes of Behavior among Children with Behavioral Problems and the Teachers' Teaching Strategies for Problem Behaviors of Children (문제행동유아의 행동원인에 대한 부모-교사의 인식수준과 교사의 지도전략에 관한 연구)

  • This study examined the difference between parents' and teachers' recognition about problem behaviors of children. The findings showed that there was a distinct difference between parents' and teachers' recognition about all problem behaviors of children. Especially, teachers had more recognition about problem behaviors of children than parents. And the reactive interaction and the actual prevention in educational institutions were preferred in the difference between parents' and teachers' recognition about a teaching strategy for children, such that teachers had significantly higher recognition about a teaching strategy for children than parents did, while there was no significant difference in the strategy for social emotion. This means that teachers should originally control and manage various problem behaviors based on the common teaching strategy, which is socio-emotionally recognized, rather than the biased teaching strategy. But the teaching strategy of reactive interaction is preferred in accordance with the type of problem behaviors between teachers and children and the children who show problem behaviors. Especially, teaching strategies of reactive interaction and actual prevention focused on the inhibition and prevention of children's problem behaviors are preferred in light of children's characteristics of many unexpected problem behaviors.

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate relationship between teacher's emotional intelligence, consciousness of professionalism, and strategies of problem behavior guidance of early childhood. Methods: The subjects in this study were 237 childcare center teachers in Seoul and Gyoungi Province in South Korea. Three different inventories were utilized. As for data analysis, the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and Multiple Regressions were conducted through SPSS 21.0 program. Results: The findings of the study were discussed as follows. First, emotional intelligence of teacher had the relationship with strategies of problem behavior guidance of early childhood. Second, consciousness of professionalism of teacher had the relationship with strategies of problem behavior guidance of early childhood. Conclusion/Implications: First, The findings showed that as teachers had the high level of ability in recognizing and expressing their emotion preciously, so the elements triggering the situation of problem were identified and captured, and the ability of use of preventive strategies in advance increased.   • 강화 학습은 누적 보상 값을 최대화할 수 있는 행동 선택 전략을 학습하는 온라인 학습의 한 형태이다. 효과적인 강화학습을 위해 학습 에이전트가 매 순간 고민해야 하는 문제가 탐험(exploitation)과 탐색(exploration)의 문제이다. 경험과 학습이 충분치 않은 상태의 에이전트는 어느 정도의 보상 값을 보장하는 과거에 경험한 행동을 선택하느냐 아니면 보상 값을 예측할 수 없는 새로운 행동을 시도해봄으로써 학습의 폭을 넓힐 것이냐를 고민하게 된다. 특히 단일 에이전트에 비해 상태공간과 행동공간이 더욱 커지는 다중 에이전트 시스템의 경우, 효과적인 강화학습을 위해서는 상태 공간 축소방법과 더불어 탐색의 기회가 많은 행동 선택 전략이 마련되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 로봇축구 Keepaway를 위한 효율적인 다중 에이전트 강화학습 방법을 설명한다. 이 방법의 특징은 상태 공간 축소를 위해 함수근사방법의 하나인 타일 코딩을 적용하였고, 다양한 행동 선택을 위해 룰렛 휠 선택 전략을 적용한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이 방법의 효과를 입증하기 위한 실험결과를 소개한다.
