Wirelss ATM(무선 ATM) 통신망은 차세대 무선 통합망으로서 새로운 광대역 무선 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하고 기존의 이동통신 서비스를 보다 저렴한 가격 및 우수한 품질로 제공함을 목표로 하고 있다. 이는 무선 채널을 통해 이동환경에서도 유선 ATM 망과 접속할 수 있고 유선 ATM 망에서 지원하는 다양한 형태의 광대역 서비스들을 지원할 수 있는 유선 ATM 망의 확장된 개념이다. 현재 무선 ATM의 기술 표준화는 유럽, 미국, 일본 등 국가 및 지역 표준화 기구와 ATM Forum, ITU 등 국제 표준화 기구를 통해 진행되고 있으며 ATM Forum에서 이를 주도해 나가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 무선 ATM에 대한 표준화의 중심적 역할을 하고 있는 ATM Forum의 활동을 중심으로 표준화 동향을 살펴 보는데 무선 ATM의 개념, 시스템 구성, 프로토콜 구조, 기능 요소 및 인터페이스, 표준화 연구 항목 및 표준화 쟁점 사항등에 대해 중점적으로 다룬다.

2000년 1월 28일에 영재교육진흥법이 제정 ${\cdot}$ 공포되었고, 2002년 4월 18일에 영재교육진흥법시행령이 공포됨에 따라 본격적으로 공교육 차원의 영재교육이 실시되고 있다. 그에 따라 영재교육의 목적을 이룰 수 있는 적절하고 다양한 교수-학습 자료의 개발이 시급한 쟁점으로 부각되었고, 비로소 2002년 6월 15개 시${\cdot}$도 교육청이 한국교육개발원에 위탁해 영재학급과 영재교육원에 투입할 학년별 50차시 분의 초등학교 4${\sim}$6학년 영재 심화 교수-학습 자료를 개발하게 되었다. 하지만 영재교육의 내실을 기하고 활성화를 위해서는 좀 더 다양한 교수-학습자료가 지속적으로 개발되어야 하며 많은 시도가 있어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 영재학급용으로 개발된 심화 교수-학습 자료에 제시되지 않은 내용을 중심으로 영재학급에 활용할 수 있는 초등학교 5${\sim}$6학년 수학 영재교육을 위한 학습자료를 개발하고자 한다.

The article aims to discuss ethical issues of social welfare informationisation, focusing on dataveillance through social welfare information system in South Korea. The Korean government plans to upgrade social welfare information system, by strengthening welfare fraud tracking and adding blind spot discovering functions. However, surveillance over poor population's data is inevitable when conducting such investigations. This article reviews current debates on dataveillance. It then conducts a case study on social welfare dataveillance in South Korea, asking what ethical problems lie in the dataveillance in terms of privacy, accuracy, property, and accessibility issues. Subsequently, this paper identifies three fundamental ethical dilemmas of social welfare in the informational age. Finally, it suggests policy alternatives to tackle the ethical problems and dilemmas of social welfare informationisation.

In the area of construction defects, residents have a tendency to focus on visually identifiable defects, while construction companies focus on defects that affect the structural and functional integrity of apartment housing. Accordingly, construction companies and residents have conflicting views on defects in apartment housing. To address this issue, this study aimed to accurately identify the main disputes surrounding defects in multi-family housing complexes or multi-dwelling unit apartment housing caused by such sharply different perspectives and suggest improvement measures. First, standards to determine different defects and remuneration standards between the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the court were analyzed. Then, problems were derived through an analysis of defects in past court cases, and the differences in perspectives between construction companies and residents were identified based on defect data from various construction companies. To tackle these issues, a classification measure for establishing a defect database for multi-family homes was also proposed.

This paper focuses on recontextualizing geography curriculum, i.e. examining recent changing aspects in three geography curriculum locators-society, student and discipline of geography-and searching future directions of geography curriculum in light of such changes. For conciliation and reflection of changing aspects of each locators, this paper dealt with social issues and societal changes in terms of locator of society, increased concern to student and development of cognitive science in terms of students, and challenging views on science and the meaning of epistemological changes in geography in terms of discipline. As a result, three future directions in geography curriculum are searched : issue-based geography curriculum, thinking geography curriculum, geography curriculum toward equity and accessbility.

수송비와 재고관리비는 총 물류비용의 50% 이상을 차지할 정도로 그 중요성이 크 며, 이들 두 요소는 상호 정밀하게 관련되어 있어서 비용 트레이드 오프 관계가 존재한다. 이러한 관점에서 제품을 수송하는데 소요되는 총비용을 도출하고 비용이 최소가 되는 수송 수단을 선택할 수 있다. 이같은 분석은 수요와 리드타임이 불확실한 경우 수송시간, 고객 서비스 수준, 안전재고 수준, 주문량, 물류비용 등의 관계가 복잡해지기 때문에 해를 구하는 과정이 복잡하게 된다. 따라서 리드타임 동안의 수요를 나타내는 방법과 수송 시간의 신뢰 도와 관련된 안전재고 측정 및 기준에 대한 다양한 방법이 재고이론에 근거한 화물수송수단 선택모형 연구의 주 관심사가 된다. 본 연구는 국외에서 발표된 관련 연구들을 중심으로 재 고와 수송의 상관관계에 대하여 이론적으로 고찰하여 연구 현황을 밝히고 앞으로의 연구 방 향을 제시함으로써 이 분야의 이론적인 발전에 기여하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 주안 점은 확률적 리드타임과 수요에 대한 연구에서 쟁점이 되는 리드 타임 동안의 수요를 나타 내는 방법과 안전재고를 결정하는 기준에 모아진다.

Since the 1980s, the academic interests on the regional geography have been renewed. This trend is usually called 'Renaissance' of the regional geography. Given this context, to explore diverse theories and methodologies in the regional geography is of much significance. Particularly, to examine the regional geography in Germany widens the understanding of not only the history, strength, and weakness of the regional geography, but also the discipline's status in the field of geography. This paper discusses the regional geography in Germany before World War II, focusing on varieties of theories and methods as well as the historical trajectory of the German regional geography. This discussion may well be significant in that 'Laenderkunde' became an important paradigm in the discipline of geography in Germany during the pre-World War II period.

China is the largest e-commerce market in the world. The Chinese online retail market is almost 40% larger than the US, and together these markets account for more than 55% of worldwide e-commerce. The Korea China FTA is likely to facilitate e-commerce activity between the two countries, as well as trade in the goods and services that enable e-commerce. Korean consumer goods can enjoy the benefits of the FTA because it has a competitive advantage in the Chinese market in terms of technology and quality. The purpose of this study is to examine legal issues of e-commerce chapters of the Korea China FTA and policy implications. Results of the study show that several implications based on the export vitalization of cross-border e-commerce of Korean products are offered. The Korean government needs to do the following: prepare for the subsequent negotiation of the e-commerce agreement, prepare for the classification issue of electronic transmissions, require mutual recognition of electronic authentication and electronic signatures, prepare for e-commerce dispute settlement mechanism and establish of strategies for the export vitalization of e-commerce.

On 23th December in 2015, Constitutional court of Korea decided the Resident Registration Act which could not changed one's Resident Registration Number was Unconformable to Constitution. And declared that the Resident Registration Act had to amend the article. This study analyzes the issues and preferences of people about the modification methods of Resident Registration Number System. In result, the residents agree on the autonomy of residents registration number change and prefer not including personal information to including personal information in registration number system. And the residents want to operate the Second number system besides resident registration number. However, they don't want to pay the change cost of resident registration number system. This results give a few of implications when the change methods of resident registration system would be prepared.

This study aims to establish measures to prevent emotional abuse by analyzing court precedents related to emotional abuse at daycare centers of Korea. For this, ten precedents of first trial and four precedents of appellate trial related to emotional abuse were analyzed in depth. In the results of study, there were diverse types of emotional abuse at daycare centers such as assaulting(hitting head, face, and buttocks with hands and feet), throwing things, neglecting, forcefully feeding food, stopping mouth with handkerchief and wet tissue, skipping meals, and showing scary images. And the main issues of precedents included the matter of justifiable act as circumstances precluding wrongfulness, and the matter of applying the joint penal provision. Based on such results, the measures to prevent emotional abuse at daycare centers were suggested.
