Numerical Simulation of Self-Compensating Dynamic Balancer in a Rotating Mechanism (수치해석을 통한 자기보상 동적균형기의 작동성 검토)

  • 회전체의 자동밸런싱을 위하여 고안된 자기보상 동적균형기는 홈이파인 원판에 강구와 저점성유체를 지닌 구조체이다. 유도된 운동방정식으로 부터 자기보상 동적균형기의 작동조건을 조사하기 우하여 수치해석을 통한 동 특성을 검토하였다. 수치해석의 결과에 근거하여 임계속도보다 높은 범위에서는 자기보상 동적균형기는 정상작동을 보여주었다. 임계속도에서는 회전계의 균형이 강구와 점성유체와의 감쇠계수에 의존하였으나 임계속도보다 낮은 범위에서는 어떠한 조건에 대해서도 작동하지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 자동차 및 항공기에도 응용가은한 자기보상 동적균형기의 작동조건들을 본 논문에서 예시하였다.

The Effects of Work-Life Balance on Corporate Performance: Mediating Effect of Product Innovation in Venture SMEs (벤처중소기업의 일과 생활의 균형이 기업성과에 미치는 영향: 제품혁신의 매개효과)

  • This research is to analyze the mediating effect of product innovation between work-life balance (work-family balance, work-leisure balance and work-development balance) and corporate performance in venture SMEs. We test four hypothesis. First, we test the hypothesis that work-life balance has a positive effect on product innovation. Second, we test the hypothesis that product innovation has a positive effect on corporate performance. Third, we test the hypothesis that work-life balance has a positive effect on corporate performance. Fourth, we test a positive mediating role of product innovation between work-life balance and corporate performance. For this research, we administered the questionnaire surveys, and got the 162 effective data of korean venture SMEs. We use CFA and SEM analysis of research model by AMOS 18.0. As a result, we can find the four meaningful results. First, work-life balance, especially only work-development balance, has a positive effect on product innovation. Second, product innovation has a positive effect on corporate performance. Third, the relationships between work-life balance (work-family balance, work-leisure balance and work-development balance) and corporate performance are no significant after the mediating variable (product innovation) is added. Fourth, product innovation has a positive mediating effect between work-life balance, especially only work-development balance, and corporate performance. Although this research has some limitations of generalization because of the limited size of samples, we has meaningful information related to the venture companies in the academic and business field. Additionally, the Multiple Indicator Multiple Cause(MIMIC) model is recommended in the future research.

  • The aim of this study was to analyze the work and life balance of unmarried working cases in single-person households. Eleven cases were interviewed with a semi-structured questionnaire. The results were as follows: When they were starting as a single-person household on their own initiative and with enough preparation and planning, they expressed higher satisfaction as a single person household. For their adaptation to being a single-person household, practice education and information about household work and self-care were useful. Their thought about 'life' are focusing on self improvement and leisure activities either alone or with their friends. Their family interactions were performed with financial, emotional, and housework support from each other. Resources such as money and time were the major factors that impacted work and life balance. For work and life balance of single person househods, the cases needed political support for financial aid and flexible work arrangements.

An Investigation of Dynamic Stability of Self-Compensating Dynamic Balancer (자기보상 동적균형기의 동적안정성 연구)

  • Self-Compensating Dynamic Balancer (SCDB) is composed of a circular disk with a groove containing spherical balls and a low viscosity damping fluid. To investigate the stability of the motion equations these equations are perturbed and the resulting perturbation equations are analyzed further to determine whether the perturbations grow or decay with dimensionless time. Based on the results of stability investigation, ball positions that result in a balanced system are stable above the critical speed for .betha.' = 3.8. At critical speed the perturbed motion is said to be stable for .betha.' = 23. However, the system is unstable below critical speed in any case of .betha.'.

Factors Associated with the Smoking Cessation Behavior according to the Transtheoretical Model in Korean College Students (범이론적 모델에 근거한 한국 대학생의 금연행위 관련 요인)

  • Objectives: The purposes of this study were to examine the contribution of each of the Transtheoretical Model components in explaining stages of smoking cessation and to identify factors associated with the smoking cessation behavior among Korean college students. Methods: The participants for this study were 334 undergraduate students who enrolled in general education courses. Self-report surveys were distributed and returned. The survey variables comprised the stages of change for smoking cessation, self-efficacy, decisional balances and processes of change in smoking cessation. Results: Significant differences were noted in the five stages of change for self-efficacy, decisional balance, and the processes of change. The strongest factor associated with the smoking cessation behavior was self-efficacy. Conclusion: Study findings indicate application of the Transtheoretical Model may be useful to enhance future smoking cessation efforts in college students. The strategies to enhance smoking cessation self-eficacy in college students will be an important intervention component in future studies.

Effects of Vision Control Balance Training on Balance and Muscle Activities of Stroke Patients (시각 통제 균형훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 균형 및 근 활성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to examine effects of vision control balance training applied to stroke patients on their balance. 26 stroke patients, the subjects of this study, were divided into an affected side 1/2 vision control group (9), a non-affected side 1/2 vision control group (9), and a non-vision control group (8). After vision control standing on Posturo-med, all of the three groups received balance training 20 minutes four times per week for 8 weeks watching themselves 1M away from a mirror. To measure their balance abilities, measurements were made on their time of balance maintenance and muscle activity prior to the intervention, four 4 after the intervention, and 8 weeks after the intervention. Vision control balance training applied to stroke patients resulted in increase in their time of balance maintenance and significant improvement in vastus medialis muscle activity (p<0.05). This study result is that vision control balance training is considered an effective exercise method for balance training of stroke patients.

홀 주입 층으로 사용한 자기조립박막층에 의한 유기발광소자의 효율 향상

  • 차세대 디스플레이 소자 기술로 많은 주목을 받고 있는 유기발광소자는 현재 전류효율 향상과 낮은 구동전압과 관련하여 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 음극과 양극 전극에서 유기물 층으로 전자와 정공의 주입이 많아져도 유기발광 층에서 재결합하는 전자와 정공의 균형이 맞지 않으면 전류 효율과 휘도가 낮아지는 문제점이 있다. 유기발광소자에서 홀 주입 층으로 사용하는 자기조립박막층은 일반적인 유기발광소자에서 정공의 이동도가 낮은 단점을 보완하여 발광층에서 전자와 정공의 균형을 향상하여 전류효율을 향상과 낮은 구동전압 특성을 나타낸다. 본 연구에서는 홀 주입 층으로 사용되는 각각의 자가조립박막을 형성할 물질이 용해되어 있는 에탄올 용액에 ITO를 담가 자가조립박막을 ITO 위에 형성 시킨다. 각각의 홀 주입 층으로 사용된 자가조립박막층의 chain group의 길이와 ITO와 결합하는 head group에 따라 달라지는 쌍극자 모멘트에 의한 홀 주입의 변화를 통해 각 소자의 전류효율과 구동전압 관찰할 수 있었다. 자가조립박막층의 chain group의 길이가 길어질수록 전극으로부터 유기물 층으로의 홀 주입을 방해하여 발광 층에서의 전자와 정공의 재결합 균형이 무너짐으로써 전류효율과 휘도가 낮아지는 경향을 볼 수 있었다. 이 연구 결과는 자가조립박막층을 홀 주입 층으로 대체하는 구조로 유기발광소자의 효율 향상에 대한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to closely examine the effect of exercise behavior change of casino securities on their physical self-description. This observation takes place in casino enterprises in Seoul, Busan, Kangwon and Jeju. Within these areas, we have selected companies with more than 30 securities. Among 450 persons sampling unit, we have excluded 77 copied which seem to be insincere, and actually used 373 copies in this study. Evaluation forms are used as a study method; each form consists of continuance 5 points Likert scales and nominal/proportional scaling and used after excluding a test through the analysis of validity and reliability. After encoding and inputting the framing completed data along with each purpose, it was computerized by computer process, making use of SPSS 15.0 version. Through the data analysis according to these methods and procedures, the result on this study is described below. First, the exercise behavior according to socio-demographic characteristics. Second, the decision-making balance according to socio-demographic characteristics. Third, the self-efficacy according to socio-demographic characteristics. Fourth, the physical self-concept according to socio-demographic characteristics. Fifth, the exercise behavior influence indirectly on the physical self-concept throughout the decision-making balance and self-efficacy.

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between the degree of participation and flow for participants in ground, water, and air leisure sports-based tourism activities. A total of 437 participants' data was employed for the analyses (one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis) using SPSS Win 18.0 program. Main findings are as follows; First, there were differences in clear goals, transformation of time, loss of self-consciousness, challenge-skill balance, autotelic experience, unambiguous feedback, and sense of control out of flow dimensions based on types of leisure sports-based tourism activities. Second, participation period and frequence had positive effects on flow. Specifically, period had an influence on challenge-skill balance. clear goals: frequence had an effect on challenge-skill balance, transformation of time, clear goals, autotelic experience, unambiguous feedback, and sense of control: intensity had an influence on transformation of time and autotelic experience.

  • 자기 수축 발생기(self-shrinking generator)는 Meier와 Staffelbach에 의해 제안되었으며[4], 구조가 간단하고 키수열을 생성하는 속도가 빠르기 때문에 스트림 암호시스템으로 각광받고 있다 [5]. 본 논문에서는 자기 수축 발생기의 새로운 구성방법을 제안한다. 제안된 자기 수축 발생기는 하나의 선형귀환회로와 주어진 짝수 m에 의하여 정의되며 일반적으로 선형귀환회로의 귀환다항식으로 원시다항식을 사용한다. 이 경우 키수열은 균형성을 만족하며, 선형귀환회로의 귀환다항식의 차수를 $d_{Y}$ 라고 하면 주기는 $d_{Y-2}$ 이다. m을 $2^{η}$ζ로 표현하면 선형복잡도 Lz는 $d_{Y}$ +η-3/$\leq$ $L_{Z}$ $\leq$m/2($d_{Y}$ -1 - ($d_{Y}$ -2))이다. 따라서 제안된 자기 수축 발생기는 기존의 자기 수축 발생기에 비하여 암호학적으로 우수한 성질을 갖는다.다.
