Mediating Effect of the Knowledge Sharing in the relationship among Self-efficacy, Organization Culture, and Team Performance (자기효능감, 조직문화 및 팀 성과의 관계에서 지식공유의 매개효과)

  • In this study, we analyzed the effects of how self-efficacy and organizational culture affect the knowledge sharing that facilitates team performance. Data was collected through a survey of 126 employees who work for A company and was analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. Independent variables in this study included self-efficacy, sharing culture, openness, and competition culture. Latent variable was knowledge sharing. Dependent variable was team's performance. The results of analysis of structural equation modeling showed that self-efficacy, competition culture, and sharing culture were found to have both direct and indirect impacts on team's performance. However, openness was not statistically significant in the effect on knowledge sharing and team's performance. The implications of these factors will be used to develop knowledge sharing strategies that facilitates team performance.

The Relationship between the Emotional Labor and the Organizational Commitment of Employees in Senior Employment Agencies : Mediating Effect of Self-efficacy (노인일자리전담기관 종사자의 감정노동과 조직몰입 : 자기효능감의 매개효과)

  • This study made an analysis of the relationship between the emotional labor and the organizational commitment and the mediating effect of job satisfaction of employees in senior employment agencies. A survey of 253 employees in Daejeon and Chungcheong areas was conducted. The important analysis methods are confirmatory factor analysis and bootstrap verification. The analysis results are employees' emotional labor had a negative effect on organizational commitment and the mediating effect of self-efficacy was proved significantly. For reducing emloyees' emotional labor, it is important to offer guidelines for improvement of emotional labor, regular inspection and education, and the proper measures of the administrators. To advance their self-efficacy, we need to offer education for the improvement of practice-based professionalism, education and administrative support to improve ethical consciousness, and appropriate emotional support service.

In Vitro Imaging of MRI and Ultrasound for Gastric Carcinoma (위암 조직의 자기공명영상과 초음파 소견에 대한 비교 연구)

  • Purpose : To evaluate and compare the diagnostic accuracy of MRI and ultrasound(US) for estimation of invasion depth of gastric carcinoma by correlation with histopathologic findings in vitro and to find out the best MR pulse sequence for detection and accurate delineation of tumor. Materials and Methods : Resected specimen of total or subtotal gastrectomy from 53 patients with gastric carcinoma were done of imaging studies of MRI and US. And US was examined by using high frequency linear transducer for tumor invasion depth by a radiologist. In each case, both imaging findings of MRI and US were evaluated independently for tumor detection and invasion depth by consensus of two radiologists and were compared the diagnostic accuracy between two imaging modalities according to the histopathologic findings. MR imaging with five MR pulse sequences, spin echo T1 and in- and out-of phase gradient echo T1 weighted images, FSE and SSFSE T2 weighted images, were performed. Five MR pulse sequences were evaluated and compared on the point of detection and accurate distinction of tumor from surrounding normal tissue. Results : In EGC, diagnostic accuracy of US(77%) was superior than that of MRI(59%) but no statistically significant difference was noted between two imaging modalities(p=0.096). In AGC, both imaging modalities of MRI and US showed relatively high diagnostic accuracy as 97% and 84% respectively. Diagnostic accuracy of MRI was statistically better than that of US at the significant level(p<0.001). The best MR pulse sequence among five in each specimen was FSE T2WI(75.5%, 40/53) in both EGC and AGC. In AGC, FSE T2WI showed excellent imaging quality by showing very high ratio (93.5%, 29/31) of accurate delineation of tumor. Conclusion : MRI and US show relatively high diagnostic accuracy in the evaluation of tumor invasion depth of resected specimen in AGC. The most excellent pulse sequence of MRI for the evaluation of tumor invasion depth is FSE T2WI on the point of detection and accurate delineation of tumor in both EGC and AGC.

The Effects of Psychological Capital on Innovation Behavior and Organizational Commitment, and the Moderating Effect of Organizational Support (심리적 자본이 혁신행동과 조직몰입에 미치는 효과 및 조직지원의 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between psychological capital and organizational commitment/ innovative behavior, and the moderating effect of organizational support. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data were gathered and analysed from 315 professors and teachers of Korea Politechnics Colleges. Multiple regression and multiple hierarchical regression analysis were applied to test the proposed hypotheses: 1) the relationship between psychological capital and organizational commitment, 2) the relationship between psychological capital and innovative behavior, 3) the moderating effect of organizational support on the relationship between psychological capital and organizational commitment, 4) the moderating effect of organizational support on the relationship between psychological capital and innovative behavior. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, self-efficacy and optimism appeared to be positively related with organizational commitment, and all psychological capital factors(self-efficacy, resilience and optimism) appeared to be positively related with innovative behavior. Second, organizational support appeared to have moderating effect partly on the relationship between psychological capital and organizational commitment, but it did not have a moderating effect on the relationship between psychological capital and innovative behavior. Self-efficacy and optimism appeared to be more positively related with organizational commitment in higher organizational support situation than in lower organizational support situation.

  • This paper describes the measurement of tissue blood flow by the the self-mixing effect of laser diode. A Laser doppler signals due to the moving object and the tissue blood flow were detected by the self-mixing effect of laser diode. The Doppler shifted frequency was changed linearly with the driving frequency of moving object and was increase after the exercise. The results of in-vivo experiment were consistent with the result of exercise physiology.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the longitudinal causal relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction, focusing on security related workers. For this purpose, the Korean Labor and Income panel data were classified into security employees. Data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 20.0, and validity and reliability analysis were conducted before hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that organizational commitment at time t-1 has a positive effect on organizational commitment at time t, and that job satisfaction at time t-1 has a positive effect on job satisfaction at time t Respectively. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The organizational commitment has a significant effect on the job satisfaction. 2) The effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment was also significant 3) The cross-lagged coefficients show that organizational commitment precedes job satisfaction and serves as a predictor

A study on the magnetic properties of (Ce-Didymium)-Fe-B alloy ((Ce-Didymium)-Fe-B 합금의 자기적 성질에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구는 34wt%(5Ce-Didymium)-Fe-1wt%B 합금의 분말입도, 성형압력 및 소결온도 에 따른 자기적 성질에 관하여 연구하였다. 그리고 각각의 자기적 성질에 영향을 주는 인자를 알아내기 위하여 밀도측정, 미세조직 및 자구를 관찰하였다. 미세조직은 금속현미경을 이용하여 관찰하였으며 자구는 Bitter법으로 관찰하였다. 결과는 아래와 같다. (1)분말의 입도와 결정립 크기가 작아질수록 경질자기 특성은 증가하였으며 소결온도가 증가할수록 경질자기 특성도 증가하였다. 그러자 압력은 1000kg/$cm^{2}$일때 가장 좋은 경질자기 특성이 얻어졌다. (2)결정립이 클수록 자구의 구조는 복잡했으며 미세한 결정립일수록 큰 결정립에 비해 큰 보자력을 갖는다. 포화된 후에는 거의 모든 결정립이 단자구였으며 열적으로 탈자되었을 경우에는 모두가 multi-domain였다. (3)가장 우수한 경질자기 특성은 3-5.mu.m의 분말을 사용하여 1080.deg.C에서 소결한 후 590.deg.C에서 열처리한 시편에서 얻어졌으며 (BH)$_{max}$는 214.6kJ.m$_{-3}$이다.

  • 본 연구는 의료서비스를 생산 제공하는 병원조직의 계선조직 관리자의 리더십 스타일이 부하직원들의 직업존중감과 조직행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 사용할 관리자의 리더십 스타일은 헤이컨설팅 그룹에서 제시한 6가지 리더십 스타일인 지시명령형, 비전제시형, 관계중시형, 집단운영형, 규범형, 육성형 리더십스타일을 사용하고자 한다. 각 리더십 스타일이 직원들의 직업존중감, 즉 부서 내에서의 커뮤니케이션 수준, 직무몰입, 직무만족, 자기비전 자각 및 이직의사 등 조직행동에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다. 또한 관리자의 리더십 스타일과 직업존중감에 따른 조직행동, 즉 직무만족, 조직충성도, 자기계발의지, 이직의도 등에 대해서도 분석하고자 한다. 연구표본으로는 사립대학교병원 1개, 국립대학교병원 1개, 500병상 이상 규모의 종합병원 1개이며, 조사 및 분석에 활용할 개선조직은 진료행정부서인 원무과(부), 진료지원부서인 의무기록실(팀), 의료기사, 간호과(부)이다. 연구의 결과를 통해서 직원들이 가장 선호하는 관리자의 리더십 스타일을 도출함과 동시에 각 리더십스타일의 장단점을 통하여 직원들의 직업존중감 확대와 생산적인 조직행동이 조직성과로 이어질 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Use of Minimal Spanning Trees on Self-Organizing Maps (자기조직도에서 최소생성나무의 활용)

  • As one of the unsupervised learning neural network methods, self-organizing maps(SOM) are applied to various fields. It reduces the dimension of multidimensional data by representing observations on the low dimensional manifold. On the other hand, the minimal spanning tree(MST) of a graph that achieves the most economic subset of edges connecting all components by a single open loop. In this study, we apply the MST technique to SOM with subnodes. We propose SOM's with embedded MST and a distance measure for optimum choice of the size and shape of the map. We demonstrate the method with Fisher's Iris data and a real gene expression data. Simulated data sets are also analyzed to check the validity of the proposed method.
