Korean Government Budget Supports for startups have been spiked and resulted in increasing the number and scaling up Startup Accelerating managers. It have skyrocketed the strong demand for their qualified roles. However, unclear role description and gap between required role and their capability have discouraged startup manager's self-efficacy resulted in declining their full commitment and causing poor role performance. The focus of this research falls on empirical analysis to the effect of startup accelerating manager's capability characteristics on their full commitment and performance to start-up support groups. This research is expected to deliver diverse policy alternatives to build up manager's core competencies to accelerate their self-efficacy leading their full role commitments and finally pushing up policy performance. In addition, this research will found more strong literature review for the following researches in this emerging fields. This research is brought four highlighting results with respect to four research problems. First, it propose proper concept of startup accelerating manager based upon its legal entitlement. Second, it drive required core competencies of manager for successful their accountability. Third, it analyze the unique features of startup accelerating manger's capabilities against business incubation manger. Fourth, it empirically analyze in coming with government startup funding, the effect of self-efficacy including employment status, job environment, etc. on their organizational commitment and job performance. This research reveal the required unique core competencies of manger into founder sourcing ability, project managing ability, startup proving and pivoting ability, consulting ability for successful investment raising. As of this empirical research results, First, manager's ability have positively effect on their job performance, full commitment, and self-efficacy. Second, self-efficacy have a mediating effect on manager's ability, job performance, full commitment. This research derive key policy implication of requiring to build up more accelerating ability, of manager from the basics to advance level by customized and algorithm based traing program. This accelerating ability buildup program will not only surge self-efficacy of manger resulting in making full commitment and better job performance, but also devote to categorizing the unique new feature and position of manger as seed investment and supporter.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors influencing the clinical nurse's self-leadership and self-efficacy on job involvement. The survey was conducted from October 20 to December 15, 2017 for 205 nurses working at hospitals located in D city and K province of Korea. Analysis was performed with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA analysis, Scheffe's post-hoc test, Pearson correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression using the SPSS 21.0 for Windows. The results of the study were as follows. Average score for self-leadership was 3.58, for self-efficacy was 3.56, and for job involvement was 3.36. This study showed positive correlations between self-leadership, self-efficacy and job involvement. Self-leadership, marital status, self-efficacy, and job position were significant influences on job involvement. The explanatory power of influence factors was 43.7%. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary for nursing organizations and hospitals to actively support programs that enhance self-leadership and self-efficacy, which will be used to increase nurses' job involvement and improve productivity and efficiency of nursing work.
The purpose of this study was to verify the effectiveness of the employee metacognition and it's positive effect on employee agility. Also it aims to investigate the mechanism through the cascading multi-mediating effect through the role breadth self-efficacy and learning agility in such a relationship. In order to solve the common-method bias, independent and dependent variables were measured with time lag, and the relationship between variables was clearly verified by applying the position and the length of time worked with the supervisor as control variables. In testing the hypothesis, 478 questionnaires collected from whom worked at the company has more than 300 office workers in various industries were analyzed. As the result, firstly metacognition had a significant positive(+) effect on employee agility. Second, role breadth self-efficacy was found to positively mediate the relationship between metacognition and employee agility. Third, learning agility was found to mediate metacognition and employee agility positively(+). Fourth, metacognition serially mediates role breadth self-efficacy and learning agility, and the positive(+) effect on employee agility was verified. In addition, metacognition had a greater effect on member agility when passing through role breadth self-efficacy and learning agility rather than the direct effect on employee agility.

MRI signals are significantly reduced by the magnetic field inhomogenity result from human body itself being consisted of various materials like air, fat, muscle, bone and blood vessels. In this study we used silicon which is tissue equivalent to compensate wound body shapes. Objects were eight adults who do not have any special symptoms. Feet were scanned because of their complicated structures and consequently signal reduction occurs a lot. Thirty images were acquired from the middle of arcus pedis longitudinalis including five distal phalanges parallel to the line connecting metatarsal bone and phalanges. SNR data from bones and soft tissues were compared before and after sticking silion between toes and paired t test was performed. It was came out that SNR data from bone and soft tissue were both significantly higher after applying silicon on both T1 and T2 weighted images and it was statistically meaningful having positive corelation. As a result, this study dramatically increases SNR without affecting object by increasing the object volume inside the surface coil.

This Study is to Analyze the Positive Psychological Capital(self-efficacy, optimism, hope, resilience) on the Organizational Identification and the Loafing Behaviors with Job Satisfaction as a Mediator. By doing this, it is also to Comprehensively Understand how Positive Psychological Capital Affects the Organizational Identification and the Loafing Behaviors. An Empirical Analysis has been Conducted through the Covariance Structural Equation Model Targeting the Financial Industry in Busan. The Results of this Empirical Analysis are as Follows. Firstly, Self-Efficacy, Optimism, hope, and Resilience Among the Positive Psychological Capitals are Found to have a Positive(+) Significant Effect on Job Satisfaction, of Which hope is Found to have the Greatest Effect on it. On the other Hand, Optimism is Found not to have a Significant Effect on Job Satisfaction. Secondly, job Satisfaction is Found to have a Positive(+) Significant on the Organizational Identification. Thirdly, job Satisfaction is found to have a negative(-) significant on the loafing behaviors. Fourthly, the results of investigating the mediating effect of job satisfaction in the relation of positive psychological capital, organizational identification, and loafing behaviors show that all have a mediating effect except for the mediating effect of job satisfaction in the relation of hope and loafing behaviors. Finally, the summary, suggestions, limit, and the direction for future researches are presented.
The purpose of this study was to examine whether authentic leadership influenced positive psychological capital and change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior(CO-OCB) in airline service context. Moreover, this study was designed to test the mediating effect of positive psychological capital between authentic leadership and CO-OCB to provide fundamental and practical information for airline industry. A convenience sample of 390 flight attendants was surveyed and a total of 377 usable questionnaires were analyzed. Then hypotheses were tested using structural equation modelling(SEM). The results were as follows. Firstly, authentic leadership was divided into 'self-awarenese', 'relational transparency', internalized moral perspective' and 'balanced process'. Secondly, 'self-awarenese' and 'internalized moral perspective' influenced positive psychological capital. Thirdly, positive psychological capital influenced CO-OCB. Fourtjly, positive psychological capital had mediating effects partially between authentic leadership and CO-OCB.
This study look at the types of conflict that can be the biggest cause of hospital staff turnover, and the project was to provide useful information for stable manpower management of hospital organizations by identifying the factors of can alleviate turnover. The research method collected survey data for administrative and nursing staff from September 16, 2019 to September 30, and conducted t-test, ANOVA, Pearson χ2, Regression analysis. According to the analysis, more than half of the respondents said they would relocate if Don't have anything to get from hospital. Factors affecting the Current turnover intention of Administration staff were Superior's egocentric remarks and action, and Unclear job instruction. And Nurses were Superiors' egocentric remarks and action, and Dismissive behavior and unpleasant remarks. Thus, the need to examine organizational culture at the organizational level and organizational culture at the department level was raised.
Due to the recent transition to a non-face-to-face society, many organizations are quickly adapting to foster a smart work environment. The introduction of smart work does not simply end with incorporating ICT systems or solutions into business models since fundamental factors such as forms of employment and work styles need to be in line with the progression of technological advances. However, previous studies regarding smart work focus on improvements in productivity and efficiency from a technology acceptance perspective. Therefore, there is a lack of discussion on innovation resistance from employees and management control when ICT systems are introduced into the workplace. This study empirically analyzes the moderating effects of the organizational control method for employees and innovation resistance within a smart work environment. Additionally, this study aims to identify the structural characteristics that employees resist from an innovation resistance perspective when organizational innovation occurs. The empirical analysis of this study suggests that when smart work such as ICT technology is introduced into the workplace the level of innovation resistance decreases when there is a high level of relative advantage and self-efficacy, whereas the level of innovation resistance increases when there is a high level of use complexity. Moreover, this study revealed that the level of innovation resistance increases when the employees' behaviors were controlled. The results of this study intend to contribute to improving business management by suggesting factors worth considering when incorporating smart work into work places through a thorough case analysis.
Although organizations are given various benefits with information technologies, they sometimes have suffered fatal damages due to information security incidents now such as computer virus, hacking, counterfeiting, plagiarizing, etc. The fundamentalcauses of information security incidents are closely related to individuals who do not comply with information security policy or rules. The spontaneous self-control of individuals and monitoring for individuals could be the most essential solution for the ongoing observance of information security policy. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze effects of punishment and ethics training on compliance of information security policy of individuals in organizations, to determine individual divide among security propensity depending on organization types, and to find the more fundamental solution which leads change of organizational members’ behaviors and self-control. Regardless of the type of organizations, the results of the study suggest that there exist positive effects of punishment and ethics training in all types of organization on compliance of information security rules or regulations. A member of unitary form organization has higher cognition of punishment than a member's cognition of the multi-divisional form organization, while relatively lower awareness of ethics training. Also, a member of public organization has higher awareness of ethics training than a member’s awareness of private organization, while lower cognition of punishment. Finally, the result shows that punishment and ethics training may be major factors which affect information security. It also suggests that organizational security managers have to understand and consider organization member’s propensity relying on organization form and organization characteristics for establishment and enforcement of information security policy.
Given that SME workers are the driving force of national competitiveness and the basis and cornerstone of the industry, it is meaningful to study workers' job satisfaction and the factors that affect job satisfaction. In addition to variables related to corporate competitiveness and organizational justice, this study introduced variables such as environmental(E) activities, social(S) activities, and governance(G) activities, which th national government uses as major management evaluation indicators. Therefore, a literature study and empirical analysis were conducted on how self-efficacy affects job satisfaction when workers are faced with a changed work environment. To conduct this study, 300 copies of data were collected from workers in small and medium-sized enterprises and used for analysis. For data analysis, the SPSS statistical program (Ver. 25.0) was used. The study finds, first, that product or service quality and employee competency among corporate competitiveness had a significant positive(+) effect on job satisfaction. Secondly, among ESG management activities, social(S) activities and governance(G) activities were found to have a significant positive(+) effect on job satisfaction. Third, among organizational justice, distribution justice and procedural justice were found to have a positive(+) effect on job satisfaction. Fourth, self-efficacy was found to mediate the effect of product or service quality, employee competency, social(S) and governance(G) activities among ESG management activities, and procedural justice among organizational justice on job satisfaction. The academic value of this study is that it empirically analyzed the factors that ESG management activities affect workers' jobs,. As a result, it was confirmed that workers were satisfied with their jobs by actively showing interest in social(S) activities and governance(G) activities among ESG management activities and participating in corporate management. In addition, workers sensitive to changes in the external environment can become satisfied with their jobs through self-efficacy when SMEs actively enhance corporate competitiveness, execute ESG management activities, and provide a fair organizational culture. Finally, this study suggests that there's a possibility of improving the competitiveness of SMEs through a virtuous cycle created by a change in perception of job conversion and a decrease in turnover.
