This study analysed Emergency Medical Technology(EMT) students' satisfaction in clinical practice. It was discovered that satisfaction was a means of 3.61(${\pm}0.70$) and the factor which had a significant influence on satisfaction was desired job area (F=3.98, p=0.004). The factors which were significant to satisfaction were practice beginning grade(t=0.43, p=0.038), period of practice(F=2.82, p=0.025), and departments(F=11.81, p=0.000) In respect to significant positive correlations between practice procedures and satisfaction, observation frequency (r=0.221, p=0.000) and practice frequency(r=0.170, p=0.002) had significantly positive correlations with satisfaction. Based on the results above, it is suggested that to enhance EMT students' satisfaction in clinical practice, students should have clear points of view on their job and practice beginning grade and practice period should be properly considered according to characteristics of students. Also, effective practice programs which carefully consider peculiarity of Emergency Medical Technology should be developed further.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among the Clinical learning environment, clinical practice course satisfaction and the major satisfaction of nursing students. The subjects of this study were included 118 nursing students in one area. Data collection was conducted in September 20 17, and data analysis was descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlation. The results of the study showed that the average of the Clinical learning environment was $3.32{\pm}0.41$, the average clinical practice course satisfaction was $3.88{\pm}0.55$ and the average level of satisfaction was $3.99{\pm}2.30$. Clinical Practice Environment and Clinical Practice Course Satisfaction was (r=.586, p=.000), and the Clinical Practice Course Satisfaction with Major satisfaction was (r=.560, p=.000), Clinical Learning Environment and Major Satisfaction significant positive correlation (r=.530, p=.000). In order to increase resilience, it is necessary to improve the clinical practice environment and the major satisfaction through a detailed study.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of clinical practice and simulation-based practice for Women's Nursing Practice in terms of practice satisfaction, practice stress and clinical competence. The participants were male students in the second and third grades in nursing and total 63 students, 34 in the experimental group, and 29 in the control group. The experimental group participated in simulation-based practice for 6 Weeks, five hours and the control group participated in clinical practice at maternity ward for 10 days, nine hours each. The experimental group showed higher level of practice satisfaction (p<.001), practice stress (p= .048) and clinical competence (p= .030) compared to the control group. Simulation-based practice is an effective learning method for Women's nursing and can be used as the alternative for clinical practice. However, stress management strategies are needed for simulation-based practice.

Objectives : 본 연구를 통하여 한방안이비인후과 임상실습에서 Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) 수업의 효용성을 알아보고자 한다. Methods : 2014학년도 한의과대학 본과 4학년 학생을 대상으로 안이비인후과 임상실습의 한 방법으로 OSCE를 시행한 후, 학생들은 OSCE 수업 만족도에 관한 설문지를 작성하고 레지던트는 학생들을 평가하였다. OSCE 평가 성적과 기타 임상실습 및 필기시험 성적과의 연관성을 분석하여 OSCE 성적의 학점 부여 타당도를 살펴보았다. Results : 만족도 관련 설문 결과 총 평균점수가 4.34점이 나왔다. OSCE성적과 기타 임상실습 및 필기시험 성적과의 상관성을 pearson correlation을 통하여 살펴본 결과, OSCE성적은 임상실습 성적 및 (r=0.210, p=0.056), 필기시험 성적과 통계적으로 유의한 상관성이 없었다 (r=0.064, p=0.567). Conclusions : 위의 결과로부터 임상실습에서 OSCE 시행은 학생들의 학습 만족도를 높인다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 임상실습에서 효율적으로 OSCE를 활용하는 방안을 모색하기 위해 더 많은 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

The purpose of this study is to grasp the influence of incivility and stress experienced by Dental Hygiene (Department) students in clinical practice upon professional identity. The research subjects are totally 297 people. As a result of the analysis, The professional identity had a significant difference in a reason for application, in the academic department satisfaction, and in the satisfaction with the training institution among general characteristics. It was indicated that the incivility and the clinical-practice stress have a positive correlation and that the clinical-practice stress and the professional identity have a negative correlation. The influential element upon professional identity was a conflict with a patient among sub-factors of the academic department satisfaction and the clinical-practice stress. The explanation power accounted for 17.9%. Accordingly, to improve the professional identity, there is a need to develop and apply a program of reducing and coping with the clinical-practice stress. And a specific plan is necessary for increasing the satisfaction with the academic department.

본 연구는 치위생과 재학생들의 교외 임상실습과정에서 느끼는 스트레스를 파악하고 이를 관리하는 프로그램을 개발하는데 기초자료로 사용하고자 실시하였다. 대구 경북지역 치위생과 재학생을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하여 전공만족도와 실습기관의 유형이 임상실습 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 치과환경에 학생들의 스트레스를 대처할 수 있는 대처방안의 개발이 필요할 것이라 사료된다.

There are 82 dental hygiene departments and clinical training institutes across the country with a very wide range of clinical practice content and evaluation methods, making standardization difficult. Therefore, there is a need to establish a standard protocol outlining clinical practice content and evaluation methods for systematic and efficient operation of clinical practice. Thus, this study attempted to propose such a protocol for standardization of dental hygiene clinical practice in dental clinics and hospitals to examine the contents of clinical practice by reviewing relevant literature, and relating it to professional practice within the dental hygienic curriculum to facilitate enhancement of expertise. Clinical practice content was extracted from 74 cases, and was consisted of classifying mandatory and optional clinical practice, training time, and activity methods for each component. To standardize effective clinical practice, it is necessary to organize the components acquired in the course of clinical dentistry training in line with their arrangement on each university's curriculum, in order to learn all components step by step. To do this, it is necessary to present a standardized clinical practice protocol and a organic cooperation between educational institutions and clinical training institutions.

Purpose: To establish basic data for effective management and quality improvement on clinical practice by investigating the clinical practice satisfaction of ophthalmic optics students and optical shop owners. Methods: A survey was administered for 281 students with experience in clinical practices and 105 optical shop owners regarding satisfaction of ophthalmic optics students and optical shops. And a statistical analysis was performed on the survey results. Results: 92.% (97 shops) of optical shop owners responded that clinical practice was necessary and there was a significant difference (p=0.004) according to gender. 4 weeks was the preferred length of practice period (53.3%) and there was a significant difference according to the size of the optical shops (p=0.000). Clinical practice satisfaction of students was 3.50 ${\pm}$ 0.68 and satisfaction for clinical practice program, clinical practice time and clinical practice shop (3.74 ${\pm}$ 0.80) were the highest and there was a significant difference according to the age of the students (p<0.05). Clinical practice satisfaction for optical shops was 4.08 ${\pm}$ 0.64 which is higher than student satisfaction. Satisfaction for clinical practice program was (4.17 ${\pm}$ 0.54) was the highest. Conclusions: To maximize the effects of clinical practice, a clinical practice program reflecting the satisfaction of students and optical shops is required and further research and attention are required.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of achievement and satisfaction of pediatric nursing clinical practice by nursing students' evaluation. The subjects were 115 nursing students from the K university of B city and completed the child nursing practice from February 24 to June 24, 2016. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program and content analysis. Nursing students' achievement of learning ability and satisfaction of clinical practice were high, and there was a significant difference in achievement of learning ability according to age. 'To feel a sense of frustration about restricted practice experience' were from self-evaluation. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a clinical practice strategy that can improve the achievement of the learning ability of the technology area and improve the satisfaction of the training institute.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the degree of clinical practice satisfaction and professional self concept of health administration students. A total of 250 structured questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS Ver.24.0 program for students from 10 universities nationwide. As a result of the study, the students of health administration major showed the satisfaction level of clinical practice and the level of professional self concept more than average. Clinical practice satisfaction and professional self concept were positively correlated with each other. The variables that have the most significant effect on clinical practice satisfaction were professional practice in the detail of professional self concept. Therefore, in order to improve the satisfaction of clinical practice and professional self concept of students in health administration, it is necessary to thoroughly check the training site before practical training, to consult with preliminary practical guidance professor, to develop clinical practice program and to find a system of mutual cooperation system with clinical training institution need.
