Examination of Method of an Aircraft Noise Reduction -Mainly the Window Installation Conditions- (항공기소음 저감방안에 대한 검토 -창호설치조건을 중심으로-)

  • 공항에 인접한 주거지역에서 항공기 소음문제로 인하여 거주자들에게 소음피해가 발생하고 있다. 이러한 항공기소음을 저감하기 위한 방법 중 건물외피를 차음성능이 높은 구조로 변경하여 건축물의 차음량을 개선시키는 수음원 대책이 일반적으로 사용되고 있다. 특히 건축물 방음시설 설치는 건물외피 중 외부소음에 가장 취약한 창호의 차음량을 증가시키는 것이 효과적인데, 본 연구에서는 기존 창호에 비하여 차음성능이 높은 창호를 교체 설치하여 건축물의 차음량 개선치를 $L_{max}$, SEL, $L_{eq}$로 각각 검토 비교함과 동시에 창호의 기밀성능을 위한 기밀재 및 추가 모헤어의 설치조건에 따른 차음성능을 검토해 보았다. 측정결과 방음시설 설치 후 항공기소음을 $L_{max}$, SEL, $L_{eq}$로 차음량 개선치를 각각 평가한 결과 1.8dB 이내의 편차를 갖는 것으로 나타났으며, 창의 차음성능 개선치는 기밀재 설치 후 $R'45^{\circ}$,w가 5dB, 기밀재 및 추가 모헤어 설치 후 8dB로 나타났다.

  • The fact that the smoke hinders evacuation and fire-fighting activities as well as becomes the major cause of life casualty emphasizes the importance of smoke control system. As one of the fire safety standards designed to secure the smoke safety, NFSC501A (Design Guide for Smoke Control System of Special Evacuation Stairwell and Lobby) has been proposed, preventing smoke from penetrating into the smoke-free escape route by raising the pressure of the smoke control zone higher than fire area. For model building of 20 stories, pressurization system was designed according to standard and pressure field of compartments in whole building induced by pressurization system was analyzed using the network model.

  • Recently, building constructions have been developed toward high-rise, long span, and multi-complexed using the high strength materials, optimized section. But the structural behavior of steel structural members built with a high strength steel at fire condition is not clarified because of lacking of information of related references such as mechanical and thermal properties at high temperature situation. In this paper, to evaluate the structural stability of member or frame of steel framed building at fire situation through the engineering method, the mechanical and thermal experimental coupon tests have conducted at various high temperatures and the comparison to those of ordinary strength steels were done.

  • The mechanical properties such as 0.2% and 1% offset proof strength and elastic modulus are essential for a structural steel structure when the structure would be evaluated and designed to identify the performance of the structural stability exposed to fire condition. To obtain the mechanical properties for the structural steels at high temperature which are consisted of ordinary and marine ones, the tensile tests at various high temperatures had been conducted with two kinds of specimen of general structural steel SS 400 and welded steel SM 490 at the range of room temperature to $900^{\circ}C$ at interval of $100^{\circ}C$.

  • This CW(Construction wastes) are increasing as construction industry is growing, so many countries make efforts to recycle CW. Korea also made a stipulation for recycling CW. But the main content of this stipulation is for using recycled aggregates. Advanced countries try to increase reuse rate of not only recycled aggregate but also other kinds of wastes. So they are adopting SDM(separating dismantlement) method and we are also planning to make the system for SDM. This study is about SDM analysis through construction field investigation and difference analysis between SDM and UDM comparing predictive amount by UDM with real generated amount by SDM. First, the generated amount of construction wastes by SDM is more than estimated amount by UDM, and mixed waste was specially reduced more than UDM. The warehouse is easier than the office building to applicate SDM. But still there is no manual for SDM in the site, so establishment of SDM is demanded.

  • Space truss is a rational system which forming large span in spatial structure and the steel tube is used well as a structure member in truss system. This study includes coupon test and Stub-column compression test on the structural steel tube. The compression test of Stub-column was performed to characterize and quantify the material characteristic and strength of column. In this study, we also researched the matter of compatibility, in which we compared the experiment formula and the abstract formula by the application of the LSD standard formula, SSRC and ECCS multiple column curve.

Evaluation of Energy Self-Sufficiency Rate through Case Analysis of Building Energy Efficiency Rating in Educational Facilities (교육시설의 건축물에너지효율등급 사례분석을 통한 에너지자립률 평가)

  • Under the regulation of rational energy use in public institutions, it has been mandatory for educational facilities to meet the first grade or higher since 2014. Also the regulation has forced educational facilities as public institutions to use renewable energy since September 2008. Educational facilities are required to be qualified as zero-energy buildings from 2020 under the revision of the Green Building Act. In this study, we identified the current status of the building energy efficiency rating system and the renewable energy system installation for 316 educational facilities that were accredited as "building energy efficiency rating system" from February 2015 to March 2019. Also we analyzed the energy self-sufficiency rate based on energy requirements and renewable energy output. Of the 316 facilities, 12 had 1++ and 293 had 1++ for the "Building Energy Efficiency Rating System". Among the 12 facilities which had 1+++, 11 recorded ZEB level 5 or higher, and 28 out of the 293 facilities(11%) which got received 1++ had ZEB level 5. Thus, it is impossible to implement the ZEB certification system for educational facilities under the present conditions. Expanding the ratio of 1+++ and investing in renewable energy systems should be preceded.

Effects of Water-Repellent on the Color of Water Paint (발수제의 혼입이 수성페인트의 색에 미치는 영향)

  • Generally surface finishing of building is done with water paint that performs basic water repellency and resisting. When painting the exterior of the building with water paint, application method is easy and inexpensive and it has the advantage of building maintenance. But surface finishing of water paint is easy to discolored or aging due to ultraviolet light so the effect is not satisfying than expected. Therefore this study is to analyze durability of water-repellent paints mixed with water-repellents as outer surface finishing materials, and evaluate its feasibility. Color change and color different due to the accelerated time were tested, and the feasibility was evaluated based on the test results. The experimental results of color different, brightness different and chromaticity suggested that water-repellent paints mixed with water-repellents were suitable for finishing materials. Considering overall general durability performances, stable mixing ratios were 2, 5, and 8%.

  • 본 연구에서는 화재감시 시스템을 위한 인터넷 접속장치의 개발과 이를 이용하여 인터넷에서의 원격 화재감시 시스템을 제안하였다. 최근 중대형 건축물에는 네트워킹 환경이 구축되어있고, 소형 건축물이나 일반가정에는 급속히 보급되어 가는 초고속 인터넷 서비스를 이용하면 별도로 전용 감시망 구축을 위한 별도의 설비 추가나 이에 따른 부대비용은 절약할 수 있게 된다. 그리고 이미 운용중인 화재수신기에 PC를 통하지 않고 연결할 수 있는 접속장치를 개발하여 화재수신기에 설치하므로 원격감시 시스템 구축을 위한 설비추가나 별도로 수신기감시용 PC를 설치해야 하는 부담을 없앨 수 있다. 인터넷 접속장치에 TCP/IP 프로토콜을 사용하는 인터넷 환경의 원격 화재감시 시스템을 제안한다.
