The Characteristic of the Concentration Transition of Chemical Substances in Energy Saving House and Apartment House (에너지절약 주택과 일반 아파트에서의 실내 화학오염물질 농도 변화 특성)

  • Recently, much attention has been paid to the problem such as sick building syndrome, which caused by the indoor air pollutant. Volatile Organic Compounds $(VOC_s)$ and formaldehyde have been considered as one of the main reason that causes indoor air pollutant. This study is for introducing and designing thermal performance of super energy saving building by conducting $VOC_s$ and formaldehyde concentration in the 3Liter house. The results of the measurement for 10 months showed that $VOC_s$ and formaldehyde decreased until the guideline concentration. It took about 7 months, and it appeared right after new construction. However, their levels were showed higher concentration in comparison with the ordinary residential houses (apartment house). The main difference of between newly built 3Liter house and ordinary apartment is their air changes, which are 0.67/h for 3Liter house and 4.0/h for the apartment.

  • This study aims at comparing the noise characteristics of conventional and functional hood. Measurement and analysis was carried out in anechoic room and actual environment. In case of anechoic room, intensity and sound pressure level were measured. In case of actual environment sound pressure level under different apartment size and distances. Sound pressure level of actual environment was higher than that of anechoic room. It is concluded that noise characteristics were different from each other in case of anechoic room and actual environment.

기계설비공사 분리발주 현황

  • 대한설비건설협회는 지난 1989년 협회 창립 이후 설비건설업계의 영역확대를 위해 분리발주를 숙원사업 중 하나로 정하고 그 동안 관계기관에 건의하는 등 끊임없는 노력을 기울여 왔다. 우리협회의 이러한 노력에 힘입어 대한주택공사를 비롯한 정보통신부, 교육인적자원부 등 주요 발주처 및 발주기관에서 분리발주를 시행하고 있다. 최근들어 기계설비공사는 단순한 기계설비에서 벗어나 쓰레기이송설비, 지열냉난방시스템 등 최첨단 기술을 접목한 다양한 시공으로 확대되고 있다. 이 과정에서 업역에 대한 확고한 규정이 없어서 설비•일반•전문건설업자간 치열한 밥그릇 싸움이 예상되고 있다. 따라서 대한설비건설협회는 이러한 신규분야가 우리 설비건설영역이 될 수 있도록 더욱 박차를 가할 계획이다. 또한 지난 5월 17일 공포된 건설산업기본법 개정(안)에는 2개 공종 이상의 소규모 단순복합공사는 전문건설업자에게 원도급을 허용하는 조항이 들어있다. 이로써 오는 2009년 7월 1일부터는 소규모 단순복합공사의 경우 전문건설업자도 전문면허를 복수로 취득하여 원도급 공사 참여 가능하게 됐으며, 분리발주와 동일한 효력을 갖는다. 본지는 앞으로 분리발주 확대를 위한 각오를 새롭게 다지기 위해 대한설비건설협회의 분리발주를 추진 과정 및 분리발주된 공사현황(10억원 이상, 2002년부터)을 살펴본다.

An Experimental Research on the Shear Friction Behavior of Beam-Column Joints of Partial Precast Concrete Structures (부분PC 보-기둥 접합부의 전단 마찰 거동에 관한 실험 연구)

  • An experimental program was initiated to investigate the structural capacity of PC (Precast Concrete) beam-column joints used for the underground parking structure. Static testing of 4 typical PC beam-column joints specimens was conducted. Specimens were designed to span a range of parameters typically encountered for such members, based on findings from the survey of existing PC joint details used in the construction fields in Korea. The specimens were four by their joint types and testing parameters. The specific structural behavior germane to each specimen, and general observations on overall member behavior as a function of the considered parameters, are reported. From the results of tests on four PC joints specimens, the beam-column joints of PC structure used for the underground parking building was found to have similar structural capacities when comparing to the cast-in-place concrete system.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of urban characteristics on regional population and to suggest policy implications based on the analysis results. For this purpose, this study used spatial econometrics analysis(SAR, SEM, SAC) using data on 122 eup-myon-dong areas in Incheon Metropolitan City. As a result of the analysis, First, in terms of spatial, population density showed positive (+) effect while employment density has negative (-) effect. Also, the increase in the number of tertiary industries and workers in the industry has a positive (+) effect. Second, in terms of housing, the apartment ratio showed positive (+) effect and the increase of low-rise deteriorated housing has negative (-) effect. Third, the increase in educational facilities and urban parks showed positive (+) effect on population. In conclusion several policy implications for urban management found through this analysis are discussed.

Analysis on Characteristics of Defects before Inspection for Apartment Use (공동주택 사용검사 전 하자 특성 분석)

  • The purpose of this paper is to establish a defect classification system for defects before inspection and to derive the pattern and characteristics of defects before inspection by examining about 3,110 defect items for 133 apartment buildings. The study analysis revealed a relatively high rate of defects before inspection that occurred in finishing work. Second, defects occurred such as cracking of external wall, which is a very important defect. However, defects before inspection were relatively rare on the external wall. Finally, defects before inspection occurred during waterproofing in the common area or garage. It is necessary to establish a reasonable basis or countermeasure to resolve differences between stakeholders as various issues may arise in the course of a dispute, as a result of identifying the details of defects within the top 20 of the defectives.

  • The energy storage system is actively used as the widespread of smart grid. In the case of large scale EES, it can be efficiently controlled linked with BEMS or BAS. But, in the case of EES installed in a small sized household, it needs the help of the remote control system because it lacks the expert for controlling and operating of EES. In addition, in the case when the solar energy generation and EES are installed at the same time, a small sized EMS which can be efficiently controlled depending on the solar energy generation or electric power load is needed. In this paper, the EMS which can efficiently control the solar power generation as well as EES installed in a small sized household is implemented and its usefulness is verified through some experimental studies.

  • The importance of corporate social responsibility has been more highlighted recently for the sustainable management of the company. The purpose of this study is to empirically find out if the effects of CSR activities on public corporation are shown as same as they are on the private companies which have been verified in the previous studies. We set 'CSR activities' and 'Brand Image' to the independent variables and 'Corporate favorableness' and 'Purchase intention' to the dependent variables. The empirical analysis results are as follows. We have found that high positive causal relations are shown in 'CSR activities' ${\rightarrow}$ 'Corporate favorableness', 'CSR activities' ${\rightarrow}$ 'Purchase intention' and 'Brand image' ${\rightarrow}$ 'Corporate favorableness', 'Brand image' ${\rightarrow}$ 'Purchase intention'. Therefore just as product related 'Brand image' influences positively on purchase intention, the CSR activities have positive influence on product purchase intention and on the whole corporate image as well.

Analysis on DTV Indoor Reception Environments (디지털 TV 실내수신 환경 분석)

  • DTV has a great advantage as compared to Analog TV in picture quality under low reception field strength. Various high quality tuners have been developed to result in much smaller Noise Figure of the receivers and many trials for receiving DTV signal through indoor antenna. In this paper, results of intensive field tests on the indoor reception of DTV are presented. Tests were carried out around Seoul-Gyeonggi Metropolitan area. Commercial directional and omni-directional antennas and 5th generation receiver were used for reception availability tests. The effects of heights, locations, and types of the house as well as the distance to the transmitter on the reception performances are analyzed. Our test results will be applied to improve the indoor reception environment of DTV.

  • The purpose of this research was to propose housing estate planning that applies 3D spatial information to DAS housing estate planning program and to enhance applicability of 3D spatial analysis. In addition, this research evaluated the applicability of 3D spatial information to site planning of Korea Land and Housing Corporation and developed models for the purpose of applying the spatial information efficiently. Moreover, we tested applicability of LiDAR that can allow 3D spatial information to be more efficient and accurate. The results from cross section analysis implies that LiDAR has higher usability than existing geographic information. Additionally, this study shaded light on the suggested system development model that can simulate location or height of an apartment house by spatially analyzing difference between before-and-after site development.
