천연가스 복합발전 플랜트의 성능예측

  • 국내에서 실제 운전되고 있는 천연가스 복합발전플랜트의 성능 예측에 대한 공정전산 해석을 수행하였다. 가스터빈 사이클은 압축기, 연소기, 터빈 및 터빈 날개의 냉각을 위한 냉각계통으로 구성하였으며, 중기터빈 사이클은 폐열회수보일러, 고압/중압/저압터빈, 펌프 및 부속공정으로 구성하였다. 해석결과는 실제 플랜트의 운전자료와 정성적 및 정량적으로 잘 일치하였으며, 폐열회수보일러의 적절한 설계에 의하여 전체 플랜트의 출력향상을 도모할 수 있음을 제시하였다.

  • IGCC 가스터빈의 연료로는 주로 CO와 H$_2$ 가연성분이 대부분인 석탄과 중사유 가스를 사용하며, 발열량은 천연가스의 1/5~1/10정도이다[1]. 이러한 증발열량 가스연료는 기존의 천연가스나 석유를 연소연료로 사용한 발전시스템에 그대로 적용되어 사용하는데는 무리가 따른다. 이는 천연가스나 석유에 비해 중, 저발열량의 연소특성이 매우 다를 수 있기 때문이다.(중략)

이찬 시의 낭만성과 비극성 (The Romance and Tragedy in Lee Chan's Poetry)

  • Lee Chan's early poems were defined as the world of romance. His second-term poems were defined as proletarian poetry and poems written in prison when he made the romance as the core point through longing and desire for lost world. Maximizing the romance was proletarian poetry. His third-term poems were feelings of the northern countries called the spirit of Lee Chan's poems. He recognized the emotion of diaspora as the tragedy in these poems. It was remarkable time that the poet's tragedy observing and expressing the reality of colony. Afterward he wrote poems related inside withdrawal and war cooperation, finally he wrote poem after defecting to North Korea. Lee Chan showed the romance of desire in early poems and proletarian poems. Then he indicated acute scenery of the tragedy in the late 1930s' poems. In heavy situation, he moved from pro-Japanese literature to North Korean literature. However he didn't throw introspected self-reflection language to himself each his changing. But through several form of garden, he clearly showed consistent of maximizing his utopia sense. The time Lee Chan experienced was an icon which intensively indicated several features of deformed modern Korean poetic history. He was a unique poet who expressed various traces of modern Korean poetry in short time step by step. His path informed that he was a special poet who stepped the trace of many modern Korean poetry's extremes such as romantic poetry, proletarian poetry, prison poetry, pro-Japanese poetry and North Korean poetry. Likewise we can call his life as a grudge return. Because he left hometown, experienced the light and darkness of modern times and returned his hometown.

전자기기 냉각용 마이크로채널 워터블록의 냉각성능에 관한 수치해석 (A Numerical Analysis on Cooling Performance of Microchannel Waterblock for Electronic Devices Cooling)

  • The microchannel waterblock has a good capability in the cooling of electronic devices. The object of this paper is to estiblish the scheme of design for the microchannel waterblock. The effects of flow rate and channel size on the cooling performances are investigated. It was found that the optimum flow rates were ragned from 0.7 lpm to 1.4 lpm. The thermal resistance at 2.0 lpm and 100 W was 0.13 $^{\circ}C$/W. Decrease in the width of channels is more effective for the improvement in the cooling performances of microchannel waterblock than increase in the height of channels. The increase of pressure drop resulted from decrease in the width of channels can be decreased by increasing the hight of channels.

  • Waste heat recovery process designs and performance analyses are conducted on the IGCC(Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle) power plants integrated with two different coal gasification and gas cleanup processes by Shell and GE/Texaco. Through the analysis results, the present study provides the steam integration concept between the HRSG and the chemical processes of IGCC power plant, and investigates the effect of steam integration on the power generation of IGCC power plant. The present simulation results show less steam power output and higher overall IGCC efficiency of the Shell-based power plant than the GE/Texaco.

  • The present study conducts CFD analyses on the internal flow fields of roots type vacuum pumps of semiconductor fabrication facility, and the computed CFD results for internal pressure and temperature distributions are applied to structural analyses of the pumps. The coupled analysis results between flow and structure show that the deformation of pump structure is mainly resulted from the thermal expansion of gas in pump, and the deformed impeller and housing produce their severe contact and impact phenomena causing mechanical damage and fracture.

  • An aero-acoustic performance analysis method of regenerative blower is developed as one of the FANDAS codes. The aerodynamic performance of regenerative blower is predicted by using momentum exchange theory coupled with pressure loss and leakage flow models. Based on the performance prediction results, the noise level and spectrum of regenerative blower are predicted by discrete frequency and broadband noise models. The combination of the performance and the noise prediction methods gives aero-acoustic performance map and noise spectrum analysis results, which are well-agreed with the actual measurement results within a few percent relative error.

  • A performance of a regenerative pump has been analyzed using various pressure loss correlations. The predicted head and efficiency agree favorably with experimental data, which confirms the validity of the present analysis. In addition, performance improvement is made through the optimization of the open channel geometry configuration and the capacity of the regenerative pump. The optimized pump has better efficiency, higher head and larger flow coefficient. Moreover, its operation range is wider than that of the conventional unit.

  • 상용 IGCC발전소의 특징적 공정흐름에 대한 분석기술의 확보를 위해 PDU급 IGCC발전계통에 대한 성능평가와 NOx 배출에 대한 모델링을 수행하였다. 향후 IGCC발전소 건설시 선정가능성이 있는 4가지 가스화 공정에서 생산되는 석탄가스를 연료로 하고, 그 발전계통의 대상 가스터빈은 산업현장에서 사용되고 있는 GE사의 LM1600PA를 선정하였다. 석탄가스는 천연가스에 비해 가스터빈의 효율과 출력 상승을 가져오나, 이와 동시에 압축기 탈설계점 작동문제를 야기 시킬 수 있다. 또한 NOx 발생량은 석탄가스 연소시 급격히 증가하며, NOx 제어를 위해 질소분사가 이루어져야 함을 알 수 있었다.

  • 대부분의 산업용 가스터빈은 고발열량의 액체 및 가스연료를 사용하도록 설계되었다. 그러나 이러한 고발열량 에너지원인 석유나 천연가스등은 자원의 고갈, 가격문제 및 환경문제 등으로 인해 점차적으로 사용량이 줄어들 전망이다. 그러므로, 최근 들어 석유 및 천연가스를 대체할 수 있는 대체연료에 대한 맡은 연구가 이루어지고 있으며, 그 중에서도 중발열량 또는 저발열량 연료인 석탄가스 및 중잔사유 가스의 활용성에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고있다.(중략)
