In addition, this study examined the moderating effect of the organizational level in the process of entrepreneurship. As a result, corporate entrepreneurship has had a positive effect on job satisfaction and turnover, which is due to the employees attitude and organization. Organizational trust in the process has been shown to perform an important role in the relationship between the corporate entrepreneurship and job satisfaction, and that the relationship between the corporate entrepreneurship and turnover has not been controlled. • In general, there are three factors which compel employees to leave their position at a company: duties in organization, perception related to organization, and attitude built through the previous factors. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the factors on the turnover intention and the decreasing achievement affected by the turnover. For this study, the perceived organizational support and organization commitment were chosen as worker's attitude variables which affects turnover intention. The results through the actual analysis are as follows: 1. Worker's emotional commitment is on the increase when the organization values their increased efforts as precious and makes efforts to improve welfare system. 2. Worker's turnover intention decreases as the stronger emotional commitment enables them to gain more consciousness to stay longer at the company. 3. The worker who possesses stronger lasting commitment tends to have some inclination to leave his current position if other organization offers compensation enough to make up for the current investment. 4. Worker's turnover intention decreases when they perceive that the organization acknowledges employees' value and supports them. 5. Worker's turnover intention at the small-middle sized companies is higher than at major companies. In this study, four out of five hypotheses, which are based on theoretical examinations and backgrounds, gain verified results. In the end, it is showed that the perceived organization support can increase the emotional commitment which makes it possible to decrease turnover intention. Consequently, it can be said that the appropriate human resources management is to explore the ways to decrease worker's turnover intention by improving labor environment and searching for the way to promote worker's commitment to their organization through the perceived organization supports.

  • The enhancement of algorithmic management within platform companies and the expanding recognition of the 'employee status' of platform workers in various areas indicate a need for platform companies to broaden their comprehension of platform workers' job attitudes as an internal human resource. This study aims to explore variations in platform workers' job attitudes based on their work values in light of the evolving landscape of algorithmic management. Specifically, the research delves into discerning differences in platform workers' perceptions of job attitudes in relation to their work values. A multivariate analysis of variance(MANOVA) was employed in examining survey data from 177 riders affiliated with a delivery platform that implemented algorithmic management. The findings revealed that platform workers who prioritize work value (job interest), exhibited higher levels of perceived fairness in compensation and autonomy. Moreover, those who placed greater importance on work value (economic compensation), demonstrated elevated levels of work overload, perceived fairness in compensation, job burnout, and intentions to seek alternative employment opportunities.

  • This research introduced the concept of 'alternative attractiveness' derived from the social exchange theory to the research model predicting turnover intention among salesforce. By doing so, we tried to broaden the understandings of relationship between salesperson job attitude and salesperson behavior. We collected and analysed the data from the survey on the 178 salespeople employed at the life insurance companies. We found the alternative attractiveness to be a significant antecedent of the turnover intention. Specifically, the more attractive the alternative the greater the intention of turnover. However, we also found that the salesforces are less attracted to the alternative if they are more satisfied with their jobs. Finally, this research can be a seminary work with the relational perspective for the studies of salesforce management.

We tested the hypothesis that workplace bullying negatively impacts private security guard's office attitude, but there will be significant difference in influence with their level of self-esteem scale. Second, we tried to find out how self-esteem affect them on their job satisfaction. Using regression analysis, we can see that job satisfaction is affected by age, workplace bullying, relational aggression and self-esteem. For example, job satisfaction is increased as they get old and self-esteem is improved, on the other hand, workplace bullying and relational aggression is decreased. A survey was conducted to collect data from foodservice managers (N=231). Statistical analyses were completed using SPSS Win (16.0) for descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-test, correlation analysis, cluster analysis and AMOS (16.0) for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The concept of emotional intelligence (EI) has been on the radar screens of many leaders and managers over the last several decades. The emotional intelligence is generally accepted to be a combination of emotional and interpersonal competencies that influence behavior, thinking and interaction with others. The main results of this study were as follows. The four EI (Emotional Intelligence) dimensions correlated significantly with age. The means of job satisfaction score were above the midpoint (3.04 point) scale. The organizational commitment score was above the midpoint (3.41 point) scale and was higher at 'loyalty' factor than 'commitment' factor. The means of organizational performance score were above the midpoint (3.34) scale. The correlations among the four EI (emotional intelligence) factors were significant with job satisfaction; organizational commitment, organizational performance and turnover intention. The test of hypothesis using structural equation modeling found that emotional intelligence produced positive effects on job attitude and job performance. Emotional intelligence enhanced organizational commitment, and in turn, managers' attitude produced positive effects on organizational performance; emotional intelligence also had a direct impact on organizational performance. This study has identified the effect of emotional intelligence on organizational performance and attitudes toward one's job.

  • With increasing international labour in Korea, the perspective of foreign workers' maintenance and changes of origin while living and working overseas provides a new angle for leadership research. For the purpose to investigate the effect of leadership on the group of foreign workers, this study targeted Filipino workers in U and G city and explored whether authentic leadership predicts foreign workers' work engagement and retainment through the potential intervening effect of interpersonal trust. The empirical study utilized SPSS, and results proved that authentic leadership has no significant relationship to foreign Filipino workers' work engagement directly, but authentic leadership showed a negative effect on Filipino workers' turnover intention. The full mediation effect of interpersonal trust proves the value and importance of establishing trust relationships in retaining foreign workers.
