Antecedents and consequences of perceived usefulness of team project-based learning (팀프로젝트 기반 학습법에 대해 지각된 유용성의 선행요인과 결과요인에 대한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to suggest strategies of team project based learning for undergraduate students by exploring the effects of perceived usefulness on satisfaction in team project-based learning. Also, this study investigated the effects of autonomy support, self-efficacy for group work, and perceived interaction on perceived usefulness. The findings of this study revealed that perceived usefulness affects satisfaction in team project-based learning. Moreover, the results showed that autonomy support and self-efficacy for group work influence perceived usefulness. The findings of this study imply that perceived usefulness is critical team project-based learning is critical to successful learning. Additionally, autonomy support and self-efficacy for group work enables users to perceive usefulness in team project-based learning.

The Effect of Un-tact Emotional Schema Group Counseling Program on the Improvement of Emotional Ability of Unmarried Couples with Relationship Conflict Experiences (비대면 정서도식 커플 집단상담 프로그램이 관계갈등경험이 있는 미혼 커플의 정서능력 향상에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of this research was to develop an un-tact group counseling program to deal with the conflicts in the relationship of unmarried couples and to verify the effect of the program for improving emotional cognition and emotion regulation of unmarried couples. The research procedure consisted of the program development step and the program verification step, and in detail, 8 steps of program development processes were established. The subjects of the research were 11 unmarried couples, and 4 group were organized. The group counseling program was conducted once a week (2 sessions), a total of 10 sessions for 5 weeks. The effect was analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. As a result of quantitative analysis, the participant's relationship satisfaction was significantly improved and there was a significant change in some relationship emotional schemas of participants. As a result of qualitatively analysis through participant's program review, participant's emotional understanding and the couple relationship were improved, and the group effect of the couple group counseling was found. Finally, the significance and limitations of this study were presented.

How Socio-economic Factors, Relationships, Daily Life, and Future Orientation Affect Happiness for College Students (대학생의 행복에 영향을 미치는 사회경제적 요인, 관계, 일상생활, 미래지향성에 관한 연구)

  • This research aims to gain a better understanding of college students' thoughts on what factors make them happy and contribute to enhancing their happiness. We focused on the relationship between their self-assessed happiness and various factors affecting happiness, such as their socio-economic status, relationships with others, future orientation, and daily activities. Survey data were collected from October, 2014 to December, 2014 at a South Korean University. The final total number of respondents was 474 from 500 distributed questionnaires, after excluding 26 responses with missing values and unanswered items. The response was comprised of 247 male students, and 227 female students, and of 268 freshmen, 145 sophomores, 35 juniors, and 26 senior students. Factors that were statistically significant were gender, year, average cost of leisure, appearance satisfaction, conversation hour with parents, having girlfriend/boyfriend, sexual experience, number of friends, satisfaction with major, Grade Point Average (GPA), studying hours, time for self-improvement, reading hours, use of smart phone hours, number of daily meals, exercise hour, schedule management and future goal setting. This research was conducted utilizing only data from one university and so it may not be appropriate to generalize the results. Moreover, some of the variables are not in line with previous studies on happiness. Some other mediating variables may exist. Therefore, following research should be conducted.

A Study on Smartphone Addiction, Mental health and Impulsiveness For High School Students at Korea (고등학생의 스마트폰 중독과 정신건강, 충동성에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the causal relationship between the smartphone addiction proneness, mental health, and impulsiveness of high school students in Korea. 804 first and second year high school students participated in the survey that included the Smartphone addiction scale, Korean Brief Mental Diagnosis Exam - the highest 25% of total score (Addictive SmartPhone Use Group : ASPUG 213 persons), the lowest 25% of total score(Non-Addictive SmartPhone Use Group : NASPUG 204 persons), BIS-II Impulsiveness Scale and additional questions asking for demographical characteristics. The outcomes of this study were as follows. First, sex, grade of high school, academic accomplishment, student's satisfaction with school life, monthly allowance, the level of parental respect, having a opposite sex friend were related to smartphone addiction and impulsiveness. Second, ASPUG had worse mental health and impulsiveness than NASPUG, and the difference was statistically significant. Third, Students showed higher levels of mental health 9 subareas - anxiety, depression, phobic anxiety, Somatization, obsessive compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, hostility, Paranoid ideation, Psychosis as their smartphone use increased.

A Study of the Improvement and Practical Use on the Website Measurement Scale (웹사이트 측정도구의 개발과 활용에 대한 연구)

  • The aim of this study is to suggest a new website measurement scale revised in accordance with the present tendency, and to test the practical use of it. The empirically current studies suggest the information, connectivity, practical function, lay - out, design, interlace, system, service as a website measurement scale. However. this study suggest a new website measurement scale including communication between internet users, platform for editing information. The test of a practical use about measurement scale progressed by a survey on computer access. A sample of 300 internet users answered the question based on a new website measurement scale. The result of this study shows that primary factors of the website measurement scale are information, user interface, website service, and communication. The influence of these factors on user's website preference changed as compared with the past. The result also shows that there is close correlation between information factor and communication factor. And the communication factor suggested on this study has effected in user's website satisfaction. Results imply that the idea of web2.0 is practically an important strategy for improving website satisfaction. And, because influence of primary factors on the website satisfaction has changed continually, strategic planning will have to be kept up.

Determinants of the Users' Intention to Retain the Monthly Movie Subscription VOD in the Pay-TV:A Dual Model of Dedication-Based and Constraint-Based Mechanisms (유료방송 영화 VOD 월정액 서비스 이용자의 가입유지의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 자의기반과 구속기반 메커니즘의 이원적 모형을 중심으로)

  • This study investigates the factors influencing to users' intention to retain monthly movie subscription VOD service in the Pay-TV. A dual model of a dedication-based mechanism and constraint-based mechanism used as the analytical framework for the service subscription retention. This study surveyed the total of 366 respondents who aged 15 years or older among the subscribers who use monthly movie subscription VOD service in Pay-TV from May 8 to May 14, 2018 through online surveys. And the study used SPSS 25 and AMOS 21 for data analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the price, the contents diversity and the ease of use were found to affect the user satisfaction. From three components, the price is the most effective and the ease of use is the next. Second, user satisfaction were found to affect the intention to retain a subscription in the dedication-based mechanism. Third, procedural switching cost were found to affect the intention to retain a subscription in the constraint-base mechanism.

A Study on the Self-identity and Satisfaction through Avatar Expression Process (아바타 표현과정 속 자기동일시와 만족도에 관한 연구)

  • This study proposes an evaluation item model for the avatar expression process, satisfaction and self-identification for each expression element in order to investigate the expression attributes on the influence on the user in setting the avatar. The evaluation of avatar expression method was composed of self-identification and satisfaction by ease of expression and expression elements on the avatar production and expression process. To evaluate the proposed evaluation model, 17 people participated in the experiment. As a result, it was found that most of the participants had a high level of understanding of the production process, and the more diverse the expression elements, the higher the satisfaction with the avatar expression process. Hair shape and face shape were the most important expression factors, and clothes and overall harmony was the most concerned facotrs. Most of them tried to express themselves as realistically as possible. However, in self-identification, there was no significant correlation between expression and production process. In this study identify the decision-making factors that appear in the avatar expression process, the direction in which satisfaction can be formed, and the factors that affect self-identification. In addition, it will be a basic study on how avatars have a lasting influence on users in the future.

Influence of Interaction Social Interaction Anxiety on Interpersonal Relation of Female College Students (여대생의 대인불안과 대인관계)

  • This study examined the factors influencing interpersonal anxiety in female interpersonal relationships of female college students to establish baseline data for appropriate interventions. The study participants were 231 female college students in B and K city. The data were collected from questionnaires gathered between September 3rd, 2014 and September 17th of the same year, and analyzed by a t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and Stepwise multiple regression using the SPSS 21.0 Program. According to the results, the participants' social interaction anxiety and interpersonal relations showed a negative correlation and statistically significant differences according to the satisfaction level for the major, perceived economic level, number of friends, boyfriend, and recently experienced emotion. The factors affecting the interpersonal relations was social interaction anxiety and social interaction anxiety; this was explained by 30.1%. Therefore, the collected data are expected to be useful for establishing baseline data for the development of an intervention program that can help female college students lower their social interpersonal anxiety and improve their ability for interpersonal relationships.

Factors Affecting the Depression of Elementary School Teachers (초등교사의 우울에 미치는 영향요인)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the factors affecting depression in elementary school teachers. The research design was a descriptive study. Methods:Data were collected by questionnaires from 283 elementary school teachers. Data were analyzed using a t-test, ANOVA, a $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The mean scores were 2.44, 3.07 and 3.68 out of 5 on Likert scales for burnout, job stress and ego-resiliency, respectively. The mean scores were 1.47 and 2.95 out of 4 on Likert scales for items of depression and job satisfaction, respectively. Teaching experience and class size affected depression significantly. There was a positive correlation between depression and burnout(r=0.465, p<.001), and between depression and job stress(r =.220, p<.001),while a negative correlation was observed between depression and job satisfaction(r=-.249, p<.001), and depression and ego-resiliency(r=-.643, p<.001). Multiple regression analysis showed that ego-resiliency(${\beta}=0.639$), job satisfaction(${\beta}=.141$), burnout(${\beta}=.094$), and job stress(${\beta}=.067$) affected depression in order and the four research variables led to a 42.7% prediction for depression among elementary school teachers. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, a systematic plan for decreasing job stress and increasing eco-resilience is needed to improve depression among elementary school teachers.

The Pathways From Parent Attachment to Adolescent Life Satisfaction Through Peer Attachment and Romantic Relationships (부모애착, 또래애착 및 이성관계가 청소년의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine pathways from parent attachment to adolescent life satisfaction and to determine the mediating roles of peer attachment and romantic relationships. Methods: The participants were 221 high-school students (117 boys and 104 girls) living in Jeonnam province who had been in a romantic relationship for more than 3 months. The data were analyzed by t -tests, Pearson correlations, and SEM using SPSS 19.0 and Amos 18.0. Results: Based on the research objective, 4 important results were summarized. First, father attachment and mother attachment had direct effects on adolescent life satisfaction. Second, mother attachment had an indirect effect on adolescent life satisfaction through peer attachment. Third, father attachment had an indirect effect on adolescent life satisfaction through romantic relationships. Fourth, mother attachment had an indirect effect on adolescent life satisfaction through peer attachment and romantic relationships. Conclusion: The results from this study highlight the significant roles of parent attachment, peer attachment, and romantic relationships in adolescent life satisfaction. Specifically, the roles of father attachment and of romantic relationships in adolescent life satisfaction, which have seldom been explored in previous studies, should be emphasized. The findings can be used as an important basis for prospective research and practices for improving adolescent life satisfaction.
