  • This paper deal with the advanced thchnology of water supply line breakege detection system in singsan green city. the technology apply for construction eco oriented high-tech city to merge residant, industial, tour reasure parts for songsan green city furture direction achivement and response for a life style change of people in the city. Breakege detection system consist of smart prevention seat, pipeline breakege detection sensor, analysis software, server. etc.. Central control unit sent the data to hwa sung city water supply office by WCDMA in SKY. the data are states about water supply pipeline, Location.etc. This system maintain the long term life cycle of water supply plpeline by the prevention the leakege event through ackonwledge information of evnet occurrence locaion. and used to realtime sense method about demage information of the pipeline and prevent to brekege facilities during excavation work.

  • In this study, for the integrated information management of underground pipelines, each information management server software must have it's inter-operability. So Many kinds of smart-city integrated platform softwares were surveyed and the best platform software was selected. The interface software modules developed in this study was installed at the test system. Through this test system, when a sub system transfers an event message to the upper integrated server system, the inter-operability test between the upper system and a sub operating system was performed and its operability was resolved.

  • 최근 침입 탐지 시스템은 기존 시그니처 기반이 아닌 AI 기반 연구로 많이 진행되고 있다. 이는 시그니처 기반의 한계인 이전에 보지 못한 악성 행위의 탐지가 가능하기 때문이다. 또한 로그 정보는 시스템의 중요 이벤트를 기록하여 시스템의 상태를 반영하고 있기 때문에 로그 정보를 사용한 침입 탐지 시스템에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 로그 정보는 시스템 상태의 일부분만 반영하고 있기 때문에, 회피하기 쉬우며, 이를 보완하기 위해 system call 정보를 사용한 멀티 모달 기반 침입 시스템을 제안한다.

Exploring the contextual factors of episodic memory: dissociating distinct social, behavioral, and intentional episodic encoding from spatio-temporal contexts based on medial temporal lobe-cortical networks (일화기억을 구성하는 맥락 요소에 대한 탐구: 시공간적 맥락과 구분되는 사회적, 행동적, 의도적 맥락의 내측두엽-대뇌피질 네트워크 특징을 중심으로)

  • Episodic memory consists of a core event and the associated contexts. Although the role of the hippocampus and its neighboring regions in contextual representations during encoding has become increasingly evident, it remains unclear how these regions handle various context-specific information other than spatio-temporal contexts. Using high-resolution functional MRI, we explored the patterns of the medial temporal lobe (MTL) and cortical regions' involvement during the encoding of various types of contextual information (i.e., journalism principle 5W1H): "Who did it?," "Why did it happen?," "What happened?," "When did it happen?," "Where did it happen?," and "How did it happen?" Participants answered six different contextual questions while looking at simple experimental events consisting of two faces with one object on the screen. The MTL was divided to sub-regions by hierarchical clustering from resting-state data. General linear model analyses revealed a stronger activation of MTL sub-regions, the prefrontal lobe (PFC), and the inferior parietal lobule (IPL) during social (Who), behavioral (How), and intentional (Why) contextual processing when compared with spatio-temporal (Where/When) contextual processing. To further investigate the functional networks involved in contextual encoding dissociation, a multivariate pattern analysis was conducted with features selected as the task-based connectivity links between the hippocampal subfields and PFC/IPL. Each social, behavioral, and intentional contextual processing was individually and successfully classified from spatio-temporal contextual processing, respectively. Thus, specific contexts in episodic memory, namely social, behavior, and intention, involve distinct functional connectivity patterns that are distinct from those for spatio-temporal contextual memory.

  • Post-translational modification is an efficient process to rapidly transduce external stimulus into cellular response. Ubiquitination is a typical post-translational modification which is a highly conserved process in eukaryotes. UPS (Ubiquitin/Proteasome System) mediated by the ubiquitination is to target diverse cellular proteins for degradation. Among E3 ubiquitin ligases that function as the key determinant for substrate recognition, CRL (cullin–RING E3 ubiquitin ligase) is the largest family and forms the complex composed of cullin, RBX1, adaptor and substrate receptor. Although CRL1, also known as SCF complex, has been widely researched for its biological role, the functional studies of CRL4 have been relatively elusive. In Arabidopsis, there are 119 substrate receptors named DCAF (DDB1 CUL4 Associated Factor) proteins for CRL4 and a fraction of DCAF proteins have been identified for their potential functions so far. In this paper, current understanding on structure and biological roles of plant CRL4 complexes in a diverse of cellular events is reviewed, especially focusing on CRL4 substrate receptors. Moreover, the regulatory mechanism of CRL4’s activity is also introduced. These studies will be helpful to further understand the signal transduction pathways in which such CRL4 complexes are involved and give a clue to establish the action network of entire CRL4 complexes in plants.

An Analysis of the Impact of Subway Construction on Apartment Price in the Station Areas: Focusing on the Daegu Subway Line 3 (도시철도 건설과 역세권이 아파트가격에 미치는 영향 분석 - 대구도시철도 3호선 역세권 거리와 아파트 면적 구분을 중심으로 -)

  • This study aims to examine the influence of the Daegu Subway Line 3 construction on apartment price fluctuation and to find the factors causing the apartment price fluctuation in the station area of the Daegu Subway Line 3. Empirical results of this study are as follows: first, the apartment price is more fluctuated or increased at the time of completion of subway construction than at the time of breaking ground; second, the opening of the Daegu Subway Line 3 has positive impact on apartment price nearby the station area of the Daegu Subway Line 3, especially apartment prices in the second station area (200-600m) are positively related to the opening of the Daegu Subway Line 3; third, medium-large size ($85-135m^2$) and large size (excess of $135m^2$) apartment are sensitively related to the apartment price fluctuation by the Daegu Subway Line 3 construction; and fourth, Buk-gu and Suseong-gu areas are the main beneficiaries. The results of this study suggest implications for tax and redistribution policies in the station areas.

  • This study proposes a customized SNS operational strategy for special libraries based on a case study on the Ocean Science Library (OSL) of South Korea. The study conducted an in-depth analysis on an organizational structure, manpower, contents, and promotion. The outcome of SNS operational strategy deducted from this study can be categorized into several items, including: (1) a selection of an appropriate SNS channel, which meets the objective of the operation; (2) a formal division of works for SNS operation; (3) a designation of full-time managers and an establishment of a task force team; (4) a specialization of contents according to specific subjects; (5) on/off-line promotions focused on events, which encourage participations; (6) an improvement of contents through regular log analyses; and (7) a promotion of library website access through SNS, and so on. This research also suggested the strategies for the development of SNS operation: strengthening of communication and cooperation among librarians; distribution of academic and research outcomes of the umbrella organization; enhancement of a role as a communication channel between librarians and users, and carry out a role as a 'social curator.'

  • 2009 세계 천문의 해(International Year of Astronomy 2009, IYA2009) 한국조직위원회는 지난 1년간 148개 참가국의 일원으로 다양한 활동을 펼쳤다. IYA2009 활동은 강연, 별 축제와 같은 고전적인 이벤트로부터 시, 수필, 에세이, 음악, 미술, 만화, 영화, 대회, 인터넷 생중계, 플래시 동영상과 같이 새롭게 시도된 프로그램에 이르기까지 다양하게 기획, 운영되었다. 또한 우리는 시민천문대와 과학관, 미술관은 물론, 지하철, 기차역, 시청, 놀이공원, 쇼핑몰, 백화점, 병원, 그리고 경찰서에 이르기까지, 기존의 전통적인 전시공간을 벗어나 다양한 장소에서 전시회와 동영상 상영을 시도했다. 우리는 지난 1년간 90여 종의 행사를 410여 회에 걸쳐 진행했으며, 총 11,700,000여 명의 일반 시민과 학생들이 2009 세계 천문의 해에 참여한 것으로 추산하고 있다. IYA2009는 강연 200여 회, 전시 80여 회, 공연 15회, 학회 7회 등으로 요약할 수 있으며, 공식책자 4종, 도록 3종이 발간되었다. 관련 보도자료는 40 차례 배포했으며, 그 결과 2,500여 건이 언론을 통해 보도되었고, 총 248편의 연재기사가 실렸다. 2009 세계 천문의 해 한국조직위원회 공식 웹진 '이야진' 접속자는 999,890명, 총 페이지 뷰 건수는 131,963,473을 기록했다.

  • In this paper, an integrated simulation model for designing multi-agent system based DEMS (distributed energy management system) in stand-alone micro-grid system is proposed. In the design of the EMS(energy management system), the multi-agent based DEMS are more effective than conventional centralized EMS, but it is difficult to design the DEMS by general design tools for power system because of various states of a microgrid system during operation of stand-alone mode. Also, since performance test of the DEMS using a real system is inefficient, an integrated simulation model is required for designing an effective multi-agent system based DEMS. The proposed model consists of Matlab/SimPowerSystems based simulation model of the microgrid system and the Multi-agnet based DEMS designed by Matlab/StateFlow tool. In order to show the effect of the proposed model, the model outputs are analyzed for specified operation conditions.

  • Sharing of product and process information with partners is a basic activity and key requirement which ensures success of distribution. ePedigree that encapsulates all of the event data from manufacturer to retail shop provides a flexible mechanism of storing and sharing traceable information to the partners of supply chain and credibility of shared information through digital signature based on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). To generate the signature that can be authenticated through PKI, the partners of supply chain should pay for PKI certificates from Certificate Authority (CA). In case of agrifood cooperatives which consist of petty merchants or farmers, it is hard to pay for the PKI certificate for all members and is a big obstacle for the ePedigree to be applied to the supply chain. This paper proposes a private certification method of ePedigree for cooperatives. Cooperatives can apply the ePedigree using the proposed method to all the members at small cost and the proposed method can assure the credibility of information at the same level of the previous ePedigree.
