Convergence Analysis of Recognition and Influence on Bigdata in the e-Learning Field (이러닝 분야의 빅데이터에 관한 인식과 영향에 관한 융합적 분석)

  • The utilization of Big data in the field of education has spread around the developed countries. However, in Korea, there are only experimental approaches related to Bigdata, yet for the related researches and services to appear. Therefore, it is the situation that needs to understand the reason for poor use of big data in the e-Learning industry, study and seek out alternatives to solve these problems. The result of this study shows that it was investigated that the high level of understanding of Bigdata has recognized large impact on e-Learning of Big Data and the more large-scale sales companies have recognized large impact on e-Learning of Big Data in the e-Learning industry. In conclusion, this study makes a proposal to expand the training and utilization policies of Bigdata relating to different sales scales.

  • 지식정보화 시대에서 정보는 사회적 부를 창출하는 수단이며 그 자체로서 가치를 지니기도 한다. 하지만 사회적 약자인 장애인들은 정보접근과 활용에서 소외되고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 웹접근성을 향상시키는 것이 중요한 문제이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 웹접근성의 의미와 u-러닝의 의미, 그리고 u-러닝이 주는 학습적 효과를 알아보고 u-러닝 콘텐츠에 웹접근성을 향상시켰을 때 얻을 수 있는 이점에 대해 알아보고자 하며, 장애인의 웹접근성을 향상시키는 u-러닝 콘텐츠를 개발하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 제안을 한다. 첫째, 시작장애인을 위한 보조기능이 존재해야 한다. 둘째, u-러닝 콘텐츠의 색채구성에 유의해야 한다. 셋째, 청각장애인을 위한 서비스를 제공해야 한다. 넷째, 장애인에게 적절한 모바일 기기를 선택해야 한다.

  • 본 연구는 e러닝 환경에서 웹 기반 학습자간 상호작용 학습증진을 위한 스터디 그룹 활동지원시스템 개발을 위한 실질적 사례를 제시하는 데 있다. e러닝 환경 웹 기반학습의 단점을 보완하기 위하여 함께 학습이 가능하도록 제안되었고, 학습자들간의 상호작용을 증진시킬 수 있는 자료실 정보교환, 화상토론, 동영상강좌 동시 시청 가능도 설계되었다. 대학생 254명 대상 49개 그룹으로 학습자간의 상호작용을 통한 학습만족도를 조사하고 그 결과를 분석 해보았다. 또한 협동학습을 통한 스터디 그룹 활동은 개인별 상호작용 활동지수로 나타내어 학습만족도와의 상관관계를 증가시킬 수 있는 하나의 온라인 학습 커뮤니티 모형을 제시함으로서 e러닝 사이트나 학습 시스템을 설자하고 구현하는데 참고가 될 수 있으리라 기대한다.

  • 최근 고주사율 디스플레이 시장 확대와 실감콘텐츠에 대한 요구에 따라, 높은 프레임율의 동영상 콘텐츠에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문은 이용자의 비디오를 초슬로우 비디오로 변환해주는 웹 기반 서비스 시스템을 제안한다. 이는 사용자가 웹을 통해 비디오를 업로드하면, 딥러닝 기반의 비디오 프레임 보간 알고리즘을 이용하여 초고프레임율의 동영상으로 변환하며. 변환된 초저속 비디오를 웹을 통해 보여주거나 파일 포맷으로 제공한다. 제안 시스템은 복잡한 연산을 요구하는 딥러닝 네트워크 모듈과 사용자와의 상호작용을 위한 웹 페이지 모듈로 구성되었다. 프레임 보간을 위해서, State-of-the-art 기술인 딥러닝 기반의 Real-Time Intermediate Flow Estimation for Video Frame Interpolation 방법이 활용되었으며, 웹페이지는 HTML, CSS, Javascript, Flask를 사용하여 구축되었고, Flask를 활용하여 두 모듈이 연동되었다. 제안 웹 기반 시스템을 통해, 사용자는 딥러닝 네트워크 구동에 필요한 별도의 지식 없이 통신 자원만으로 고실감의 경험과 편의성을 제공받을 수 있다.

  • The self-regulated learning was making an alternative idea to improve a learning effect of student who takes part in a study course. This research aimed the self- regulated learning of E-learning system. Also. in this system, the students were able to select the learning object according to the learning method for improving learning effect that students take part in study spontaneously. And the learning logic was implemented for development efficiency and operation by web service. Finally, the test result of study group who had the similar studying level displayed that the proposal method was better learning effect than exist one.

  • The importance of smart learning is increasing as the speed of development of non-face-to-face services increases due to the influence of COVID-19. This study is the user satisfaction evaluation model that utilizes the causal relationship between variables used for evaluation, focusing on the usability evaluation results of the learning disability intervention service (www.basic-edu.net) according to the need to evaluate the use satisfaction of the smart learning system. To this end, theoretical studies were conducted on smart learning and learning disability intervention services, www.basic-edu.net, usability evaluation of learning disability intervention systems, and use satisfaction evaluation models. And based on the results, a hypothesis was presented on the user satisfaction evaluation model of the smart learning system. The experimental method allowed 40 students and parents across the country to use the www.basic-edu.net service and was evaluated for its usability. In addition, using this data, the hypothesis was verified using regression analysis based on four variables: ease of use, interest, self-learning, and satisfaction with use. As a result of the hypothesis verification, it was found that the causal relationship of all hypotheses from H1 to H4 was significant.

  • It had been said that reading education in Japan has a goal to 'Lead children's character to a desirable direction'. Since the 2000s, Japan's reading activity was directly linked with an education program to improve children's education ability. These movements for reading in Japan is made more concrete by the 'Promotion Act on Children's Reading Activities'. For improving the reading skills of the younger generation in Japan, cooperation among homes, regions, and schools is needed. As a result, Japan has an opportunity to build an educational infrastructure for reading support services. The library has also been given an enhanced role as a learning commons. In this background, this study tried to analyze the current state of Japan's reading instruction qualification system, and show their efforts to foster reading specialists for improving the reading skills of the younger generation. This will generate the momentum needed to have the library evolve into learning commons.

  • 최근 IT기술의 발전, 대학 교육의 글로벌화 등의 추세는 대학의 이러닝(e-learning) 형태의 교육을 촉진하고 있다. 국내향후 연구에서는 17개의 사이버대학은 이러닝 형태의 교육을 제공하고 있는데, 최근 재학생 수가 크게 증가하고 있다. 이에 사이버대학들은 우수한 강의 제공을 위해 학생-교수간의 다양한 상호작용에 대해서 연구하고 있다. 본 연구는 사이버대학의 LMS(Learning Management System)에 온라인 채팅 서비스를 최초로 도입하여, 시스템을 구축하였다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 채팅과 학습만족과의 관계에 대해서 검증하고, 강의질 개선을 위한 전략을 도출하고자 한다.

Moderating Effect of Learning styles on the relationship of quality and satisfaction of e-Learning context (이러닝의 품질특성과 만족도에 관한 학습유형의 조절효과)

  • This study aims to explore the effect of quality factors and learning styles on users' satisfaction in e-Learning context. For this purpose, statistical methods such as reliability test, factor analysis, ANOVA, regression analysis were carried out using the survey data from university students. The quality factors of e-Learning were classified into contents, system, service, and interpersonal activities while learning styles were classified into positive-cooperative, self-directed, environmental-dependent, and passive styles. The results showed that each quality factors of e-Learning has a strong positive effect on user satisfaction, and self-directed group has higher satisfaction than other groups. Learning styles have moderating effects on the quality-satisfaction relationship, and especially, the group of passive learning style has a strong moderating effect on the interpersonal activities. Theoretical and practical implications and future research directions are drawn from these findings.

Airline Service Quality Evaluation Based on Customer Review Using Machine Learning Approach and Sentiment Analysis (머신러닝과 감성분석을 활용한 고객 리뷰 기반 항공 서비스 품질 평가)

  • The airline industry faces with significant competition due to the rise of technology innovation and diversified customer needs. Therefore, continuous quality management is essential to gain competitive advantages. For this reason, there have been various studies to measure and manage service quality using customer reviews. However, previous studies have focused on measuring customer satisfaction only, neglecting systematic management between customer expectations and perception based on customer reviews. In response, this study suggests a framework to identify relevant criteria for service quality management, measure the importance, and assess the customer perception based on customer reviews. Machine learning techniques, topic models, and sentiment analysis are used for this study. This study can be used as an important strategic tool for evaluating service quality by identifying important factors for airline customer satisfaction while presenting a framework for identifying each airline's current service level.
