The research on urban forests in Chuncheon, so far, has mainly conducted in Ponguisan urban forest. Research on other urban forests in Chuncheon was scarce. Accordingly, in this study, the author chose the main urban forests in Chuncheon and tried to find a way of efficient establishment and management of urban forests in Chuncheon by field and questionnaire survey. The research findings, there were several reasons why effective management can not be implemented in the main urban forests in Chuncheon. To solve these problems and make an efficient establishment and management of urban forests in Chuncheon, the first way is to make forest management plans on the urban forest in Chuncheon and expand administrative organization, personnel and budget. Establishment and management of urban forests needs a practical, strengthened overall management system. The second way is to enhance the regional and functional characteristics for urban forest, expand the area of urban forests, and enhance management of Street trees. The third way is to designate Urban Nature Park or Urban Park for the main urban forests in Chuncheon and need to change the ownership of the urban forests by purchasing. The fourth way is to respond to Chuncheon citizen's preference and their way of utilization when create the urban forests in Chuncheon, expand convenience facilities, relaxation facilities as well.

The purpose of this study was to offer improvements, by deriving practical problems and suggesting ways to improve more realistic solutions in the multi-family housing management industry. This study is conducted in two ways. First, it was performed by reviewing related previous studies and clarifying major issues in the multi-family housing management. Second, it was performed by a questionnaire survey method, focused on the worker's opinions for that matters. The respondents work in an apartment in Seoul and the metropolitan area. A questionnaire distributed via e-mail, and then were collected. And questionnaire did not respond were excluded from the analysis. Finding were as follows -; first, it was possible to clarify four types regarding major issues in the multi-family housing management such as 'management system', 'housing management market conditions', 'management consciousness of resident', 'management performances'. Second, it was found that the competition was fierce in the same kind. And it was quite a high turnover rate of workers because of poor working conditions. Third, the most hard part was that the employee welfare was not good at work.

A survey of the notion and intake on Kimchi among college women in Pusan was conducted to get some basic information on kimchi. Two hundred sixty seven students in Pusan participated in this survey. Seventy five percent of students answered that they like kimchi. They preferred well-fermented kimchi with anchovy extracts, refreshing taste and crispy texture the saltly and sweet. Chinese cabbage kimchi (87.6%) was found to be the most favored kimchi and Kakdugi(seasoned pickles of cubed radish), Nabak kimchi and Chonggak kimchi (ponytail kimchi) were followed in the order. The most favorite food made from kimchi was stir fried kimchi with rice. They disliked traditional special kimchi, such as Puchu kimchi (leek kimchi), Pa kimchi (green onion kimchi), Kkennip kimchi (perilla leaf kimchi), Godulbaegi kimch (Korea wild lettuce kimchi) and Gat kimchi (Leaf mustard kimchi). About 93 grams of kimchi was consumed daily and this amount was a little. Seventy percent of students did not have any experiences preparing kimchi. Experiences of kimchi preparation were given by mother through kimchii-making event for the winter(71.7%), cooking practice in middle or high school (14.1%) and college(10.9%) and general cooking education (33%). They preferred to buy kimchi at the Agricultural Cooperative Association (48.5%) or a large kimch factory (32.75). College students believe that kimchi is a healthy food and are willing to learn how to make kimchi.

우리나라 상품의 대외경쟁력은 대체적으로 국내 물류비에서 결정된다. 이 좁은 국토(거리상으로)에서 왜 그리도 많은 내륙 물류비를 부담해야 하는 지 많은 이들이 의아해 한다. 제대로 갖추어져 있지 못한 국가차원의 사회간접자본(SOC) 시설, 승용차 중심의 도로운송시스템도 문제지만 제품공장과 수출입관문인 항만.공항간의 연결점에 있는 물류거점시설들이 활성화돼 있지 않다는 것이 요인으로 지적되고 있다. 민간업자 차원에서는 국토 요소요소에 물류센타를 세워놓고 고객들의 화물에 대한 일괄 물류서비스를 제공하려고 많은 노력들을 하고 있다. 이곳에서는 보관, 재고관리, 유통가공, 보세운송, 수배송, 물류대행, 물류컨설팅 등 종합(통합) 물류서비스들이 이루어진다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러한 물류센터의 실태를 조사하여 수요에 따른 물류센터의 공급능력을 평가하면서 물류의 일괄서비스 측면에서의 효율성을 점검해 보고져 한다. 또한 향후 이 분야에 있는 연구나 조사 필요성이 있는 과제가 무엇인지를 검토하여 단계별 연구과제를 정의하여 체계적인 연구가 진행될 수 있도록 하는데 그 믿걸음이 되고져 한다.

The purpose of this study was to explore behaviors of spatial usages such as patterns of spatial usages, perception on residential spaces, and furniture arrangement. A questionnaire survey and interview were adopted in this study, and 146 residents living in apartment with 3 bedrooms, stairway access, and 3-bay style in the City of Gwangju. The major findings of this study were that 1) dining-kitchen (DK) was conceived and used as a space not only for dining but also family gathering and guest reception. Dining table without refrigerator was frequently found in furniture arrangement of DK, and refrigerator has been relocated in utility room facing DK. The results imply the need for social interaction that has been growing. Anbang (master bedroom) has been perceived and used as couples' private area, aside from the traditional function of family interaction. A coordination of both bed and wardrobe out of different furniture arrangements was popular in anbang. Living room was used as a multi-purpose room carrying out various activities such as family gathering, guest reception, and housekeeping. Sofa and cabinet were the most common furniture arrangement in living room. The research results are a basis for development residential open housing system.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual usefulness and consciousness of bathrooms and to clarify the preference of bathroom plans by apartments dwellers in Jeonju City. Data was collected through self-administered questionnaires and 343 apartments dwellers were used for this study. The major results are as follows. The bathroom types were mostly unit bathrooms and were not suited with using bathrooms of apartments dwellers. The unit type of bathroom was not comfortable for them and most of them were not satisfied with their bathrooms. They usually used family bathroom instead of private bathroom. They wanted a separate space for different facilities such as a bathtub and toilet, a dressing room, and a fixed clothes chest. Generally apartments dwellers did not prefer unit bathrooms, prefering instead the bathroom plan with separate rooms for the bathroom and toilet, with space for dressing. This study suggests that further studies be conducted on apartments dwellers in other big, small and medium-sized cities. Also, it is necessary to offer bathroom plans which take the size of houses and bathrooms, and the number of bathrooms into account and to survey housing consumers' satisfaction of those bathroom plans.

기계문명의 급속한 발전은 다방면으로 편리함을 가져다주었지만, 다양한 산업재해로 위협을 주고 있다. 이와 같은 산업재해는 많은 생명을 앗아 가고 있으며, 막대한 재산 피해를 주고 있다. 최근 들어 산업재해에 대한 사람들의 주의와 관심이 한층 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근의 산업재해를 분석함으로써 안전교육과 안전훈련을 증대시키는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 작업자들이 갖고 있는 안전의식과 산업현장에서의 안전교육의 실태를 분석하여 산업재해를 줄이는데 기여하고자 한다.

By the research of the actual state of food consciousness as the object of male, female 421 college students by major, non-major in food dietetics, the results are as follows. The validity degree of the guestion article appeared at the analysis of the knowledge of nutrition(the figure of Cronbach "${\alpha}$" overall 0.58, major 0.62, non-major 0.57). In the interest degree about nutrition knowledge of the major students were significant(P<0.05), but the non-major students were not significant, and there was a difference between two groups of the male and female, major and non-major students in the information about knowledge. The knowledge of the major students mostly get from school education, non-major from mass communication as TV and rodio, etc. There was not significant difference in self-consciousness degree of health of all the male, female students by major, non-major, and the self-consciousness degree about health of should not be significant to the food habit. Therefore deviating from acquirement of nutrition knowledge by the wrong medium of food consciousness of home dietary life, improvement plans should be activated for the right knowledge to practice in actual life. Taking the opportunity of food and nutrition education through literary subject in the curriculum of the college for students, good food consciousness must be properly applied all the part of dietary life, and it is urgent for them to carry out scientific and reasonable curriculum and educational material development.

This study was conducted to analyze the status of apartment informationalization through the research of distribution of super express network, apartment home pages and Inhabitants awareness. 1st. The construction business launched the full-scale apartment informationalization in 1999. Since then, the infomationalization has been developed multilaterally while the apartment home pages are playing a major role in cooperation with construction business and Internet business. The academic interest and research on the informationalization, however, are not enough. 2nd. The distribution of super express network, which is based on the informationalization is accelerated by the government policy. Especially in our country where the apartment is the major type of housing, we have favorite environment for the informationalization and can create our own housing culture. 3rd. The number of the apartment home pages now is increased to over 6,000, but its contents, know-how, and technique to build the system have not been advanced enough. 4th. So far the home pages have not been able to function well enough to strengthen the community awareness and are likely to result in the unbalanced informationalization. 5th. The study shows that residents interest in the computer and the Internet is fairly high. The utilization of the Internet is varied according to the age, sex, occupation, academic background, income and so forth. Especially they are not as interested in the housing informationalization as in the general information, but the preference of the apartment home pages and the super express network is so tremendous that its distribution will keep the momentum.

The objective of this study is to provide new direction on house design in consideration of the PC users' life pattern. This study found that PC use present conditions at home, demand for PC using space, and requirements for PC using area were analyzed. A survey was taken by 1108 residences, and the SPSS win.10 was applied for analysis. The survey was conducted to see the computer usage at home, demand and satisfaction for the PC using space. The results of this study were as follows; forty-seven percent of respondents said they used the PC in son's and daughter's room while 36.8% answered living room. It reflects that the whole family want to use the PC in the same area, or for their children's convenience. Users' consciousness was analyzed four factor, which were 'physical inconvenience:'satisfactions in PC position', 'inconvenience caused by narrowness', 'notion of privacy'. PC users' consciousness had significant differences in the satisfaction by PC users' characteristic and housing characteristic. It was to be classified that the PC use space into several pattern according to furniture arrangement, and channel pattern had the highest satisfaction among those pattern. Through this study, it is expected that new housing designs need to be made to reflect lese requirements into interior design and house plan for PC user's needs.
