Abstract
The rapid development of mechanical civilization has brought us convenience in every aspects. But, on the other hands, it has also threatened us with the various industrial accidents. Such industrial accidents have given a big loss of many lives and property damage. People's awareness and concerns on the industrial accidents and safety have recently been increased. This study proposes a methodology to improve the safety education and training through the analysis of the recent industrial accidents. The research on workers' safety awareness and the status of safety education in industrial field was conducted in order to reduce the industrial accidents.
기계문명의 급속한 발전은 다방면으로 편리함을 가져다주었지만, 다양한 산업재해로 위협을 주고 있다. 이와 같은 산업재해는 많은 생명을 앗아 가고 있으며, 막대한 재산 피해를 주고 있다. 최근 들어 산업재해에 대한 사람들의 주의와 관심이 한층 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근의 산업재해를 분석함으로써 안전교육과 안전훈련을 증대시키는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 작업자들이 갖고 있는 안전의식과 산업현장에서의 안전교육의 실태를 분석하여 산업재해를 줄이는데 기여하고자 한다.
