한류에 대한 기존 언론보도 및 연구 경향은 다음과 같이 요약된다. 중국 일본 및 서구에서의 한류 현상에 대한 편중된 관심과 한류 분석틀로서 문화근접성 이론에 대한 지나친 의존이다. 이러한 상황은 한류 현상에 대한 객관적인 인식과 경험적인 분석을 방해하고 있다. 이러한 문제의식에 기초한 본 연구는 동남아시아, 특히 싱가포르의 한류 현상에 대한 분석을 통해 보다 객관적이고 다각화된 한류 연구를 모색한다. 지리적으로 동남아시아에 위치하고 있지만 문화적으로 동북아시아적 요소를 포괄하고 있는 싱가포르는 아시아 내 초국적 대중문화 교통을 연구하는 데 있어 전략적으로 중요한 공간이다. 본 논문은 싱가포르의 한국 대중문화 수용자들에 대한 포커스그룹 인터뷰, 문헌조사와 참여관찰을 통해 한류 형성의 이유 및 한류 팬덤이라는 문화적 실천이 갖는 의미를 탐구한다. 수용자에 대한 분석은 그가 배치된 싱가포르 미디어 구조에 대한 역사적, 기술적, 정치경제적 맥락화를 통해 보다 체계화된다. 본 연구를 통해 동남아시아에서 발견되고 있는 "외래문화 수용의 진부화"(banalization of foreign cultural reception)라는 상황이 동남아시아 내 한류 전개에 중요한 영향을 끼쳤으며, 동남아시아 미디어산업의 저개발 상황이 한국 대중문화 수용에 우호적 조건으로 작용했음을 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 연구자는 동아시아 내 문화교통의 연속성 (continuum of cultural traffic within East Asia) 안에 한류 연구를 배치할 것을 제시한다.

This study focuses on transtextuality of Easter egg and its effect on replayability. This paper categorizes Easter eggs of digital game into five types based on game elements, and applies Gerard Genette's transtextuality theory by analyzing function and meaning of Easter eggs based on quotation, allusion, and annotation of intertext and paratext. In conclusion, Easter eggs as transtext form game ritual by linking inside and outside of the game, as well as developers and players. Through this process, Easter egg enhances replayability of digital games by extending the narrative of the game.

한국은 전 세계에서 미국에 이어 두 번째로 인터넷 연결에 성공한 나라가 되었고 1990년대 후반에는 세계 최초로 초고속 인터넷이 도입, 개발되면서 많은 닷컴기업들이 등장하였다. 이렇게 인터넷을 기반으로 한 비즈니스들이 출현하고 '인터넷 혁명'이라 불릴 정도로 사회, 경제적 변화가 일어났으나, 인터넷 비즈니스 역사에 대한 연구는 매우 제한적이다. 본 연구는 인터넷 비즈니스의 역사에 대해 다양한 개별 기업의 역사연구를 수행한 후, 비교를 통해 설명 변수를 발견하고 이를 통해 이론을 발견하는 경영사적 연구접근 방법을 소개하고자 한다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 귀납적 접근방법을 기초로 1990년대 말, 2000년대 초의 이른바 창업자, 벤처 관련 인사들의 인터뷰 및 문헌연구를 진행하였다. 스타트업 역사 상 의미가 큰 기업으로 메디슨, 큐닉스, 새롬기술, 다음, 네이버, NC소프트, 넥슨에 대한 내용을 정리 중이다. 이 기업들은 공통적으로 새로운 기술 도입을 기회로 삼아 가치를 창출하여 사회를 바꾸려하는 기업가정신을 추구하고 있었다. 또한 인터넷 인프라를 기민하게 활용하였으며 1997년 말 외환위기로 인해 인재와 자금이 벤처로 이동한 환경적 변화가 성장의 기폭제가 되었다. 또한 코스닥을 통한 자금조달 등은 벤처기업들의 시장기회를 확대하고 성장에 기여를 하였으며 자율적이고 유연한 기업문화에 형성하며, 대학가에 창업 붐을 일으키기도 하였다. 제 2벤처붐이 도래한 이 시점에 벤처기업에 대한 귀납적 방법론을 활용한 경영사적 관점의 지속적 연구가 필요하다.

This study aimed to identify the entire lifecycle of research projects in science and technology. Specifically, it attempted to reveal major research steps and research activities from the beginning to the end of R&D projects. It also investigated information needs, source use and problems scientists encounter in each research step. In-depth interviews with 24 Korean scientists in the fields of bio- and nano-science and technology revealed five major steps of lifecycle, namely idea formation, seeking funding, experiment and analysis, output disseminations, and evaluation. We further identified specific information behaviors and salient communication and research tools in each step.

As a method to lead a change in mathematics education, recently reformation of assessment appears as a concept of process-focused assessment. Process-focused assessment is the concept that 2015 revised mathematics curriculum aims for, which is promoted also in policy. This research suggested a significance of process-focused assessment that has not been determined in conceptualization and the practical model. For this, this research investigated the content of the assessment on 2015 revised mathematics curriculum, and explored process-focused assessment based on the recent education assessment theory and research. Also, we suggested a model of practical plan by investigating the condition to perform the process-focused assessment. This research could take a basic role to practice process-focused assessment and investigate the concrete plan in the mathematics class field.

Formation of optical meaning shown in the picture book screen is the original expression method in that it makes you understand properties or characteristics of subjects more easily and faster adding another images to them, exaggerating or reducing them as well as shows the phenomenon that you try to deliver. In this study, I first prepared the framework of classification on metaphorical expression methods of the picture books' illustration through theoretical study on the optical metaphorical characteristics and expression forms to analyze how the metaphorical expression methods shown in the picture books for children works optically and psychologically to them. Also, I divided the expression form into 2 types to derive optical psychological perceptional response of children through the empirical survey and analyzed linguistic psychological response of children by type utilizing it as the survey materials of in-depth interviews. Finally, I think that the result of this study will help screen production based on personality and creativity of illustrators and, in addition, it will be utilized in studies and tests of the effective expression methods for students who learn illustration.

This paper theoretically examines the mediations of media on disaster and the structure of the politics of compassion, from the cultural politics approaches. The media has treated for a long time many different forms of disaster and sentimental reactions that were bound to the human life. In the present paper we shall take a different approach from traditional ones that focus on how the media represents these subjects and how it arouses cognitive, affective, behavioral reactions of the audience. We will instead focus on how these subjects of disaster and compassion constitute new social meanings through the mediation of media. And we will investigate that the experiences of social sufferings mediated by media are related to the ethical potentiality vital to the construction of global public sphere and global civil society that need to be reshaped in the $21^{st}$ century media environment. This paper attempts to understand new cultural-politics meanings of the media as a major factor conducting the audience's new public actions through mediating sufferings of the others.

We calculated line profiles of 32 Cyg with an assumed $str{\"{o}}mgren$ sphere at orbital phases 0.06 and 0.78. The wind models with $Alfv\'{e}n$ waves show diminished line profiles compared to those of the models using power velocity laws. The reduced density of absorbers in HII region produce weak profiles, but line profiles at ${\phi}=0.06$ do not show the differences except in the red edge of absorption. At ${\phi}=0.78$ however, we could reproduce the line profiles of Alfven waves model by the power law models with two velocity gradients. It suggests that the power law model with 2 acceleration regions could reduce the errors in the theoretical line formation with no consideration of wind acceleration mechanism.nism.

According to many conceptual researches and discourses, development of information-communication technology(ICT) has made great influences upon activities on time and space. But some empirical studies have shown that its influence in the real world is not so great as we may expect In order to avoid these two oppositional views, this paper wants to put interests on socio-spatial relationships or networks, rather than individual phenomena or consciousness, which have been transformed under the influence of ICT. The development of ICT presupposes a creation of information network, and hence the term 'etwork social space' can be used to see its spatial influence, which would be further understood with the theory of actor-network. This paper also suggests that network social space has three strata, that is, 'nstant' 'unctional 'and 'aterial' and that network social space can be emphasized not only as newly emerging social space but also as reconstruction of subjects' identity through his/her participation into information network as its node.

In this study, a research model was designed and verified in order to determine whether the communication styles of public library managers affect employees' empowerment, job satisfaction, and life satisfaction. A survey was conducted among employees of four public libraries in the Gyeonggi region and 24 libraries in Seoul, and 229 valid responses were analyzed. The analysis revealed that authoritative communication style influenced employees' job satisfaction, while social communication style influenced their empowerment. Additionally, employees' empowerment impacted their job satisfaction, which in turn affected their life satisfaction. This implies that job satisfaction and life satisfaction of the employees can be achieved after communication and empowerment were well established within the organization. This study is meaningful in suggesting an effective management direction for strengthening the essence and foundation of public libraries by examining the theoretical significance and implications of the research result. This study also suggested that in the future, another research should be conducted based on a variety of characteristics by integrating the different communication styles of researchers.
