This study has been carried out to provide data for the workforce by analyzing personnel status of medical device manufacturers, level of difficulty in securing human resource, reason for difficulty in securing human resource, resignation rate, and recruitment methods. Results, medical device manufacturers are required overseas sales personnel responsible for international certification and exported, regardless of the production item. And the company is located in the metropolitan area did not facilitate a secure workforce. Medical device manufacturers have difficulties in securing personnel, regardless of the employees and sales. In particular, Class 3 production company was more difficult. The reason that it is difficult to secure the human resources is attributable to the poor working conditions of the private companies and there is a few possible employees equipped with the job competency demanded by corporate entities. With respect to the analysis on the retirement rate, the larger the company scale and the more the employee number, more difficulty is experienced in the human resource management. Therefore, for any medical device manufacturers with large organization scale, it would be critical to introduce appropriate human resource management program.

인구 고령화와 복지증진에 따라 인체 삽입형 의료기기에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 더 다양한 기능을 제공하는 제품들이 출시되고 있다. 반면, 이러한 다양한 기능의 요구로 인해 인체 삽입형 의료기기의 전력소모가 커지고 있어 일차전지만으로는 충분한 기능을 제공하지 못하거나 한정된 사용시간으로 말미암아 환자들이 삽입형 의료기기의 전원공급만을 위해서 추가적인 비용과 고통을 감수하고 있는 현실이다. 본고에서는 무선 전력 전송 기술을 활용하여 인체 삽입용 의료기기로 전력을 무선으로 전송하고 재충전이 가능한 인체 삽입용 의료기기의 기능과 사용 시간의 확대를 가능하게 하는 무선 충전 전원 모듈 기술의 동향과 전망을 살펴봄으로써 관련 국내 산업계가 기술 전환기를 대비하는데 필요한 기초 정보를 제공하고자 한다.

현대산업의 고도화 추세에 따라 반도체를 비롯한 의료 및 식품위생기기 산업분야에 사용되는 부품의 고정도가 요구되면서 기존에 공구와 가공물이 직접 접촉하면서 절삭하는 가공방법으로는 절삭력에 의한 변형과 마찰열 등으로 인하여 고정도 가공의 실현에 어려움이 생기게 되었다. 그리고 의료 및 식품기기에 사용될 부품의 내면을 기존의 기계적 가공방법으로 가공할 경우 공작물 표면에 미소한 가공흔적이 남게되어 표면의 요철부분에 칩(chip)등의 불순물이 잔재할 우려가 있으며, 또한 요철 부분에 미생물이 번식할 경우 청정도가 떨어져 산업위생상의 문제점이 발생하게된다.(중략)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the casual relationships among purchase decision factors of medical devices, satisfaction and repurchasing intention. Data of this study is a 2012 survey on medical institutions using medical devices of MW(ministry of health and welfare) and We analyzed 116 medical institutions having ultrasound imaging system lager than general hospitals among data. For empirical analysis, we carried out confirmative factor analysis and path-analysis using AMOS 21.0 package. Main results of this study are as follows: First, brand has positive influence on satisfaction and satisfaction has positive impaction on repurchase intention. Second, although not statistically significant, performance and service have positive impaction on satisfaction and price has negative influence on satisfaction. The significance of this study is to provide empirical basis on establishment of efficient marketing strategy and enhancement of competitiveness for the medical device industry.

By the development of medical devices, high-frequency medical devices are becoming widely used. Imaging diagnosis in hospital and clean treatment by high-frequency medical devices and cancer treatment through high-frequency heaters around us, all serve as the examples. However, it still lacks the measures to the problems of the RF(Radio Frequency) mutual interference between the high-frequency devices. In order to prevent the problematic factors for technical and industrial development, a new reasonable and suitable test method is required. In this paper, we study a standard test method for EMC evaluation to solve the RF mutual interference.

선진국들은 단순 소재형태의 렌즈 개발이 아니라 고 부가가치의 광학응용장비 개발에 힘을 쏟고 있다. 광학응용기기는 수술용 현미경, 치과용 카메라, 검사용 현미경, 공장 자동화 등 산업, 의료, 일반 영역 전반에서 폭넓게 사용되며 매년 새로운 시장이 형성되며 급속도로 성장하고 있다. 국내는 아직 태동기이고 장애가 많긴 하지만 최근 연구소 출신의 우수 인력이 속속 창업하고 있어 전망이 밝다.

본 고는 한국광학기기협회에서 신규시장 개척을 통한 관련 광학업체들의 수출증대를 위해 펼치고 있는 전략적 해외시장개척사업의 일환으로 인도 레이저 시장을 조사하여 만든 보고서의 내용을 일부 요약한 것이다. 조사 내용에 따르면, 인도의 레이저 시장은 총 5,676만 달러로 추정된다. 이중 산업용이 가장 많은 51%, 그 다음이 의료용으로 38%, 나머지는 각종 연구소에서 이용되는 과학 연구용으로써 11%를 차지한다.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the spatial characteristics of the medical device industry in accordance with the promotion of regional industrial policy. For this aim, I suggest a research methodology that can examine the productivity of production activity and the profitability of sales activity by the government. As the government's large-scale support is localized by the 'selective support' method, the spatial characteristics of the productivity and profitability of the industry are different. In this context, the results of the review of the government's regional industrial policy in three aspects are as follows. First, the government's support did not come down to increased productivity and profitability. Second, high productivity at the regional level did not necessarily lead to high profitability. Finally, the high market share in terms of profitability did not guarantee high profits. Therefore, it is necessary for the government to reconsider the direction of regional industrial policy so that the link between productivity and profitability can be secured in the examination of the achievement of industrial specificity and policy support.
