This Convergence study aimed to investigate the effects of changing brainwave neurofeedback training on life stress and depression in female college students. Twenty-six of the subjects were selected into the experimental group and the control group respectively intervention for 8 weeks, the following results were obtained. First, experimental group and control group presented statistical significant difference before and after intervention on life stress, and life stress in experimental group was statistical significantly decreased than control group. Second, experimental group and control group presented statistical significant difference before and after intervention on depression, and depression in experimental group was statistically significantly decreased than control group. The results obtained from this study expect us that applying the neurofeedback training for the decrease of life stress and depression, has a positive effect.

The present sturdy was designed to determine the effect of the antiproliferation in human cancer cells, using vegetable extract of Radish, Radish leaves, Burdock, Shiitake, Carrot of the ordinary vegetable soup. Human cancer cells identify the cancer cell growth with MTS, using stomach cancer cell line (AGS), human promyelocytic leukemia (HL-60) and lung cancer cell line (A549). Shiitake and Carrot are effective on the cancer cell growth inhibition activities of AGS. Radish leaves, Burdock, Carrot have a significance with HL-60 and Radish, Radish leaves works well in A549. The vegetable extracts which is effective for cancer cell growth inhibition is considered to applicate base line data for using functional materials and for wellness life.

This study aims to investigate the effects of self-efficacy and self-directed learning readiness to self-leadership of nursing students. The data of self-efficacy, self-directed learning readiness and self-leadership was collected for the nursing students of K university in K city from Sep. 2015 to Nov. 2015. The results show that self-efficacy is different according to subjects' age, and self-directed learning readiness is different according to the grade. The correlations among self-efficacy, self-directed learning readiness and self-leadership are significant, and the self-directed learning readiness is a significant predictor of self-leadership. It is expected that the nursing students will be able to act as a leader in clinical practice and health care by promoting self-directed learning readiness from the university education, and it is required to develop and operate the self-directed learning readiness program including the opinions of learners.

Nowadays, the importance of presentations is emphasized more and more. But the university presentation education has not met the today's needs. So this study is focused on showing effective practice methods and finding development directions of the university presentation education, by having a correct understanding of presentation as a process of convergence communication. To accomplish purpose of study, I analyzed and criticized the case of Writing and Communication classes at Seoul National University of Science and Technology which has carried out practical presentation education based on former learners presentation outcomes. As a result, I suggested actually helpful presentation education method by dividing and explaining presentation process into two stages which were 'contents planning' and 'expression&communication'. To properly actualize the university presentation education, It will have to operate as convergence program and activate more learner interactions, the communications between Instructor and learners.

The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among positive psychological capital and social support on depression and identify the factors that influence on depression in the adolescents. The data were collected from 140 adolescents in the two middle school located J city using self-reported questionnaires and May 9 2017 to May 19 2017. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS 20.0 program. Depression was found to be in a significant negative correlation with positive psychological capital and social support. The result of the stepwise multiple regression indicates the positive psychological capital, social support and economic status predict 22.4% (F=14.38, p<.001) of depression. Therefore, it is necessary to develop convergence positive psychological capital and social support strategy program for decrease and prevents depression in adolescents.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the light-emitting-diode (LED) to investigate proliferation of human epidermal keratinocyte and collagen, procollagen expression. In order to determine whether LED irradiation can safely be applied to human skin, the proliferative effects of LED irradiation were determined by MTS assay in Human Epidermal Keratinocytes. Wavelength of 470nm LED irradiation increased mRNA expression of collagen, procollagen without cytotoxity. Our results suggest that 470nm LED irradiation may have a proliferative effects and collagen synthesis property. In order to determine whether LED irradiation can safely be applied to human skin, the cytotoxic effects of LED irradiation were determined by MTS assay in Human Dermal Fibroblasts (HDF). As far as we know, this is the first report demonstrating in vitro collagen synthesis activity of 470nm LED irradiation and being a scientific basis for the cosmetic.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the management performance of the companies in the auto parts production requirements of new management techniques ISO9001 quality management system requirements for management innovation perspective in convergence age. For this purpose, we conducted a survey visiting the auto parts manufacturers. The results were as follows. First, among the details of the four key requirements of the ISO 9001 quality management systems in small and medium component suppliers, managers and responsible resource management showed a positive impact on business performance. In addition, based on the results of the investigation of the differences by grade, the higher rank group executive responsibilities, sub-grade group showed a low awareness of the quality management according to ISO 9001. This will contribute to establishing the guidelines and Improvement Consulting Strategies to improve productivity in small and medium automotive rubber bellows automotive parts production.

This study is to analyze the effects of dietary life education of elementary school students by gender and by grade to seek for solutions of activating the rural convergence industry in linkage with dietary life education. Subjects were 152 students of eight elementary schools in Chungcheongnam-do. As a result of the study, after application of the dietary life education program, the scores were statistically significantly improved and four sub areas(education at the dining table, practice of green dietary life, reduceing food wastes, learning about local foods) showed a statistically significant improvement. Scores by gender were statistically significantly improved among both male and female students and the results of analyses by gender in four sub areas of dietary life education were also statistically significantly improved. Scores by grade were statistically significantly improved in all grades and the results of analyses by grade in four sub areas of dietary life education were also statistically significantly improved. Since the dietary life education program in the present study is effective for dietary life improvement, the results of the present study are expected to be utilizable in education of elementary school students and lead to the consumption of regional foods by increasing the ability to select proper foods.

This study aims to suggest the improvement plan for clinical practice after examining the reality and the situation of clinical practice of EMT students. Clinical practice is as important as right to a variety of job experience in the convergence society and heating up according to appearance of NCS. Subjects were 115 EMT students. Data were collected for Jun. 16-17(2016), and analyzed by SPSS v. 18.0. Sophomores, who experienced only ER have a negative view about their future job prospect. On the other hand, juniors, who experienced ER and 119 rescue team have not virtually changed the way they view their future job prospect, supposedly due to the halo effect of the 119 rescue team clinical practices. Both groups wish to have opportunities to experience diverse clinical practices. This study suggests that will help students have a positive view about their job prospects by providing clinical practice institutions and solve the problem of difficulty in getting jobs.

This study was conducted to investigate the relationship of happiness, happiness promoting activities and self-reflection. Need of happiness is as important as right of life and freedom in the convergence society and heating up according to appearance of positive psychology. Subjects were 366 nursing students. Data were collected Oct. 2-8(2014), and analyzed using t-test/ANOVA and correlation by SPSS. Self-reflection showed statistically significant differences according to grade, and experience of practice. Happiness and happiness promotion activities showed statistically significant difference according to economic state. Happiness promotion activities were positively correlated with self-reflection and happiness. The factors affecting happiness were happiness promotion, economic state, and self-reflection which accounted for 26.3%. Repeated research which include various variables of happiness and self-reflection is needed, and suggest qualitative research about happiness.
