  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the recognition of secondary pre-physical education teachers' recognition for the learning athletics using Q methodology. P-sample was composed of 28 pre-secondary P·E teachers. The selected Q samples were arranged in the normal distribution form. The collected data were analyzed by factor analysis through varimax rotation using QUANL PC program. This study found four types of recognition on learning athletics. Type I is defined 'the type of recognition for education value.' Type II is defined 'the type of emphasizing assistant activities.' Type III is defined 'the type of an appeal difficulty to learn athletics skill.' Type IV is defined 'the type of emphasizing the basic movement value.' Based of the results of this study, the implications and direction to future research on athletics activities are suggested.

  • Most of the software development is determined by the hard skills of project participants and capacity management and operations. However, failure of the current software development is very high. Since the development of the exploration of human psychology continues, the study that there is an association between the preferences of personality and work preference has been actively conducted. It is found out that there is a relationship of preferences in MBTI, the test tool of psychological typology, and those for the work of the ICT engineers tuned to the software development cycle. By using the information on the soft skills associated with software development for the psychological typology, it can be understood the preference of the software development process. In this paper, we develop a program for software development process to allow personality type to be classified with using the soft skills to find ways to improve education and collaboration capabilities of ICT engineers.

  • The wave of democratization that started in southern Europe spread to South America and Asia, dismantling the Soviet Union and Eastern European countries and appeared as a Jasmine revolution in countries of North Africa and the Middle East. As a result, many scholars have actively carried out researches related to the sudden change of North Korea, while taking a cautious view that the Jasmine Revolution might occur in North Korea. The focuses of the studies were on the cause and timing of the sudden change and the main forces of the revolution in North Korea. There weren't enough discussions on how the process will be developed and whether there will be a system change. In this study, based on the results of analyzing the systematic changes of the Jasmine revolution nations, it suggested five scenarios that can be developed after the sudden change of North Korea. Scenario type I: Relatively peaceful and the possibility of regime change, Scenario type II: Reunification and then civil war, Scenario type III: Regime changed but one of Kim Il Sung family grabbing the power, Scenario type IV: Successful regime change but civil war happening, Scenario type V: Regime change failed and civil war continuing.

  • This study was designed to understand the Education recognition, satisfaction, and job preferences of college students majoring in beauty through the DISC behavior type, and to be used as customized career and beauty education data considering individual tendencies through the DISC behaviour type. From September 20 to October 11, 2017, the final questionnaire was analyzed for students of beauty education who lived in South Chungnam Province and Gyeonggi Province. Significant differences in the Education recognition and job preferences of the study participants were shown, followed by D, I, S, and C, and were found to be satisfactory for their majors. Through this study, it is believed that it will be possible to identify the Education recognition, satisfaction and job preferences of college students in beauty education and use them as basic data that can help them decide their career path after beauty education.

  • The purpose of this study is to classify appropriate content types according to the cyber education contents needed for employees of health and welfare and to develop contents based on specific instructional design strategies for each type. We divided the four types of content into instructor-led type contents, storytelling type contents, practice type contents, and case presentation type contents based on previous research and existing health and welfare cyber education contents. For each content type, a macro design strategies and a micro design strategies were derived, and contents were developed in accordance with the design strategies. Data were collected from 150 employees of health and welfare to analyze learning satisfaction. The average of learning satisfaction was 4.42. The results of this study will provide theoretical background and practical implications for the design and development of cyber education contents in health and welfare areas.

  • Recently, studies on Korean spelling correction have been actively conducted based on machine translation and automatic noise generation. These methods generate noise and use as train and data set. This has limitation in that it is difficult to accurately measure performance because it is unlikely that noise other than the noise used for learning is included in the test set In addition, there is no practical error type standard, so the type of error used in each study is different, making qualitative analysis difficult. This paper proposes new 'error type classification' for deep learning-based Korean spelling correction research, and error analysis perform on existing commercialized Korean spelling correctors (System A, B, C). As a result of analysis, it was found the three correction systems did not perform well in correcting other error types presented in this paper other than spacing, and hardly recognized errors in word order or tense.

  • The purpose of this study is to establish a model that can quantitatively diagnose personal color. Representative color systems for personal colors have limitations in that it oversimplify personal color diagnosis types or it is difficult to distinguish objective differences between diagnosis types. To develop a brand new color system that enhances this, a PCCS color system capable of logical color was introduced and reclassified based on the four main properties of color. Twenty diagnostic types, which are more diverse than the existing color system were proposed and a quantitative method was used to evaluate the degree of harmony with a subject to find an optimized type of subject. The experimenter's individual competency and subjective intervention were minimized by devising a matrix in which a type suitable for the subject is derived when the coded evaluation result is substituted. Finally a quantitative diagnosis model of personal color consisting of three stages: property diagnosis, coding, and seasonal diagnosis was constructed. It can be seen that this will give diversity, reliability, and accuracy to the existing diagnostic methods.

  • IT innovation, cultural revolution based on smart and social networks diversified sharing economy services. Due to the rising of business utilizing the sharing economy concept, it is important to better understand the motivational factors that drive and deterrent sharing economy services in the marketplace. Based on responses from 809 adult users, 3 drivers and 2 deterrents affecting intention to use of sharing economy services were identified. Then this study categorized sharing economy services as three types of segments based on consumer perceptions and subjectivity, and analyzed differencies of perceptions on motivational factors between groups. As a result, redistribution market group has shown meaningful different average scores on economic benefit, sustainability and social risk with other groups. Based on the empirical evidence, this study suggests several propositions for future studies and implications for sharing economy businesses on how to formulate optical strategies and manage users.
