The purpose of this study is to investigate the teacher's perception of maker education and to suggest the direction of teacher education curriculum for maker education in order to explore the possibility of applying maker education to early childhood education. To this end, a survey was conducted on the perception of maker education for preschool teachers. As a result of the data analysis, the perception of the concept, meaning, and educational environment of maker education were low, while the effectiveness, importance, value, continuous application and development of maker education were highly recognized and the necessity of maker teacher education and the educational environment was suggested. Based on the survey results, the teacher curriculum composition was classified into basic and advanced courses. The basic course included basic contents to understand maker education and maker space. The advanced course included information on how to use various tools, materials and digital media, how to conduct and evaluate maker education to apply maker education. The teacher curriculum composition for maker education can suggest basic directions for developing teacher education programs and strengthening the digital teaching competency of teachers in the future.

본 논문에서는 최근 교육현장에서 늘어나는 코딩교육의 중요성을 알고 유아교육에서 코딩교육이 제대로 이루어 질수 있도록 환경적 및 내용적 측면을 제안하는 것이다. 제 4차 산업혁명으로 인하여 모든 사람들이 융합적 사고를 갖고 문제해결능력을 갖추어야 하는 시대를 맞게 되었다. 따라서, 유아기때부터 컴퓨팅 사고력을 위한 교육이 이루어지며, 이를 통해 논리적 사고와 문제 해결능력을 향상시키고, 디지털 미래세대의 주역이 될 수 있도록 하고자 한다. 그러나 아직까지 유아교육분야에서 코딩관련된 제품들은 많이 나오고 있으나 이에 대한 평가나 학문적 검증은 거의 이루어지지 않고 있으므로 이에 대한 방법적 측면을 제안하고자 한다.

The Korean education program and environment do not meet the increasing demand of daycare by facility, manpower, and budget deficits although Korea has also been interested in the convergent human resource with integrated ideas by creative education since the introduction of the Nuri curriculum for 5 year old children in 2011. Thus, the purpose of this study is to establish the preschool education program and design the proper space for developing the creativity of children. The procedure of this study is as follows. First, this study proposes the direction for establishing the daycare programs after examining the existing Korean daycare facilities and programs based on documented references about designs for daycare facilities. Second, this study proposes the program plans based on the framework establishment for developing preschool education programs by combination of 5 types of children's behavior on play and 5 types of formative principles for creative education with play. Third, this study proposes the direction of designs and conditions of daycare facilities for effectively managing the programs previously mentioned. As a result of theprocedure, this study comprehensively delineates the education program models and space plans for developing the creativity of Korean children, and suggests the necessity of development model of continuous education program by establishment of frameworks and the significance of space for effectively managing the model.

This study aims to investigate the perception of pre-service early childhood teachers regarding play-oriented education through metaphorical analysis, in order to comprehend its meaning that pre-service early childhood teachers perceive. A questionnaire was used, which asked the participants to express play metaphorically and provide reasons for their choices. The collected data were analyzed using a systematic metaphorical analysis approach. The results revealed that the metaphorical expressions of pre-service early childhood teachers regarding play-oriented education were categorized as instructional methods being the most prominent, followed by environment, enjoyment/happiness, autonomy, growth and development, interactive relationships, child-directedness, the essence of life, interest, creativity, potential, variability, everyday life, ambiguity of beginnings and endings, naturalness, and others. Based on these findings, it is expected that one can attain insights regarding the methods of training pre-service early childhood teachers on how to implement play-centered education in the revised Nuri curriculum.

In the past, in Korea, women often played the role of caring for their children, and women's participation in social activities was small. However, in recent years, more and more cases are entrusted to specialized institutions and teachers for infant education. These changes are positive in terms of gender equality and the enhancement of women's rights, but the burden on specialized institutions and teachers for infants and young children is increasing. The problems of abuse in early childhood education institutions that have recently appeared in Korea are emerging as a new social problem. This study attempted to understand which factors should be managed in order to be respected for the rights of children, and categorized the educational environment into psychological, work, and social factors to examine their influence and provide meaningful implications.

The purpose of this research is to examine the difference between the Importance-Performance of parents' perception in an Information and Communication Technology(ICT) environment for young children. The researchers reviewed the literature looking at activating factors in an ICT setting such as young children, teachers, parents, physical environment, social support and administrative supports. As a result of Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) matrix participating with 459 parents, it was noted that the young children, physical environment and administrative support factors are the most crucial in activating ICT environment at home. This implies that fostering individual children's ICT ability is required as soon as possible to access the right information and to work on line certainly for their future.

This study focuses on whether early childhood education institutes operate libraries and find out if those environments are suitable for reading, and to investigate on educations on reading by utilizing libraries and how it's perceived by surveying and analyzing. As a result, it was found that there were higher rate of institutions with active libraries and as for the reasons for needing an assigned librarian were found to be in the order of 'to educate young children for reading' and 'for the systematic management of books'. Points of necessity for the efficient reading education was found to be 'establishing of staff system with professional knowledge' and 'development of reading education programs.'

본 논문에서는 일상생활에서 유아들이 겪을 수 있는 상황을 2D 애니메이션 소프트웨어로 개발하여 유아들의 환경교육에 이용함으로써 유아의 환경인식 변화에 미치는 영향에 관하여 연구하였다. 개발된 소프트웨어를 통하여 유아들의 환경보호를 행동으로 실천 할 수 있도록 도움을 주는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 오염과 악취를 주제로 다루었으며, 개발된 소프트웨어를 통하여 사전조사와 사후 조사를 실시한 결과 환경오염에 대한 이해도가 향상되었으며, 환경인식 변화에 도움이 되었음을 알 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to study a quality properties of design education program for enlightenment of creativity in young child. We studied preschool education professionals for perspective of design education quality properties in young child. So the study contents of our paper are design education for enlightenment of creativity in young child using a Importance-Performance Analysis. Results of T-test between importance and performance, we understand these facts: necessity for policy or/and financial support, thinking activities for production of ideas in problems or stimulus, delicate and detail attitude for search activities in environments and situations. In IPA, we realized that require the necessity of professional design educators, necessity for policy or/and financial support and change of mind at organizations related education. Our studies means a quality of design education program for enlightenment of creativity in young child. So, we expect our studies provide an useful data at a fields.

최근 환경보전의식의 변화에 따라 유아들의 환경보전에 대한 경각심이 고조되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 유아들의 일상생활 속에서의 흙에 대한 내면화 과정을 단순 주입식 교육이 아닌 흙에 대한 지식을 이해하고 습득 및 필요성을 스스로 인식시킴으로써 아름다운 환경을 보전하려는 마음을 갖고 이를 실천할 수 있도록 하기 위해 2D 애니메이션 웹 컨텐츠를 설계하였다.
