This deductive-survey study was undertaken in order to examine if there were relationship between causal perceptions, expectation for the cure and compliance. The sampling method was a non-probability, purposive sampling technique. The participants of this study was 195 volunteers 1) who have been diagnosed as having chronic arthritis and 2) who were at the rheumatis center of one university hospital in Seoul between September 18th to September 25th 1989. This instruments used for this study were the compliance scale developed by Choi and causal perception scale developed by the researcher. Analysis of data was done using pass analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient. The result of study were as follow : Hypothesis 1 : "It's correlated that causal perception, expectation for cure and compliance" was accepted. (F=4.85, p< .05) Hypothesis 2 : "It's correlated that causal perception, expectation for cure and with depression" was partially accepted. Total age group-worry and anxiety (r=.1580, p<.001) After 40-function of immunity (r=.1731, p<.05) warry and anxiety (r=.1730, p<.001). In the relationship between general characteristics and the variables, age group correlated with compliance and causal perception.

The purpose of this study is to describe the acknowledgement of the cause of the illness in the patients with RA. I used naturalistic inquiry as a research methodology. The purposive sampling was conducted. 23 subjects who experienced RA, lived in middle-sized city in Korea, and 19 women and 4 men. I collected data using indepth structured interview, "What is the acknowledgement of the cause of the illness?" I used inductive data analysis-such as unitizing and categorizing. This process is used constant comparative method. Summerising the results of this study, the acknowledgement of the cause of the illness are composed of physical constitution, fatalism, the attribution of physical overload, the attribution of stress, the lack of nutrition. The factors which affect the acknowledgement of the cause of the illness are composed of internal factors, external factors, environmental factors. The internal factors are the weakness of the childhood, the illness experience in the family members, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, personality, lack of nutrition. The external factors are pregnancy, delivery, role burden and conflict, economic problem. The environmental factors are humid condition, abrupt environmental change. It is needed to explaine the coping pattern according to the acknowledgement of the cause of the illness in the next research.

This study testified the influence factors like quantities of advertising, number of hardware and software that are converged, effect on feature fatigue of convergence product. When consumers perceive higher numbers of hardwares in a smart phone, they feel its higher usefulness and complexity. This means that numbers of hardwares is the major factor that enhances consumer's usefulness but, at the same time, it cause perceived leads to higher usefulness in using smart phone, it didn't effect on complexities. It is also important strategy for smart phone companies to provide a lot of useful softwares(applications) to satisfy consumers. Finally, complexity was important factor that lead to higher feature fatigue of consumers. This indicates that smart phone companies have to find adequate numbers of convergence for their new smart phone.

Visual perception is ability that analyze visual information about things accepting through eyes in central nervous system. That is, it is ability that recognize and discriminates a visual stimulus, and analyzes by combining such stimulus with previous experience. At today, work which clears visual perception obstacle's cause through visual perception test and grasps all special quality of visual perception obstacle's is used method of treating that improve visual perception obstacle by visual perception training program. Present, visual perception test tools using the paper and pens are used mainly on psychological consultation of welfare facilities and education for the handicapped or occupational therapy, but a lot of problems are discovered in it. Therefore, purpose of this paper is to develop prototype of web-based visual perception test program that can construct to database to solve existing problem, and to design graphic item. As a result, classified measurement pattern that can diagnose visual perception by three, and illustrated development direction of graphic item for examination with this. Also, extracted check list item that should consider for design and construction of visual perception test program and the variable for feasibility study of believability, and presented process for prototype development.

저준위 환경 방사능 측정에서 가장 문제가 되는 것은 주변의 백그라운드에 의한 영향이다. 백그라운드로는 우주선, 지각 방사선, 그리고 대기중의 방사선 둥이 있다. 이러한 백그라운드를 감소시킬 수 있다면 저준위 방사능 측정의 감도향상은 물론 정확성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 이러한 백그라운드 중에서 대기중의 방사선은 주로 지각으로부터의 라돈 방출에 의하여 기인하게 된다(Eisenbud, 1987 : Thomas, 1972). 방출된 라돈 및 딸핵종들은 대기 중의 먼지에 흡착되어 부유하게 되는데, 부유 먼지에 흡착된 백그라운드의 주요 원인이 된다. The purpose of this paper is to explore the characteristics of a digital culture, its negative effects, especially automatism of perception, a poetic strategy against automatism of perception and the utility of poetry including the therapeutic function of poetry. The new technologies offer us various experience, great opportunities and rosy future by freeing us from boring and laborious tasks, and difficult decisions. Through the excessive and habitual use of new technologies, we may become too dependent on machines, losing our thinking abilities, sensibility, perception and creativity. Therefore, we need poetry to recover the sensation of life and make us feel things. Reading poetry allows us to look into someone else's soul and cultivate the ability to empathize. As a healing fountain, poetry leads us to a way for a change of heart, a recovery of psychic health and universal love through perfect communion in ourselves and in society. Furthermore we need a systematic and in-depth study of digital poetry as well as traditional poetry.

This study examined the factors of failure of new-type computer which has a functions of replacing and supplementing of existing product by being unaccepted by market. Placing the reason of market failure in a customer's negative perception of the value of the product, influential relationship was explored by distinguishing the factors that influence value perception between benefit of use of product and the cost of using product. As a result of this empirical research on netbook, a customer's negative perception of the value of new product had an negative influence on intention of use. And a customer's perceptional cost of new-type computer had an significant influence on negative perception of the value of the new product. However, even if a customer perceived benefit of new-type computer negatively, this did not impact on negative influence.

This study was initiated to find the characteristic awareness of disease in Korean culture and then, with its applying to psychological nursing, to help cancer victims cope with their disease. Research period was from Dec. 1, 1989 to Aug.3, 1992. The research method, while the method of face-to-face interview with 33 cancer victims were mainly adopted, was to identify the causal perception through analyses of literature and traditional sayings deeply rooted in Korean culture. The causal perceptions were differentiated into 4 sections, which apply to 32 cancer victims with Q-sorting. Be-ing coded into grades from 1 to 9, the data were analyzed with the aid of Quanal program on PC ; in analyzing Q-factor principal component analysis method was used. The results were revealed as follows : 1. Subject victims owe their disease to 1) the omnipotent and animating powers in Shamanism rooted in Korean culture, 2) their intimate persons, i.e. their husband, wife, children, or other fellows ameng their groups. 3) victims themselves, and 4) nowhere, for they thought the disease is the struggle with their own self. 2. In Q-methodology analysis, cancer victims are categorized into 5 types. The first type, self-mastery type, consisting of 11 subjects, has the characteristic of overcoming their disease with their own strong will or by the help of the Omnipotent God, which is estimated to be the ideal type to cope with the disease. The second type, omnipotent & animating powers-dependent type, consisted of 7 subjects, who have the causal perception of traditional shamanism. The third type, intimate person-dependent type, consisted of 4, all of whom are women and whose causal perception has the characteristic of the their complains about each member of their family, espectially about their husband. The fourth type, fate-recipient type, was the com-plex form of the first and the second types. It consisted of 6 subjects, to whom cancer had meant bad fate coming on them but had to be overcome by their strong will. The fifth type, personal type, consisted of 4, whose causal perception is toward themselves personality It is hoped that the study provide the chance of developing nursing intervention to help cancer victims accept and overcome their disease as their own reality instead of attributing to anyone or any-thing else.
