Heuristic Model for Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Constrained Based on Genetic Algorithm (유전자알고리즘에 의한 시간제한을 가지는 차량경로모델)

  • A vehicle routing problem with time constraint is one of the important problems in distribution and transportation. The service of a customer must start and finish within a given time interval. Our method is based on an improved operators of genetic algorithm and the objective is to minimize the cost of servicing the set of customers without being tardy or exceeding the capacity or travel time of the vehicles. This research shows that a proposed method based on the improved genetic search can obtain good solutions to vehicle routing problems with time constrained compared with a high degree of efficiency other heuristics. For the computational purpose, we developed a GUI-type computer program according to the proposed method and the computational results show that the proposed method is very effective on a set of standard test problems, and can be potentially useful in solving the vehicle routing problems.

An analysis of Point to Point Speed Enforcement Systems Using TRANSIMS (TRANSIMS를 이용한 구간과속단속시스템의 효과분석)

  • 기존 과속단속카메라의 한계와 더불어 차량의 속도 거동이 더욱 순화될 필요가 제기됨에 따라 국내에서는 2007년 12월 16일 영동고속도로 둔내터널에서 처음 구간과속단속시스템을 도입하였다. 현재 고속국도 6개소를 포함하여 총 8개소에서 구간과속단속시스템을 운영하고 있다. 하지만 해당 시스템의 도입효과가 명확하지 않아 시스템의 효과에 대한 의문도 꾸준히 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 미국 Los Alamos연구에서 개발된 TRANSIMS(TRansportation Analysis and SIMulation System)의 시뮬레이션 결과를 이용해 시스템 적용 전 후의 거시적 교통류 특성을 수집하여 효과에 대하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 구간과속단속시스템의 효과를 분석하기 임의의 네트워크를 제작하여 모의실험을 해 보았다. 네트워크는 총 연장 12km의 직선형 구간으로 제작하였다. 모의실험에 사용되는 링크의 Cell크기는 3m로 설정하여 TRANSIMS의 내정값인 7.5m보다 더욱 상세한 결과가 나오도록 설정하였다. 링크는 편도 3차로로 설정하여 모의실험을 실시하였으며, 구간단속이 미치는 영향을 실제와 유사하게 적용하기위해 모의실험을 하는 링크의 제한속도를 구간단속 실시 전에는 160km/h, 실시 후에는 100km/h로 설정하였다. 구간단속 실시 전 링크의 제한속도를 160km/h로 높게 설정한 것은 실제 통행이 발생하는 속도를 구현하기위해서이며, 차종별 최대 속도를 제한하여 속도분포를 나타내었다. TRANSIMS를 통한 구간과속단속시스템의 효과를 분석하는 모의실험 결과 그림 1의 그래프에서 나타나는 것과 같이 구간단속 전 후에서 속도저감효과가 나타나는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 특히, 교통류율이 낮을 때 속도가 높게 나타나던 부분이 구간단속 실시 후 속도가 낮아지는 것을 보아 실제로 교통류율이 낮은 고속국도에서는 높은 효과를 기대할 수 있다고 판단된다. 표 1에서 구간단속 전 후의 주행차량의 속도변화를 살펴보면 과속운행의 비율이 상당히 주는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 이러한 특성 때문에 교통량이 비교적 적은 고속국도에서는 뛰어난 효과를 발휘할 것이라고 예상된다.

  • The speed-limit regulation on a turnout is the main factor inhibiting the speed-up of conventional lines. The specified speed for a train moving through a turnout system is lower than that for a train traveling over the general track. This is done to ensure the running safety of a railway vehicle moving through a turnout. In this study, the shape change example of the guard rail component of a turnout in the Daegu Metropolitan Transit Corporation (DTRO) system was studied. A theoretical examination of the geometrical interaction formula according to wheel/rail shape at the turnout was conducted. Running safety analysis by changing the length of the guard rail on the F10/F12 turnout using the developed analysis techniques (by VI-Rail) was achieved, and the effect on railway safety was examined accordingly.

  • The crossing construction under railroad have two methods which are cut and cover and trenchless method. first, cut and cover method is an extremely limited method concerning non-running time. Whereas, trenchless method is free from restriction such as train speed and running time, and has the strong points of safe and rapid construction. Front Jacking method, one of the trenchless methods, is frequently applied recently due to its stability during construction and vantage of assuring schedule reliability. The procedure is that after minimizing interlocking friction with structure and earth pressure due to jacking the small steel tube, pulling the precast box manufactured at the field in the ground using PC strand and hydraulic Jack. This method is able to be applied regardless of section size and length of box and condition of ground. And that is also pro-environmental. This paper presents the case of Daejeon E. W. perforate Road Project applied with the Front Jacking method.

  • In this paper, the dynamic behavior of a 12m plate girder railway bridge is analyzed using the commercial FEM program. A time history load is applied to a standard train load via the shape function ofthe beam element. In addition, lateral behavior characteristics were simulated using the Klingel sine movement. A feasibility study of the FEM program and an analysis were performed by comparing the displacement and the acceleration, from the experimental data and the results of the FEM analysis. the time history of the lateral and vertical displacements are reflected in the experimental results. Six kinds of reinforcements were studied from the effects of the displacement and the acceleration. The RF-1 model that was applied to the upper lateral bracing system, and the RF-3 model that reinforced the plate, turned out to be the most effective reinforcement methods with respect to weight limits and construction simplification.

  • The measurement of magnetic field is performed about DC and AC magnetic field in electric railway line. The test point is cap, on the converter/inverter box, on the traction motor and on the SIV, the height of measurement is bottom and 60 cm height. In case of AC magnetic field, the selected specific frequency is measured on the converter/inverter box. The AC magnetic field is checked and analysis through BNC output, DAQ cad and notebook PC.

  • The train conflict resolution problem refers to an adjustment of the train operation schedule in order to minimize the delay propagation when a train conflict is predicted or when a train conflict occurs. Previous train studies of train conflict resolutions are limited in terms of the size of the problems to be solved due to exponential increases in the variables. In this paper, we propose a train conflict resolution model using a time-space network to solve the train conflict situation in the operational phase. The proposed model adjusts the size of the problem by giving only the dwell tolerance in the time-space network only for stops at the station after a train conflict. In addition, the proposed model can solve large problems using a path flow variable. The study presents a train delay propagation analysis and experimental results of train conflict resolution assessments as well using the proposed model.

  • As the 4th industrial revolution has recently become a hot topic, the importance of autonomous vehicles has increased and interest has been increasing worldwide, and accidents involving autonomous vehicles have also occurred. With the development of autonomous vehicles, the possibility of a cyber-hacking threat to the car network is increasing. Various countries, including the US, UK and Germany, have developed guidelines to counter cyber-hacking of autonomous vehicles, In the case of Korea, limited temporary operation of autonomous vehicles is being carried out, but the legal system to be applied in case of accidents caused by vehicle network hacking is insufficient. In this paper, based on the existing legal system, we examine the civil liability caused by the cyber hacking of the autonomous driving car, while we propose a law amendment suited to the characteristics of autonomous driving car and a legal system improvement plan that can give sustainable trust to autonomous driving car.

A Study on Driving Characteristics of Drivers at the Enforcement System Based on Speed Data (무인속도위반단속시스템 설치구간에서의 운전자 운행특성 분석)

  • The increasing interest in the use of automated photographic equipment in Korea enables to detect speed violation and enforce traffic laws. Since 1996, Korean National Police Agency has been promoting a project for installation of Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) system aiming at reduction of accidents. Recently, point to point speed cameras operate to measure a driver's average speed across length of road and/or the spot speed at individual camera sites along the road length. In this study, we were analyzed to driver's operating characteristics in point to point speed cameras. The point to point speed camera system has link-long influence on drivers and their speeds despite enforcement being visible only at the start and end of enforced road length. Then, mean and 85th percentile speeds were below speed limit along enforced road length by the two camers. Also, Female drivers were driving at low speed than male drivers along the road length.
