Design and Implementation of Automatic Scoring Software to improve the Efficiency of Driving License Test (운전면허시험 효율성 향상을 위한 자동채점 소프트웨어 설계 및 구현에 관한 연구)

  • Some people who take a driver's license test retake it again because of license cancellation, but most of them take the test for the first time to drive the car. Driving a car is directly linked to life, and the initial correct driving habits are more important than anything else. In particular, it is very important to obtain a license by evaluating the correct driving ability based on objective and fair standards when learning the first driving, because many people acquire a driving license while entering the society for the first time. In this paper, we propose the S / W design and its main functions that can emit high quality drivers through efficient, fair and accurate automated scoring. Through this, it is proposed to improve the automatic grading driver's license system, to prevent traffic accidents, and to reduce traffic accidents through proper driving.

  • Human error of the engineer are constantly occurring by insufficiency of scientific analysis considering the behavior of railway engagements and actual working conditions and lack of research for accidents. This study investigated how to improve the system through AHP and FGI analysis of interviews and questionnaires for electric vehicles driving licenses, which cultivates the most train drivers.

  • 본 논문에서는 낙후된 운전면허 학원 시스템 개선을 위한 운전면허 수험생 맞춤관리 어플리케이션을 제안한다. 제안하는 어플리케이션은 수강생 맞춤 가이드, 후기 서비스, 스케줄 조정, 채점표 제공 등의 다양하고 체계적인 서비스를 도입하여 기존의 시스템을 효과적으로 개선한다. 또한 기존에 개발되어 있는 운전면허 관련 어플리케이션과 달리 오프라인에서만 가능했던 부분까지 온라인 맞춤 관리로 포함하여 개발함으로서 사용자의 만족도를 향상시키도록 한다.

  • 운전면허 시험이 존재하는 동안 운전면허 학과시험은 필수적인 시험제도로 존재 할 것이며 향후 상당기간동안 지속적으로 산업화가 될 것으로 전망 된다. 그러나 기존의 서적을 통한 학습은 이미 출제 되었던 문제로 지정된 상황에 대한 대처 방법을 평가하는 것에 지나지 않는다. 또한 운전면허 학원에서 학과시험을 취득 할 경우 과도한 시간과 경비가 소요할 뿐만 아니라 학습효과 면에서도 비효율적인 것으로 평가되고 있다. 때문에 학습자의 능력, 연령 등을 고려한 맞춤형 운전면허 학과시험 시스템의 시급의 도입이 시급하며 이를 편리하게 학습 할 수 있는 E-Learning 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 개발이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 이러한 필요성에 따라 학습자의 상황에 맞는 맞춤형 교육이 이루어 질 수 있는 맞춤형 운전면허 학과시험 학습 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 통해 학습자의 문항반응의 오답분석을 통하여 최적의 평가문제와 학습콘텐츠를 선택하여 학습자에게 제공하는 과정을 반복함으로써 동적 맞춤형 E-Learning 학습방식을 제공하고, 난해한 교통 법규를 쉽고 재미있게 학습할 수 있을 것으로 기대해 본다.

간질 환자의 차량 운전

  • 1. 현재 보편적으로 참고가 되는 간질 환자의 운전 면허 허용의 기준과 관련 법규등을 요약하면 표-5와 같다. 2. 아직 어떤 국가에서는 간질환자의 차량운전을 무경련 기간에 상관없이 금하고 있으나, 대다수의 국가에서는 일정한 기간의 무경련의 존재가 면허 허용의 중요한 기준으로 삼고 있으며, 대략 1년간의 기간을 요구하고 있다. 그러나 간질은 그 특징상 1년 혹은 2년의 무경련후에도 경련이 발생될 수 있어 1년간의 무경련으로 면허 발급을 허가는 제도는 더 연구하여 보완할 필요가 있다. 3. 수면시 간질, 전구증상이 있는 복합 부분 간질, 단순 운동성 간질, 특수한 여건이나 자극에서 생기는 경련환자에게 선택적으로 운전면허 허용은 장시간 운전, 고속 운전, 심리적 육체적 과로상태에서 운전을 하는 경우 기존 경련을 심하게 유발하거나, 평소와 다른 상황에서 경련이 생길 수 있어 이런 환자들에게 일괄적으로 면허를 허용하기 보다는 세밀하게 분석하여 개인별로 판별하여야 하는 것이 바람직하다. 4. 환자의 능동적이고 성실한 경련보고와 아울러 경련발생 가능성이 높아 의사의 운전중단 처방을 수용하고 따르는 협조적인 환자의 자세가 매우 중요한데, 현재까지 환자의 성실한 경련보고와 의사의 조치에 대한 환자의 적극적인 수용자세가 해결되지 않고 있다.

Improvement Direction of Conditional Driving License System for the Elderly Drivers (고령 운전자를 위한 조건부 운전면허제도 개선방향 연구)

  • Some drivers cannot meet the standards for a full driver's license and many countries allow them to drive a vehicle as long as they can satisfy certain conditions. Korea has mainly issued conditional driver's licenses to the disabled only after supplementary devices are attached either in the vehicle or in their bodies. However, it is becoming important to issue a conditional driver's license to other types of drivers, including the elderly as the population ages in the country. This study aims at improving the current practice of issuing conditional driver's licenses by benchmarking various types of conditional licenses in other countries. In particular, various conditions such as time, space, driving speed, road type, vehicle type, and specific individual conditions are compared. Issuing a conditional driver's license to various types of drivers should be beneficial, not only to elderly drivers but also to drivers who cannot live without a vehicle.

Comparing the Effectiveness of Punishment Severity and Policy Means on Traffic Laws Violating Drivers (위법운전자에 대한 제재 수준과 정책수단 선택의 교통안전효과 비교)

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze the differences between the severity of punishments for traffic laws related offenders and the choice of policy measures with a view to reducing traffic accidents. To this end, government data on the drivers given a sentence of license suspension or revocation were collected and analyzed in terms of sex, age, type of driver's license, driving career, number of traffic laws violations, and number of traffic accidents generated. The statistics of analysis of covariance and tests of significance were used and conducted to compare the effectiveness of punishment for the penalty and the incentive groups. The results showed that the incentive policy measure on the drivers who violate traffic regulations repeatedly is more effective to reduce the number of traffic offenders and traffic accidents.

  • In this paper, we design an e-Learning system for the Driver's License Teste studying through the Internet. The proposed system make users to be arrived at the goal for the license in a shorter time by offering learning contents and items according to the item-responses made by the users based on the Item Response Theory. Moreover we design the scheme to give the optimum items and the most necessary content to the user during the learning procedure in the form of concept-based objects. All the items in the problem bank DB maintain their difficulties, discriminations, and guessing parameters as is the case of 3-parameter logistic model. In addition user profile DB stores users' status informations, item responses, and ability parameters. Using these structures and combining agents, we can offer the optimum learning process or dynamic personalized studying structure to the user. We can construct interface agent and content selection and feedback agent with the DB's described above. User can study without any awareness of system operations or personal fitting scheme.

Study on the Traffic Safety Effects of Driving Test Improvement (운전면허시험 강화에 따른 교통안전 효과 분석 연구)

  • After the driver test was simplified in 2011, there were criticisms of its inadequate level of safety standards. A new and improved test was adopted in December 2016. This study investigated the impact of the changes to the test on safety, and analyzed traffic safety statistics and sensory evaluations to determine the effect of the improved driving license test. The analysis concluded that the current test has a proper discrimination and that fairness has increased considerably. The analysis also identified measures that, once adopted, will improve the conduct of driver tests. In the future, it will be necessary to conduct more in-depth studies and to review cases of advanced countries.

A Study on Evaluation of the Key Functional Factors of Safe Driving in Elderly

  • This study aims to present the need to supplement the driver's license renewal test for elderly drivers. In Korea, the proportion of elderly drivers is increasing as the elderly population increases rapidly. Overall the traffic accident rate is decreasing but the traffic accident and death rate from traffic accidents are increasing in older drivers. In this study the assessments and education conducted when renewing the driver's license for elderly drivers conducted in Korea were conducted to find out the necessary tests compared to the current situation of foreign countries. Although it is appropriate to evaluate the three key functional areas of vision, cognition, motor and somatosensory, we currently evaluate visual acurity in vison area. While MMSE-K and Clock drawing tests are not recognizable for mild cognitive impairment in cognitive areas. The motor and somato sensory function to perform driving are not evaluated at all. Therefore for safe driving of older drivers, the test to be conducted during renewal of the driver's license will need to supplement that the visual field and contrast sensitivity in vision area, cognitive function from mild cognitive impairments, and the endurance, functional range of motion and proprioception in motor function area.
