인터넷을 활용한 교육 주체간 커뮤니티 구현에 관한 연구(학생ㆍ교사ㆍ학부모를 중심으로)

  • 교육사이트가 폭발적으로 증가하면서 인터넷을 통한 교육에 많은 관심이 집중되는 가운데 유료화를 추진하기 위한 기본 단계로 학습정보를 제공하는 형태의 사이트가 운영되고 신설되고 있다. 그러나 교육의 본질적인 차원에서 학습은 그중의 일부분에 지나지 않다는 점을 감안해 볼 때 교육의 핵심 주체인 학생ㆍ교사ㆍ학부모에 대한 의사소통과 대화의 창구를 마련하여 단순 학습이외의 인성교육까지 인터넷으로 활용할 수 있는 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 교육의 3주체간에 필요로 하는 사항을 세부적으로 도출하여 각 대상별로 시간과 공간의 제약없이 적극 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 특히 현재 교육에 대한 전반적인 문제와 이와 더불어 발생되는 사회적인 문제를 파악하여 3주체간에 긴밀한 유대관계를 유지할 수 있도록 환경을 제공하고자 한다.

A Study on the Current Situation of and Developmental Direction for Small Libraries in Seoul by Autonomous District (서울시 작은도서관의 자치구별 운영 현황 및 발전방향 제안 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to propose the developmental direction for small libraries based on a set of various situational analysis of small libraries in Seoul. By analyzing the operational status of the autonomous regions of different operating methods, we also pursued qualitative enhancement of small libraries by autonomous district by proposing optimized operation methods. As a consequence of the study, it was analyzed that the public and private libraries need to be distinguished in consideration of the characteristics of operation according to the operating entity rather than uniform budget support and guidance management. That is, the small libraries scattered throughout Seoul were founded by the principal of their establishment for the purpose of providing knowledge information and reading culture service within the public activity area. Therefore, if Seoul intervenes and manages under the current situation, where the libraries are operating independently in accordance with the purpose of establishment, regardless of whether they meet the user requirements or not in terms of quality or quantity, various problems may be caused. In this background, it seems appropriate to restrict the library management in line with relevant regulations.

A Study on the Factors of the Next Generation OPAC Functionalities Adoption in Academic Libraries (대학도서관의 차세대 OPAC 기능 수용 요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to explore the status of next generation OPAC functionalities adopted by Korean academic libraries, and factors affecting their functionalities adoption. So 181 OPACs among 191 Korean academic libraries' OPACs are surveyed using a checklist consisting of 27 next generation OPAC functionalities. The relationships between the next generation OPAC functionalities adopted by academic libraries' OPAC and 6 factors of library, i.e., establishment, region of universities, volumes in library collection, total library expenditures, total target users, and automation solutions are analyzed by using SPSS Statistics 21. It is found that all factors except establishment of universities significantly affected the adoption of the next generation OPAC functionalities, and further detailed analysis for each factors is provided.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the programs and the roles of Architectural Centers by their types in terms of the main body of organization. In order to figure out the programs and the roles, we examined the possibility to have different roles and varied collaboration ways depending on their main body types : central, municipal, architectural associations, and other private sectors. We also investigated the process of establishment of the Centers, their programs to promote the public and private partnerships focusing on the quality improvement of public architecture, research & investigations, education & publication, and cultural exchange & events. From this study, we could find out the differentiated management strategies and the ways of collaboration in public & private sectors for architectural centers and understand which aspects should be taken into consideration in the establishment of architectural centers. Centers initiated by public sectors generally have been focusing on supporting funds and centers initiated by private sectors relatively have developed the field oriented programs activating collaborative network and public participation.

Pedagogical Characteristics Supporting Gifted Science Students' Agentic Participation in the Scientist-led Research and Education (R&E) Program: Focusing on the Positioning of Instructors and Students (전문가 사사 R&E에서 과학영재의 행위주체적 연구 참여를 지원하는 교수적 특성 -교수자와 학생의 위치짓기를 중심으로-)

  • The scientist-led Research and Education (R&E) program aims to strengthen gifted science students' research capabilities under the guidance of scientists. Students' actual research experiences in scientist-led R&E activities range from understanding how scientists conduct research to actively participating in research. To develop R&E that promotes student agency, i.e., student participation, this study aimed to identify the pedagogical characteristics that supported gifted science students' agentic participation in the scientist-led R&E program. We conducted interviews with learners and scientists in three teams undertaking R&E activities every three months. The interview covered their perceptions of R&E activities, student participation, and scientists' support for the activities. The recordings and transcripts of the interviews were used as primary data sources for the analysis. The trajectory of each team's activities, as well as the learners' and scientists' dynamic positioning were identified. Based on this analysis, we inductively identified the pedagogical characteristics that emerged from classes in which the scientists supported the students' learning and engagement in research. Regarding agency, three types of student participation were identified: 1) the sustained exercise of agency, 2) the initial exercise and subsequent discouragement of agency, and 3) the continuous non-exercise of agency. Two pedagogical characteristics that supported the learners' agentic participation were identified: 1) opportunities for students to take part in research management and 2) scientist-student interactions encouraging learners to present expert-level ideas. This study contributes to developing pedagogies that foster gifted science students' agentic participation in scientist-led R&E activities.

Comparative Analysis of Korean-Japan Popular YouTube Content -Based on Social Statistical Approach- (한일 인기 유튜브 콘텐츠의 특징 -운영 주체와 콘텐츠 분야별 데이터 비교분석-)

  • The social statistic was used to top 250 Korean and Japanese YouTube channels based on the number of subscribers examine its channel type (private/corporations/others), distribution of contents and private YouTube channels' date of registration. The channel examination was also used to provide practical hint to create new Youtube contents. According to the statistics, Korean channels were mainly managed by K-Culture related companies for the promotional purpose, whereas Japanese channels were mainly managed by individuals with a variety of contents. It is presumed that Japanese individuals have been engaged in creating individual video content since the early period through video uploading platforms other than YouTube such as Niconico Douga. Since the expansion of the YouTube market will continue, it is important not only to reinforce corporations' marketing on YouTube but also to promote the uniqueness and the diversity of YouTube content for the individuals to improve the economical, sentimental, and informational contents in order to create socially effective personal contents that can be competitive in the global market.

  • 효과적인 학급경영의 구상과 전개는 기본적으로 그 바탕에 학부모와 학생에 대한 이해를 필요로 한다. 따라서 교육의 주체인 교사와 학생 그리고 학부모는 성공적인 학급운영을 위해 원활한 의사소통이 이루어져 한다. 그리하여 학급운영과정에 학생과 학부모의 의견을 최대한 수렴하여 반영해야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 점점 더 다양해지고 빠르게 변화하는 학생과 학부모의 요구를 수용할 수 있는 대안적 방안의 하나로 온라인 설문조사를 통한 학급경영 효율화 방안에 대해 살펴본다. 온라인 설문조사의 방법과 활용가능한 도구들을 살펴보고 응답결과의 처리가 가장 편리하고 활용가능성이 높은 Google-Docs를 이용한 설문조사 방법에 대해 자세히 알아본다. 온라인 설문조사가 가지는 접근의 용이성과 결과처리의 효율성 등은 교육주체 간 의사소통을 원활히 할 수 있도록 도와줄 것이며 이를 통해 학급경영을 효과적이고 보다 유의미하게 할 수 있게 될 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 급변하는 환경 속에서 전문대학 디자인교육의 새로운 교육모델을 모색하고자 디자인 교육현장의 실태를 중심으로 디자인교육의 문제점 및 원인과 개선방안을 모색한 논문이다. 이를 위해 디자인교육의 핵심주체인 교수와 학생, 행정 및 교육, 실습지원부서, 산업체, 정부 및 지원기관에 대한 실태를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 입시제도의 개선, 재정지원의 집중화, 교수자의 연구지원, 학생의 인식전환, 산업체와의 실질적 협력강화 및 전문대출신에 대한 인식 및 대우개선, 정부지원기관의 차별화된 지원정책 발굴, 대학별로 특화된 교육과정운영 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 앞으로 전문대학의 디자이너양성 교육은 급변하는 대학환경을 고려하여 교육주체의 내실화 및 관계집단의 인식전환을 고려한 새로운 직업교육모델을 개발, 운영해야 한다.

  • In this paper are This paper is about the efficient use operational management plan for the metropolitan public Jamsil heliport. First, understand the general operations and facilities to Jamsil heliport and raised the issue for them. And, in cases such as urban offshore heliport Jamsil heliport in New York and Texas (USA), for example, which was presented for comparative analysis and Jamsil heliport in London (UK). Operations, research is seen against a facility to install and manage a couple of airfield operations based on the subject by presenting the alternatives, thereby causing the principal operating facilities, infrastructure and security facilities even suggest ways to enhance the standards. Unlike other countries, Jamsil heliport location characteristics were excluded from the study on the safety aspects related to flight operations and for this I'm a military airport facilities coexist in the neighborhood.
