This study conducted a awareness survey of librarians by type of library. analyzed the survey results to present the rationale for establishing policies for the collaborative preservation and effective use of library materials. As a result of the analysis, the general awareness of the librarians about the collaborative preservation archive was high regardless of the characteristics of each type of library. the regional Central library was suitable as the main body of the collaborative preservation operation at the regional level.

Purpose: In this study, the effect of the government's disaster response capabilities and the legal and institutional appropriateness of the disaster management system on the operational performance of disaster management performance were verified. Method: Questionnaire survey was performed for the fire officials, and the surveyed data was statistically analyzed by using SPSS 25.0 program. Result: The main results of this study are as follows. First, the government's earthquake disaster response capability is found to have a significant effect on disaster follow-up management as well as disaster prevention preparation, which is a factor in disaster management performance. Second, it has been shown that the legal and institutional appropriateness of the earthquake disaster management system has a significant impact on disaster follow-up management as well as disaster prevention preparation, which is a factor of disaster management performance. Conclusion: The important policy implications for improving the operation performance of disaster management could be obtained in preparation for earthquakes in Korea.

Currently many Traffic Management Centers(TMC) have been constructed, there are in the process of operating and propelling. Although many TMC are constructed up to now, we have no discussion about positive operation plan and no many studies. We consider that the center should foster many experts for a qualitative development. So we provides to analysis internal and external operation system of UC and to Present the solution about a problem of government subject and an adequate scale of operation system. Also we Present a drawing up plan about regular and occasional educational plan and operation manual for activating the educational system. We suggest that many TMC and government should pay attention to those issues and invest money in operation issues and researches.

The Demand Response Market is a nation-wide power and energy management program of electric power demand response operated by KPX (Korea Power eXchange). Therefore, any savings could be determined by KEPCO's AMR(Automatic Meter Reading) data. However, the customers and the service providers participating in the market could not know the real time value due to the 15 minute or even more delayed AMR data communicated. Here, a new concept of a smart box has been introduced and demonstrated to provide the real time saving values compared to the current KEPCO's AMR data approach.

지리정보유통은 연계(network)의 경제활동이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 경제활동이 원활히 움직이고 활성화되기 위해서는 유통체계를 구성하는 주체, 객체, 수단, 환경이 적절히 조화를 이루어야 한다. 그중 유통주체인 공급기관-수요기관-유통기관은 유통기관을 중심으로 상호 유기적으로 연계되어 있어야 한다. 특히 지리정보는 시간의 변화에 따라 동적으로 변화하고, 단순한 자료나 정보가 아닌 이를 이용하여 새로운 부가정보 생산이 가능한 정보로 적극적인 공개를 통하여 그 활용성을 극대화시킬 수 있다. 따라서 국내에서 생산된 지리정보를 보다 효율적이고 가치 있게 활용하기 위해서는 우선적으로 지리정보유통 활성화가 이루어져야 한다. 지리정보유통 활성화를 위해서는 첫째, 공급기관이 유통체계에 적극적으로 참여하도록 법제도를 강화해야 한다. 둘째, 지리정보유통추진협의회를 구성하여 공급기관과 유통기관간의 상호 원활한 협력관계를 유지한다. 셋째, 새로운 지리정보를 발굴할 수 있는 지리정보 발굴체계를 도입한다. 넷째, 앞의 세 가지 업무를 체계적이고 적극적으로 수행할 수 있는 지리정보유통관리기구를 설립 운영한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 활성화방안을 기반으로 국가GIS 기본계획의 목적에 부합하는 충분한 지리정보를 확보하고 공급함으로써 범국민적인 유통 활용이 보다 빠르게 정착될 것으로 기대된다.

The construction industry has complicated production processes with diverse disciplines and subcontractors, which is the major cause of lowered productivity. To solve this problem, multi-trade subcontract system is recently suggested. Some general construction companies have applied this method to some sections of work process. However, this is in the early stage of application. The purpose of this study is to define an integrated contract package for improving both contractor and subcontractor efficiency. First, this study recognizes construction company to need of multi-trade subcontract system. Finally, it suggests feasible activities which can be useful for a construction company to apply to this subcontract system.

정보화 사회에서는 가계, 기업, 정보 등의 정보 활동의 주체들이 가진 정보자산은 데이타 베이스(이하DB)와 소프트웨어(S/W)로 대변할 수 있으며, 이중 DB는 정보화 사회의 기반시설의 하나라고 볼 수 있다. 특별히 통계DB는 각 주체들에게는 필수적인 정보를 갖고 있다. 금융자산의 정보, 국방에 관련된 병력, 장비, 군수물자등의 정보, 회계정보 뿐 아니라 인구센서스, 경제계획수립 등등의 다양한 분야에 이 통계 DB는 사용되고 있다. 이러한 통계DB는 기존의DB에서의 데이타의 저장, 관리, 추출 기능외에 통계적인 데이타의 분석기능이 요구되고 있다. 통계 처리를 위한 데이타베이스관리 시스템(DBMS, database management system)은 주로 기존의 DBMS 에 통계처리를 위한 기능을 추가하거나 통계를 위한 DB를 따로 구축하는 방법을 사용하고 있다. 따라서 일반적인 DB 보호 기술과 더불어 통계 의 환경을 이해하는 보호 기술이 요구되고 있다. 일반적으로 DB 를 보호하는 방법으로는 물리적인 보안(physical security)과 운영체계 보안(operating system security) 이 있으며, 이들과 함께 데이타 암호화(data encryption)의 방법을 사용하고 있다. DB 의 보안 방법에 관한 연구 중 George I. Davida 등에 의한 방법은 중국인의 나머지 정리(chinese remainder thorem)를 사용하는 암호화 알고리즘을 이용하여 레코드(record) 단위의 암호화를 하며, Khamis A. Omar등에 의한 방법은 읽기, 쓰기, 갱신의 3단계의 사용자 등급을 부여하여 DB 접근의 제약을 가하는 기능을 갖고 있다. 본고에서는 특히 그 중요성이 더해가고 있는 통계 의 일반적인 개념을 살펴보며, 특성 지향형 질의 모델(characteristic-specified query model)의 보호기술을 살펴본다. 특별히 본고는 통계 DB의 보호에 대한 일반적인 조사 연구로서 잘 알려진 사실들을 많은 참고 문헌과 더불어 소개하는 내용으로 통계 DB의 보호에 관한 새로운 연구 결과는 아니다.

The most important issue for developing web site recently is about the usage. This is the disproof that the participation of the user increased as the subject of active communication, and it means that we must convert into the perspective what does the user want to see rather than the agony what to show for the position of the site operator or developer. We must activate systematic study about the labeling system with the information systemization to improve satisfaction about the site of the user who is the subject of communication. By this, this study is to suggest a checklist that can be used as the checking list in development and assessment stages to complete the successful labeling system and is to discuss about its necessity.

Security operating system applied to MAC(Mandatory Access Control) or to MLS(Multi Level Security) gives both subject and object both Security Level and value of Category, and it restrict access to object from subject. But it violates Security policy of system and could be a circulated course of illegal information. This is correctly IPC(Interprocess Communication)mechanism and Covert Channel. In this thesis, I tried to design and implementation as OS kernel in order not only to give confidence of information circulation in the Security system, but also to defend from Covert Channel by Storage and IPC mechanism used as a circulated course of illegal information. For removing a illegal information flow by IPC mechanism. I applied IPC mechanism to MLS Security policy, and I made Storage Covert Channel analyze system call Spec. and than distinguish Storage Covert Channel. By appling auditing and delaying, I dealt with making low bandwidth.

As the shipping market deteriorates, shipping companies seek to realize economies of scale by promoting the enlargement of container ships. Container terminal operators are increasingly adopting automated equipment and systems in order to quickly provide services and attract traffic. As such, the competition for each terminal to become a hub port is intensifying. Increased automation of advanced container terminals improves productivity and efficiency In the meantime, Korea remains semi-automated. Therefore, the relevant subject survey through SPSS 23.0 program for analysis of recognition difference, We will check the awareness among stakeholders for the smooth introduction.
