The purpose of this study sought to analyze the achievement of educational training of IS-Geo's (International School for Geoscience Resources; IS-Geo's) according to the structural relationships between these components by incorporating variables and those that affect learning outcomes from the Learning ecological perspective. Therefore, from January 2014 to December 2015, data analysis was conducted based on the data collected by the questionnaire for class satisfaction, which was conducted after the operation of the educational training program. The principal result is as follows. First of all, Interventions that affect learning outcomes from the learning ecology perspective have resulted in internal factors of both learning motivation and learning development, intermediate factors of both contents of education and learning curriculum, external factors of both learner support and quality of instructors. The structural relationships between the designed factors of performance indicators of interdisciplinary achievement and sub-factors have been influenced in the structural implications of internal factors, intermediate factors, and external factors that affect the learning outcomes of educational trainees who participated in the educational training programs of IS-Geo's. Also, internal factors, intermediate factors, and external factors have directly affected learning outcomes for educational trainees.
This study has begun with the perception that proper measuring system is required to grow community business in equilibrium and to grope for some developmental directions of it. First, for effective performance evaluation of community business, the study developed a performance evaluation model based on balanced score cards, and to apply validity analysis and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) by classifying. Second, the relative importance of the second indicator for each of the first aspects shows that participation of local residents and in the aspect of person interested, satisfaction of inner education in the aspect of learning and growth, shortening of work process in the aspect of inner process, and sales per head in the aspect of substantiality were high in relative importance. Third, in the result of calculation of overall weight for each aspect, participation of local residents, a business connection to the community, sales per head were ranked in the upper group. Thus, it's now necessary to have management support through fostering intermediate support organizations in community business which has been bureaucratic, and improvement of product and service through connection with outside consulting agencies and strategic alliance with the leading businesses is required.
Working in the beauty industry accompanies high emotional stress because of the need to provide face-to-face customer service. Therefore, beauty industry employees should be recognized as internal customers and job satisfaction should be enhanced through appropriate internal marketing (education and training, compensation system, delegation, management support). With this preceded, it could lead to employees providing various satisfactory services to external customers, ultimately resulting in maximized sales and lower turnover rate. Four hypotheses were established to support this proposition, and 320 copies of questionnaires were collected from Nov. 1 to Dec. 30, 2018 targeting the beauty industry franchise workers which were analyzed through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, route Analysis and the like, using programs AMOS 21.0 and SPSS 22.0. As a result, education and training did not affect employees' job satisfaction, but the compensation system, delegation, and management support had a positive(+) effect.

This study examines changes in housing insecurity among young adults from a longitudinal perspective, recognizing the dynamic nature of young adulthood. The objective of the study is to explore shifts in housing insecurity and to identify the factors affecting entry into and exit from housing insecurity. Using data from the Seoul Youth Panel in 2021 and 2022, housing insecurity is measured across three dimensions, and changes over one year are categorized. The sample consists of 40% of individuals experiencing persistent security, 33% experiencing persistent insecurity, 14% exiting insecurity, and 13% entering security, indicating that the transition into and out of housing insecurity is quite dynamic. Empirical results from the logistic regression models reveal several key findings. Firstly, crises in employment and social domains significantly correlate shifts in housing insecurity among young people. Unstable employment and unsatisfactory job conditions increase the risk of entering, and decrease the likelihood of exiting housing insecurity. Social isolation and lower social support increase the risk of entry into housing insecurity, while higher social support enhances the likelihood of exiting housing insecurity. Secondly, residential characteristics play a pivotal role in the transition of housing insecurity. Those living in non-apartments and renters are considerably less likely to exit housing insecurity compared to those living in apartments and homeowners, respectively. Furthermore, residing in rooftop or semi-subterranean location, or undergoing residential moves, significantly elevate the risk of entering housing insecurity. Thirdly, external supports appear to have a limited role in achieving housing security for young adults. Parental economic resources significantly facilitate exiting housing insecurity, whereas governmental housing policy benefits show no significant effect. These findings provide important implications for policy-making aimed at addressing and preventing housing insecurity among young adults.

In this paper, we discuss the effectiveness of information system such as POS(point of sale) and PDS(POS data service) to the government-supported small retail shop called nadle shop. Also, the functional requirements for PDS implementation are examined. Introduction of information system to small retail shop is necessary for achieving good - but a little impact on - management performance. For the empirical study, the survey results for POS utilization and management performance for the nadle shops supported from 2010 to the first half of 2011 are analyzed. Consequently, information system doesn't give direct effect on producing management performance. However, no doubt it contribute service quality and satisfaction to the customers and provides refined information to be useful to the owners.
Recently, there has been an increase in government-wide demand for technological cooperation between government funded research institutes (GFRIs) and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), while there remain a tension between positive and negative views regarding the support given by GFRIs to encourage the technological innovation of SMEs. Although preceding studies have found that the support given by GFRIs to SMEs tends to have the effect of enhancing the technological innovation outcomes of SMEs, this study examines the question of why the agent that provides technological cooperation to SMEs should be limited to GFRIs. To answer this question, in this study, we first examined the qualitative changes in the external technological cooperation behavior of SMEs over time, from 2007 to 2014. Next, we performed cluster analysis to examine whether there were distinctive characteristics of SMEs that engage in technological cooperation with GFRIs, compared to the various other alternatives available as technological cooperation partners for SMEs. Lastly, to help us identify the characteristics of the companies that technologically cooperate with GFRIs and to facilitate the administrative or practical effort to find companies that would be strong candidates for technological cooperation with GFRIs, we used discriminant analysis to define a discriminant formula for such companies likely to engage in technological cooperation. The results of this study were as follows. First, GFRIs were the most competitive -- as demonstrated by the highest level of satisfaction, etc. - compared to the other alternatives for external technological cooperation available to SMEs. This confirmed the necessity for GFRIs to provide technological cooperation to SMEs. Secondly, the issue of whether the small and medium-sized enterprise had engaged in technological cooperation specifically with GFRIs was found not to be a very significant factor in distinguishing these companies. It was found, however, that SMEs engaged in technological cooperation were distinctive, regardless of the type of institution involved in the technological cooperation. Thirdly, SMEs that were in technological cooperation with GFRIs had the characteristics of being already active in joint research and already familiar with utilizing the systems available for governmental support. The findings of this study offers various insights relevant to establishing national R&D strategies using GFRIs and improving the efficiency of policies and administrative practices intended to help GFRIs assist SMEs.

The purpose of this study is to explore ways to improve accessibility to school library materials through analysis of elementary school students' information search behavior in DLS. Accordingly, the DLS search process was recorded for 26 students attempting a DLS search in the school library, and data was collected through a pre-search questionnaire on overall information needs and a post-search questionnaire on the search process and results. As a result of the analysis, satisfaction was found to be low when the main purpose of DLS use was simple leisure reading, when the search time and number of search words were long, and when there were too many search results. Accordingly, it was emphasized that curriculum subject-related metadata elements should be developed and a curriculum subject-specific thesaurus should be built and used to build lists and support user searches. In addition, it was suggested that the basic functions provided in external searches should be included, and a foundation should be laid in terms of resources and curriculum to systematically provide information utilization education to elementary school students who lack the ability to select search terms and judge the suitability of results after the search. It was proposed to provide an integrated search service with external resources and a personalized book recommendation service.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the results of satisfaction for learning eco-system on the teacher training program conducted at the IS-Geo (International School for Geoscience Resources) which is KIGAM (Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources), and to determine the satisfaction and educational effects of the teacher training programs on elementary and secondary teachers. And then, to suggest improvement points in the future operation of the teacher training program at the IS-Geo. Therefore, we conducted questionnaire of satisfaction for learning eco-system based on the data collected by a survey of 98 elementary and secondary teachers who participated in the teacher training program at the IS-Geo, from July 2017 to August 2018. The research results are as follows. First, the results of satisfaction for learning eco-system showed high values of 4.58 or higher in both the elementary and secondary programs, and the teacher training program conducted by the IS-Geo had a positive effect on the training participants. Second, internal factors indicating learning motivation and learning development were elementary teacher training 4.70 and secondary teacher training 4.64, and it is necessary to develop training contents and programs by classifying them into majors other than the earth science department. Third, intermediate factors indicating contents of education and learning curriculum were 4.67 for an elementary teacher training program and 4.72 for secondary teacher training program. In addition, in order to operate the teacher training program according to the purpose of science and technology culture, it is necessary to develop a teaching-learning model and to improve the quality of teaching. Fourth, external factors indicating learner support and quality of instructors were 4.83 for an elementary teacher training program and 4.72 for a secondary teacher training program. In particular, it is necessary to develop teaching materials that can be used immediately in school classes and can generate interest.

This study examined research data management practices from the perspectives of university researchers. A survey was conducted for principal investigators of projects in universities selected to be funded by National Research Foundation in 2010 and 2011. Predicated on the analysis of 131 survey responses, there was a great difference in types of research data between Humanities & Social Science fields and Science, Medicine and Engineering fields. Most respondents added value of their data by linking to other types of information or combining data from other sources. For storing data, PC or portable media were generally employed, and around 80% of respondents saw their data having a useful life under 10 years. Data was shared within research team and with outside researchers who requested data. The percentage of respondents who have reused data was higher than that of respondents who have shared data. In order to obtain data for reuse, the majority of respondents drew data from published articles, or contacted data creators. In most cases, mechanisms for managing data did not exist in projects or universities where respondents belong. Since the level of satisfaction with long-term preservation and metadata description of research data was found to be low, it was necessary to develop data archiving services to support the data management procedures.

Recently, the platform industry is rapidly growing in the global market, and competition is intensifying at the same time. Therefore, in order for domestic platform companies to have global competitiveness in the platform market, it is necessary to study the platform business ecosystem and success factors. However, most of the recent platform-related studies have been theoretical studies on the characteristics of platform business status analysis, platform economy, and indirect network externalities of platforms. Therefore, this study comprehensively analyzed the success factors of Silicon Valley's business ecosystem proposed in previous studies, and at the same time analyzed the success factors extracted from stakeholders in the actual Silicon Valley platform business ecosystem. And based on these factors, an IPA analysis was conducted as a way to propose a success plan to stakeholders in the platform business ecosystem. As a result of the analysis, among the success factors collected through previous studies, manpower, capital, and challenge culture were identified as factors that are relatively well maintained in both importance and satisfaction in Silicon Valley. In the end, it can be seen that the creation of an environment and culture in which Silicon Valley can use it to challenge itself based on excellent human resources and abundant capital contributes the most to the success of Silicon Valley's platform business. On the other hand, although it is of high importance to Silicon Valley's platform corporate ecosystem, the factors that show relatively low satisfaction among stakeholders are 'learning and benchmarking among active companies' and 'strong ties and cooperation between members', and it is analyzed that interest and effort are needed to strengthen these factors in the future. Finally, the systems and policies necessary for market autonomous competition, 'business support service industry', 'name value', and 'spin-off start-up' were important factors in literature research, but the importance and satisfaction of these factors were lowered due to changes in the times and environment. This study has academic implications in that it comprehensively analyzes the success factors of Silicon Valley's business ecosystem proposed in previous studies, and at the same time analyzes the success factors extracted from stakeholders in the actual Silicon Valley platform business ecosystem. In addition, there is another academic implications that importance and satisfaction were simultaneously examined through IPA analysis based on these various extracted factors. As for academic implications, it is meaningful in that it contributed to the formation of the domestic platform ecosystem by providing the government and companies with concrete information on the success factors of the platform business ecosystem and the theoretical grounds for the growth of domestic platform businesses.
