This research aims at finding relationship marketing factors that have positive effects on customer long-term orientation concerning wine purchasing personnels of domestic dinging companies such as sommeliers and managers. By figuring out the qualities of relationship such as the roles of trust and commitment while long-term orientation is being developed, it also tries to help wine suppliers which have been having a hard time due to domestic market recession and tight competition develop marketing strategies for promotion. A survey of wine purchasing personnels and sommeliers who work for fine dining restaurants, casual dining restaurants and wine bars was conducted for 30 days from Jan. 15, 2010 to Feb. 13, 2010. The statistical packages of SPSS 15.0 statistical package and AMOS 7.0 ver were used to perform frequency analysis, reliability test, confirmatory factor analysis, and path analysis. The result shows that among relationship marketing factors, communication and seller expertise have a positive impact on long-term orientation through trust and affective commitment.
In this study, a survey was carried out on wine consumers over age 20 experienced in wine purchase and drinking from December 1 through December 31, 2011 with the object of figuring out the effects of wine selection attributes on satisfaction and repurchase intention, and making an empirical analysis of the difference depending on involvement in wine. The findings of this study are summarized as follows. The effect of wine selection attributes on satisfaction showed that price, label and wine characteristic had a significant positive effect on satisfaction. The effect of wine selection attributes on repurchase intention showed that locality, price, and wine characteristic had a significant positive effect on repurchase intention. For wine attributes affecting satisfaction, the wine involvement moderated the relationship between locality, price, and satisfaction of wine attributes. And for wine attributes affecting repurchase intention, the wine involvement moderated the relationship between label and repurchase intention of wine attributes. In other words, local characteristics and reasonable prices of the cultivation areas for wine, and indigenous characteristics of wine in quality itself supported the existing preceded findings. And these findings showed the characteristics in that the wine involvement moderates satisfaction and repurchase intention.

The sommellerie is an ancient job, which has always advanced with the passings centuries. It has become more and more specialized. So, the wine waiter must have a suitable training, sound world knowledges, a keen sense of wine tasting and the liking of human contact. All these skills lead him to put his know - how to good use in the surest way : restaurant. There he undergoes a fruitful experience. The view of a man with many facets is true : taking part in purchases, cellar management, wine-list formulation, advising customer, accommodation between wines and food essentially. However, his duties have risen. He is running through business size, upstream of sales and with clients. Expert in this matter, he is able to take an effect on the store, marketing product, sales, and finally the sales figure of the institution in which he assumes a key position.
A geographical indication is a protected trade name or mark for a product that corresponds to a specific geographic location or origin. Geographical indications have been widely used in European countries over the last three decades, mainly for wine and food products. This study investigates the consumer perception of geographical indications for agricultural and processed products and purchase experiences of consumers. It also examines consumer intention to pay more for geographical indication products. The findings from the empirical investigation showed that only 24.0% of the respondents have purchased geographical indication products whereas 49.5% of the respondents have not. Meanwhile, 26.5% of the respondents reported that they were unaware of geographical indications. Main reasons of purchasing geographical indication products were trust in quality, safety, and better taste. On the other hand, main reasons of not purchasing geographical indication products were lack of knowledge and no distinctive quality. The respondents answered that they would pay more for geographical indication products especially for luxury items such as ginseng, wine, and beef.
The purpose of this study is to investigate Korean wine consumers' perceived risk dimensions affecting wine purchasing behavior and identify the differences in the dimensions by wine involvement. Questionnaires were collected from the wine purchasers of wine retailer shops in Seoul. 230 data were analysed using SPSS package(v. 12.0). Findings were as follows: (1) There were 5 dimensions in the perceived risk of wine purchasing: functional, social, physical, psychological, financial. Social dimension was the most serious risk for wine consumers, then come psychological, functional, financial, and physical ones. (2) There were significant differences in the perceived risk dimensions by involvement level except the financial dimension. The perception level of wine purchasing risk was relatively low in the high involvement group while high in the middle and low involvement groups.
This study aimed to analyze the effect of demographic characteristics of consumers and quality recognition factors on purchase intention of organic wine, and to provide preliminary data necessary for the development of wine industry. By factor analysis of collected surveys, quality recognition factors of both the experienced and non-experienced group of organic wine environment/health, varieties of grapes, price, and four brand elements. First, among demographic characteristics, only income level hae a significant influence on the changes in quality recognition causes. Each of quality recognition causes of organic wine had a significant relation with purchase intent. The result of our analysis suggested that 'environment/health' was most influential for the experienced group, and 'health' was most influential for the non-experienced group. Therefore, this hypothesis is supported.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the exhibition's image toward Visitor's Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention (re-visit and recommendation), and to investigate the influence relationship between visitor's satisfaction and behavioral intention. Thus, the survey is carried out to 489 visitors from Daejeon International Wine Fair and the result shows as following. First, after the analysis of local exhibition's image, 6 factors(wonderfulness tendency, experience tendency, purchase tendency, entertainment tendency, and utility tendency) come out. Second, the impact on image of exhibition's image from 6factors is sequentially followed as wonderfulness tendency, experience tendency, purchase tendency, entertainment tendency, and utility tendency, however the local tendency have no impact on. Third, in the influence relationship between re-visit and exhibition image- as a following order- wonderfulness, purchase tendency, experiment tendency, entertainment tendency and local tendency are sequentially have an impact. Forth, the result of the analysis for influence between elements of the exhibition's image factor and the intention of recommendation shows that wonderfulness, experience tendency, entertainment tendency, and purchase tendency elements had a meaningful influence on the intention of recommendation however, local tendency and utility tendency do not have an impact. Fifth, the satisfaction of visitors have an affirmative influence on the intention of behavior(re-visit and recommendation).

In the practical control systems, the dynamic range of actuatiors is limited(or saturated) when actuators are driven by sufficiently large signals. This gives rise to a nonlinearity as a result of actuator saturation. For example, the upper limit is imposed on productive capability by available factory space and capital equipment. Other examples of those kinds of actuator saturations are a maximum torque of the actua- ting motors and a throttle position in an aircraft speed control A saturating actuator may lead not only to a large overshoot during start-up and shut-down, but also to deterioration of the performance due to the uncertainties. That is, the speed of response is decreased and, possibly, the system output may not follow the lalrge reference inputs. The large-overshoot may be accompanied by rest wind-up(or called by integra- tor wind-up) which comes from controllers with integral action in saturation operation regions. Eventually, as the overshoot increases, the system has a limit cycle or becomes oscillatorily unstable. Due to these cir- cumstances, many studies are focused on the stability and robustness of the nonlinear systems with satu- rating actuator in the time-domain as well as in the frequency-domain.
This study discussed the consumption and purchase behaviors of wine by hotel F&B employees based on cluster analysis. Consumption behavior was separated into two categories: place and frequency of drinking. Purchase behavior was divided into two as well: place and price of purchasing. In general, consumption behavior was more influenced by drinking place rather than price, with a wine bar being the most preferred place to drink. Further, purchase behavior was more dependent on the price than place, specifically mid-range priced wine. When selecting wine, "taste" was the most important quality considered for both consumption and purchase behaviors, followed by "price". In addition, "vintage" and "country/winery" were also considered important for consumption behavior. There was no further significant difference among selection attributes for wine quality in terms of purchase behavior. Overall satisfaction after wine consumption was 3.73. Frequency of drinking had a greater impact on overall satisfaction than drinking place. Overall satisfaction after wine purchasing was 3.72, and satisfaction level was greater when a wine was purchased at a wine bar rather than a general bar. With respect to country of origin, France, USA, Chile and Argentina wines all showed even variation among selection attributes for wine quality. However, Italian wine displayed a below average score under "vintage" and "bottle design", whereas Spanish wine did so under "brand". Lastly, Australian wine displayed the lowest scores for all selection attributes.
