Also, we conducted a survey to find out how teachers perceived electronic textbooks in respect to site accessibility and utility, instructional design, progress of lesson, validity and accuracy of learning content, interface design, and web-based multimedia. In this paper, we presented a new model for electronic textbooks development, which is expected to be useful in developing electronic textbooks as a main text book, unlike other existing models. We applied the navigation utilizing book metaphors to the user interface, on the basis of the results from the analysis of the existing electronic textbooks. In addition, we provided affluent multi-media materials as well as hyperlink, a strong point of on-lines. Experimental results show that the academic achievement was high in knowledge-understanding areas and functional areas in the perspective of academic achievements of the learners.

Based on the previous research on digital literacy competence, the tool was developed with 45 question items of 2 areas and 8 factors. The results of an exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis conducted to determine suitability were generally satisfactory based on the assessment data from about 3,000 middle school students. The assessment tools developed in this study are primarily applicable to primary and secondary school and adult education. In future research, if the system is developed to be accessible to anyone online based on this tool, and the accumulated data provide educational information for each individual's self-development, it will greatly contribute to improving the digital literacy competence of the people.

The cause of the youth, the treatment of the middle-aged and the elderly were significantly related to oral and systemic disease. The need for education related to oral diseases was ranked in the order of aches, bad breath, periodontal diseases, and tooth discoloration. For information, the subjects reached out to the internet, dental and medical institutions, and public health centers. The teaching methods experienced by those surveyed included lectures combined with experience, videos, and expert lectures.
