A study on the impact of corporate social responsibility on organizational trust and Labor-Management Relations (기업의 사회적 책임 활동이 조직신뢰 및 노사관계에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purposes of this study are to verify if social responsibility activities of domestic companies and organizations who are widening the area of corporate social responsibility activities make a significant effect on the Labor-Management Relations of the company statistically and suggest political and strategic tasks the company must assume if the corporate social responsibility activities are to make positive and negative effects on organizational trust and Labor-Management Relations by members of the company. The results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, companies make a positive effect partially on the standard of employees' confidence for the organization through the corporate social responsibility activities. Second, corporate social responsibility activities have an effect partially on the Labor-Management Relations which are one of the variables influencing an organization's results. Third, the improvement of employees' organizational trust had a significant effect on Labor-Management Relations. Therefore, the results of this study verified the direct and indirect effects between organizational trust and Labor-Management Relations which are important factors of companies' social responsibility and organizational results which were not treated in the precedent studies.

  • This study examined the effects of followership characteristics on LMX, knowledge sharing, job satisfaction and turnover intention for coffee speciality store members. 317 questionnaire samples are used to test 4 hypotheses using structural equation model with AMOS. Results of hypotheses testing are as follows: First, goal congruence and active participation factors of followership characteristics influence positively LMX. Second, LMX influences positively knowledge sharing, and knowledge influences job satisfaction and turnover intention. This study emphasizes the importance of knowledge sharing in coffee speciality store members relations. In addition, this study shows that followership, LMX, knowledge sharing are important for members' increasing job satisfaction and decreasing turnover intention, and human resource management. Implications and limitations of this study were also suggested.

  • 프랜차이즈 시스템은 서로 독립적인 프랜차이즈 본부와 가맹점이 계약에 의해 상호의무를 준수하면서 운영되는 시스템이다. 이러한 프랜차이즈 시스템은 다른 유통경로 시스템과 마찬가지로 개방형 시스템이기 때문에 환경의 변화에 민감하다. 특히, 급속하게 변화하는 고객 욕구와 경쟁전략은 프랜차이즈 시스템의 성과에 매우 큰 영향을 미친다. 이처럼 환경의 변화가 심할 경우는 프랜차이즈 본부와 가맹점 간 관계결속이 중요한 데 강한 결속력을 가진 장기적인 파트너십이야 말로 변화하는 환경에 대응할 수 있는 무기가 된다. 본 연구는 이러한 환경의 변화 즉, 환경동태성과 프랜차이즈 시스템의 장기지향성을 다루고 있다. 연구의 주된 관심은 첫째, 수요부문과 경쟁부문의 환경 동태성이 프랜차이즈 시스템 구성원 간 장기지향성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지 밝히는 것이고, 둘째, 이러한 환경의 영향이 다양한 조절변수 (관계수명주기, 경로기후, 의존성)에 의해 어떻게 달라지는 지를 규명하는 것이다. 이러한 목적으로 본 연구는 국내의 대표적인 프랜차이즈 업체인 L사의 가맹점 96곳을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 구조방정식 모형을 통한 분석결과 수요부문 동태성은 프랜차이즈 가맹점의 장기지향성을 약화시킨 반면, 경쟁부문 동태성은 강화시켰다. 한편 관계수명주기, 경로기후에 따라 수요부문, 경쟁부문 환경 동태성의 영향은 달라졌지만, 의존성은 유의적인 조절효과를 나타내지 못했다.

How Educational Satisfaction and Relational Support Affect Self-Efficacy and Entrepreneurship of Korean Secondary School Students (교육만족도와 관계적 지원이 한국 고등학교학생들의 자기효능감과 기업가정신에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to ascertain the effect of both educational satisfaction and relational support on the self-efficacy of secondary school students and then eventually on their entrepreneurship. Testing self-efficacy as a mediator is another aim of this study. The findings indicated that both educational satisfaction and relational support have positive relationships with the self-efficacy of students. Self-efficacy also had a positive impact on entrepreneurship. The core part of this study focuses on the role of both educational satisfaction and relational support in fostering the self-efficacy and entrepreneurship of secondary school students. These results can serve as practical guidance when making decisions regarding the adequate pedagogy for secondary school students in order to promote entrepreneurship among the adolescents.

  • This research is an empirical research that surveys the influence factors of franchisee's compliance and precedence, which have a direct effect on the success of franchisor, from the view of relation exchange theory. The results herein show that the trust of franchisees towards franchisor has a complete mediating effect between conflict and compliance. This means that in a franchise system, it is important to build trust in order to successfully manage franchisees. Trust built between franchisor and the franchisee has a dominating effect based on relationship even on domains not specified on the contract. Also, it is very important in that it decreases frequently occurring conflicts caused by disagreement of interests and unfair relationship of power, and effectuates compliance of franchisees. Such result is a meaningful theoretical and practical contribution in that it has for the first time domestically investigated the mechanism of relationship leading from conflict and trust to compliance of franchisees by methods of theoretical discussion and empirical analysis.

  • 본 연구는 유량에 의한 수면폭의 변화로 인한 하천경관의 시각적 선호도에 미치는 선호요인 파악하였다. 등간척도의 점수부가체계를 적용하여 이용자에 의한 금강경관의 시각적 선호를 평가한 후 시각적 선호와 이에 영향을 미치는 선호요인들과의 관계를 다중회귀분석방법으로 검정하였다. 수면폭 변화에 따른 금강경관의 시각적 선호요인 변수는 심미성 인자, 물리적 특성 인자, 복잡성 인자로서 3개 변수 모두 유의성이 있는 것으로 판명되었다. 모든 선호요인의 값이 증가함에 따라 시각적 선호의 값도 증가를 가져오고 그 반대의 경우도 마찬가지였다.다중회귀모형에서 다른 조건이 불변일 경우, 심미성 인자의 값이 증가할 때 전체적인 시각적 선호에 가장 크게 영향을 미치고, 다음으로 물리적 특성 인자가 두 번째로 영향을 미치는 것으로 판명되었다. 선호요인이 시각적 선호에 기여하는 상대적 중요도는 심미성 인자, 물리적 특성 인자, 복잡성 인자 순으로 나타났다. 심미성 인자는 복잡성 인자에 비해 3.2배 만큼 중요도가 크며 물리적 특성 인자는 복잡성 인자에 비해 3배의 중요도를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 심미성인자는 가장 중요한 선호요인으로 판명되었다. 수면폭 변화에 따른 금강경관의 시각적 평가에 의한 선호 요인 분석 결과는 하천의 수면폭 및 수량에 큰 영향을 미칠 것이다. 수위 변화로 인한 하천 경관의 선호 요인을 파악함으로서 금강 유지유량의 결정에 지침을 마련하고, 시각적 선호도에 따른 최적의 수면폭/하폭비 산정하였으며 본 연구 결과는 수량에 의한 수면폭/하폭 비의 변화로 인한 하천경관의 수량결정에 중요한 정보를 제공하고 이용자의 만족을 극대화할 수 있는 경관조성에 기여할 것으로 판단된다. 통하여 유기농업의 실현을 도모하여 소비자의 욕구에 맞는 작물 생산 및 농촌관광단지 조성을 통해 부가가치증대 및 소득증대를 꾀함으로 농촌문제 해결에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구를 통해 GIS 와 RS의 기술이 농촌분야에 더 효율적으로 적용될 것으로 기대되며, 농업기술센터를 통한 정보제공을 함으로써 대농민 서비스 및 농업기관의 위상이 제고 될 것으로 기대된다.여 전자파의 공간적인 가시화를 수행할 수 있었다. 본 전자파 시뮬레이션 기법이 실무에 이용될 경우, 일반인이 전자파의 분포에 대한 전문지식을 습득할 필요 없이, 검색하고자 하는 지역과 송전선, 전철 등 각종 전자파의 발생 공간 객체를 선택하여 실생활과 관련된 전자파 정보에 예측할 수 있어, 대민 환경정보 서비스 질의 개선측면에서 획기적인 계기를 마련할 것으로 사료된다.acid$(C_{18:3})$가 대부분을 차지하였다. 야생 돌복숭아 과육 중의 지방산 조성은 포화지방산이 16.74%, 단불포화지방산 17.51% 및 다불포화지방산이 65.73%의 함유 비율을 보였는데, 이 중 다불포화지방산인 n-6계 linoleic acid$(C_{18:2})$와 n-3계 linolenic acid$(C_{18:3})$가 지질 구성 총 지방산의 대부분을 차지하는 함유 비율을 나타내었다.했다. 하강하는 약 4일간의 기상변화가 자발성 기흉 발생에 영향을 미친다고 추론할 수 있었다. 향후 본 연구에서 추론된 기상변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다.게 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.는 초과수익률이 상승하지만, 이후로는 감소하므로, 반전

  • This study analyzed factors that should be considered in the process of export diversification strategy formulation and priorities of strategies. We reviewed the extant literature and interviewed six experts. Cross-sectional analysis of a literature review and interview results were used to determine the influencing factors of export. The data for this study were collected from a survey of 68 export experts in Automotive Parts enterprises. Data were analyzed using AHP. As a result of the analysis, the order of importance appeared in the order of internal capacity, correlation buyer effect, entry barriers, technology response, and competition environment. The regions with a high overseas level were product differentiation, centralization, and low cost, whereas those with a low level were in the order of low cost, product differentiation, and concentration. It is meaningful to review the alternatives for adoption of the export diversification strategy and establish a strategy appropriate to the situation. It is necessary to establish a customized strategy considering the characteristics of the global region, and not only internal competence but also mutual relationship with local buyers are important.

  • This study purpose to find out how the relationship characteristics between travel agencies and airlines affect the conflict. As a result of analysis, competition, specialty, uncertainty of environment, frequency of contact and cooperation from the airline's answers have an effect on conflict while variability of environment, similarity, frequency of contact and specialty from the travel agency's answers are affected. In terms of relationship characteristics and conflict between airlines and travel agencies, competition, similarity, frequency of contact and difference of perception and communication difficulty are affected. The relationship characteristics from the result of this study makes a contribution in reducing conflict and improving positive relationship between airlines and travel agencies.

  • This study aimed to examine relationships between founders' entrepreneurial leadership, team learning behavior, team boundary spanning, and perceived performance in early-stage startups. The following results were recorded: (i) the indirect effects of entrepreneurial leadership on perceived performance via team learning behavior were statistically significant (β=.309, p<.05). (ii) relationships between team learning behavior and perceived performance were strengthened by team boundary spanning behavior (β=.259, p<.05). In this study, three practical implications are provided as follows: (i) startups need to seek team learning readiness and external learning stimulus to facilitate generative and transformative team learning; (ii) accelerators need to develop an entrepreneurial leadership program for founders; and (iii) startups need to explore external information by interacting with investors, R&D institutions, and other startups to strengthen the impact of team learning behavior on performance. Furthermore, two directions for future research are suggested as follows: (i) future researchers need to test causal relationships between entrepreneurial leadership and team learning behavior based on a newly designed time-series measurement plan; (ii) the actual effects of entrepreneurial leadership, team learning behavior and team boundary spanning on financial performance need to be tested two or three years later when the financial performance of early-stage startups usually becomes evident.

A Study on the Effects of LMX and Affiliation/Challenge-oriented OCB and Moderated-mediating Effects of Toxic Leadership (LMX와 관계/도전 지향적 조직시민행동의 영향 및 독성리더십의 조절된 매개효과 연구)

  • This study analysis the effects of the relationship between LMX and affiliation-OCB, challenge-OCB which is voluntary behavior of organizational members. For this study, the effect of LMX on AOCB and COCB, as well as the mediating effect of AOCB behavior, the moderating role of toxic leadership, were analyzed. The results of studies are as follows. First, LMX had a positive effect on AOCB and COCB, respectively. Second, AOCB has a mediating-effect between LMX and COCB. and Third, toxic leadership confirmed the moderating-effect between LMX and AOCB, and finally the moderated-mediating-effect through AOCB in the relationship between LMX and COCB. Therefore, it was analyzed that the quality of the relationship between leader and member in the organization is an important factor in expanding the positive and voluntary behavior of members in the organization. In addition, since toxic leadership weakens positive and voluntary civic behavior for organizational members, it suggests the need for strategy to overcome toxic leadership for an efficient organization management.
