Currently, ICT is widely used in caring for the elderly living alone and preventing the disappearance of the elderly with dementia. Therefore, in this study, based on the government policy direction for the 4th industrial revolution, the use of AI technology-based care services, which are gradually increasing in community care, was sought to explore the current status and prospects for utilization and activation.AI speakers and caring robots, services that can be used for community care, help solve various problems experienced by the elderly, and are also used to relieve lack of conversation or loneliness by adding emotional functions. In order to activate community care using AI technology in the future: First, there is a need for continuous education to familiarize the elderly with AI devices and 'user experience (UX) design' for the elderly. Second, it is necessary to use human-centered technology that has a complementary relationship and enables emotional mutual relationships rather than using function-oriented technology. Third, it is necessary to solve ethical problems such as guaranteeing the user's right to self-determination and protecting privacy.

This cross-sectional study examined the differences of the human rights sensitivity changes between freshmen and seniors of nursing and non-nursing Students. The data for this study were collected using a human rights sensitivity questionnaire developed by Moon answered by 178 nursing and non-nursing students from five South Korean universities. A t-test, chi-square test were performed on the collected data. There were no significant differences in the human rights sensitivity scores between freshmen and seniors in nursing and non-nursing students. There were significant differences in the human rights sensitivity scores in the right to privacy of the psychiatric patients and the environmental rights among nursing students. There were significant differences in the human rights sensitivity scores in the disabled person's physical liberty in non-nursing students. The results of this study suggested the direction of educational curriculum revision about ethics and development of educational programs to improve the human rights sensitivity.

담배는 오랜 과거부터 규제의 주요 대상이 되어 왔다. 1950년대 이전까지만 해도 담배관련 규제는 담배의 생산 및 제조활동과 함께 윤리 또는 규범적 차원에서 주로 이루어져 왔으나, 1950년대 초 이후부터 흡연의 건강 위해성에 관한 연구가 본격화되고 건강에 대한 공중의 관심이 확산되면서 담배와 흡연에 대한 사회적·법적 규제가 크게 강화되어 왔다고 할 수 있다. 담배산업이 그 동안 지속적인 성장을 하는 가운데에서도 담배와 흡연에 대해 강도 높은 규제가 가해져 온 이유는 담배가 성인들의 기호품으로써 보편화 된데 반해 건강 위해적 요소들을 내재하고 있고, 담배의 높은 수익가치로 인해 담배의 생산 및 판매가 정부의 재정사업으로 관할됨에 따라 정보에 의한 강력한 통제가 불가피했기 때문이라 할 수 있다. 세계 각 국에서 적용되고 있는 담배에 대한 일반적인 규제유형으로는 크게 흡연(smoking) 규제와 판매 및 촉진활동(sales & promotion) 규제, 경고문 부착(labeling)에 관한 규제, 그리고 진입 및 무역(entry & trade) 규제 등으로 구분될 수 있다. 한국의 경우는 전통적으로 흡연에 대해 매우 관대한 태도가 유지되어 왔으나, 95년도 중반 이후 국민건강 증진법 등의 규제법률이 제정·시행되면서 제도적·정책적 규제가 크게 강화되어 현재는 세계 최상위 수준을 유지하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 가운데 99년 5월 이후, 담배에 대한 표준화된 규제지침의 설정과 강화를 통해 궁극적으로 세상에서 담배를 근절시키고자 하는 목적 하에서 세계보건기구(WHO)의 주 역점사업으로서 추진되고 있는 담배규제협약(FCTC)은 담배에 대한 규제가 초국가적 차원으로 발전되는 계기를 제공하고 있다. 향후, 담배규제협약안의 세부사안들에 대한 합의과정에서 각 국별로 상당한 이견과 반발이 예상되고 있지만, 협약안의 전체 회원국 투표에서 승인될 경우 각 국가들뿐만 아니라 담배산업과 담배기업들에게 미치는 파급효과가 매우 클 것으로 예상된다. 대부분의 국제협약들이 그러하듯이, 담배규제협약도 그 적용 범위와 수준이 어느 정도로 결정되는지에 따라 각 국가와 기업별 이해관계가 크게 달라지게 되기 때문에 신중한 대응전략이 요구된다고 하겠다.

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of authentic leadership on occupational self-efficacy and role-based performance and to investigate the effect of occupational self-efficacy on role-based performance. Moreover, another objective of this study is to analyse the mediating role of occupational self-efficacy in the influence of authentic leadership on role-based performance. To accomplish the purpose of the study, this study employed two methods: literature reviews and empirical studies. The results showed that authentic leadership increase employees' occupational self-efficacy and have a positive influence on role-based performance. And it was found that employees' occupational self-efficacy also positively affect employees' role-based performance.

Most research in artificial intelligence (AI) has focused on the development of new algorithms. But as artificial intelligence has been spreading over many applications and gaining more attention from managers in the organization, academia has begun to understand the necessity of developing new artificial intelligence theories related to AI management. We reviewed recent studies in the field from 2015, and further analysis has been done for 785 studies chosen based on citation numbers of over 20. The results show that most studies have still been in the prototyping application phase of artificial intelligence across different industries. We conclude our study by calling for more research in the application of artificial intelligence in terms of organizational structures and project and risk management.

'Creative Economy' has been announced as the new paradigm of socio-economic development strategy of newly elected President Geun-Hye Park's administration. By explicitly defining people as a major player in creative activity, it seems to depart from expert-driven or science & technology-focused development paradigms of previous administrations. Yet, its interpretation and operation in terms of government policy does not seem to show any differences. This study aims to explicate the nature of Creative Economy as a development paradigm by clarifying the differences between people's creativity and that of scientists and engineers through extensive literature review. People can contribute to the creative activity not just as users but also as living persons who make everyday yet independent choices based on their humanistic, philosophical, ethical and experiential capabilities which are clearly different from the sources of scientists' & engineers' creativity. People's creative activity does involve value judgement about life and can often accelerate the system innovation or transition by changing consumer behaviour and lifestyle, and hence destruct technological lock-in user lock-in of the existing system. People's creativity can thus present 'User/Field-driven Innovation Paradigm which clearly differs from existing expert- or science & technology-driven innovation paradigm. The Creative Economy with focus on people's creativity therefore faces new socio-economic development challenges of fulfilling the User/Field-driven Innovation Paradigm.

The purpose of this study is to examine the statistical errors, which may occur in the process of applying statistics, by major stage of research, for greatly contributing to promoting research power through rightly utilizing statistics at the point of time that the application of statistics is increased in the research of clothing and textiles. As a result, it confirmed that there are many errors by each stage. First, it is a point that there was not any research that mentioned on the impact of analysis in the researches, which test the appearance of significance based on the collected data through experiment or survey. Second, the existence of mechanical description which is monotonous as well as not applying right analytical method in factor analysis. Also, even in case of cross tabulation, there was no hypothesis establishment.

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of medical practitioner in the medical field during the drama 'Descendants of the Sun'. The research design is a qualitative research to analyze the role of medical staff in medical field through drama. To collect this study data, we selected the communication scenes in the medical field in the 'Dawn of the Sun'. The collected data were analyzed by content analysis method. The study results are classified into four categories; 'decision making in emergency situations', 'cooperation among medical teams', 'support for patients', 'responsibility as a medical person / ethical dilemma'. This study has limitations in analyzing the role of medical staff by analyzing a drama. However, it is meaningful that the drama explored the role of the medical staff from the third party 's standpoint.

The purpose of this research is to study the impact of a consulting-recipient company's organizational characteristics have on consulting performance based on a case study of M manufacturing company that received HR consulting. Noticing that the subject company received HR consulting, consulting performance was evaluated in terms of two variables, HR effectiveness and organizational commitment, and the research focused on analyzing HR system improvement and change in awareness of employees. The result showed that all lower factors that describe organizational characteristics - closeness, delegation of responsibilities, ethical management, communication and shared values - had statistically positive impact on HR effectiveness at significance level p<.05. Also, the higher the HR effectiveness, the higher the positive impact on organizational commitment improvement. Moreover, it was shown that all lower factors in organizational characteristics had positive impact on overall consulting performance. Accordingly, the research concludes that, in order to improve consulting performance, i.e., HR effectiveness and organizational commitment, for blue collar workers, the company needs to create a family-oriented and closely-knit working environment, establish rules and systems to delegate responsibilities appropriately, actively promote ethical management and provide strategic activities to facilitate effective communication.

This research was performed with the aim of analyzing the 'expectation dynamics' of embryonic stem cell research which was revealed throughout the establishment process of Stem Cell Research Center from 2000 to 2002. Expectation dynamics is a chained process: expectation construction - raising fund - performing research. Normally, researchers are considerably circumspect and politically neutral in assessing the result of research. However, some researchers are very involved in building the expectation dynamics by developing an overestimated impact of the result, which can be understood as a kind of strategy for solving the financial problem and defending the criticism in terms of bioethics. Nowadays Biotechnology R&D costs a big budget and requires large site human resources, so building the expectation dynamics is a decisive element for a successful R&D performance, which makes the strategy-development in the political context much more important. By analyzing the actors-network of embryonic stem cell research in term of 'expectation dynamics', we can clarify the identify of embryonic stem cell researchers and draw a conclusion which is very helpful for decision makers and the public to make a decision related with embryonic stem cells.
