본 자료는 2011년 4월 18일부터 10월 17일간(6개월)에 걸쳐 연구된 자료로써, 국내 골판지원지 산업의 경쟁력 강화를 위해 지식경제부 무역위원회에서 실시하였던 "골판지원지 산업경쟁력 조사" 연구용역 보고서를 인용한 것으로써, '골판지원지 산업경쟁력 조사'는 골판지산업의 경쟁력 실태, 구조적인 문제점 등을 분석하여 향후 경쟁력 강화를 위한 정책 방안을 찾고자 연구를 시작하였다. 최근 들어 국내 골판지업계는 글로벌 경쟁심화에 따른 폐지 등 원료확보 경쟁, 국내외 환경규제 강화 등 대내외 여건이 나날이 악화되고 있다. 이에 본 조사에서는 전체적인 연구진행 방향 및 골판지원지산업의 현안에 대해 학계, 산업계, 업종단체 및 주무부서 담당자등 전문가 의견을 광범위하게 수렴하며 국내 골판지산업이 지속적인 성장세를 유지할 수 있도록 경쟁력 강화 전략 및 정책방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 특히 해외 골판지산업의 비교분석을 통해 국내 산업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방안을 찾는 한편, 중국 등 덤핑수입에 대한 무역구제지원제도 활용가능성을 검토하였다.

This paper investigates the role of corporate entrepreneurship for enhancing a firm's market orientation and competence. It distinguishes exploitive competence enhancement from explorative competence enhancement. The results reveal that corporate entrepreneurship influences both exploitive competence enhancement and explorative competence enhancement. Interestingly, among the components of market orientation, competitor orientation plays key roles, facilitating interfunctional coordination, and thus increasing exploitive competence enhancement and explorative competence enhancement. However, customer orientation affects only explorative competence enhancement.

Masan port is a representative port of Kyungnam region, and proceeds to work port development for the future. However, Analytical research related to current competitiveness and strategies for the future of Masan port have been little studied since then. Thus, the aim of this paper is to analyze the current competitiveness level of Masan port. To achieve this abjective, evaluation model based on empirical data was established. And then FHP-based index model that calculate competitiveness level of port was adopted. To analysis competitiveness of Masan port, Data from shippers calling at Masan port were collected. The result of data analysis showed that current competitiveness level of Masan port was 63.

This study aims to (1) investigate the main factors for the evaluation of port competitiveness through a literature review; (2) compare each terminal's competitiveness in Busan and Shanghai ports using TOPSIS methodology; (3) determine how to improve Busan port competitiveness. TOPSIS analysis of throughput shows that the terminals in Shanghai (SMCT, SGICT) are competitive. Shanghai is ranked first in both the port physical analysis (SMCT) and the financial one (SSICT). Total competitiveness analysis shows that Shanghai terminals (SSICT, SMCT, and SGICT) are more competitive than the ones in the Busan port. In this analysis, the SSICT ranks the top terminal in port physical and financial categories, while the SMCT ranks the first terminal in terms of throughput. The results of this study provide important policy implications for the Busan port, whose international status as a transshipment port and international logistics hub has lowered, and whose recent growth is slower than that of the competing international ports.

우리나라 산업단지의 수출경쟁력은 중국 등 주변 국가들의 원가에 상대적으로 취약하다. 수출경쟁력 차원에서 원가를 구성하는 항목들은 여러가지가 있겠으나, 원가절감이 가능한 항목은 그리 많지 않다. 본 연구에서는 국내 수출기업들의 수출경쟁력 향상을 위해 해상물류비용의 절감이 가능한 방안을 탐색하여 연구하였다. 특히 해외에서 소금과 같은 살화물을 수입하고 공선으로 나가 다시 수입하는 벌크선의 경우에는 국내에서 공선상태로 나가는 선박을 대상으로 컨테이너 적재가 가능한 겸용선으로 개조하여 운항시에 컨테이너로 수출하는 해상물류비용을 낮출 수 있다. 따라서 산업단지의 수출기업들이 이를 활용하면 해상물류비용을 획기적으로 낮출수 있으므로 수출경쟁력을 향상시킬수 있고, 이러한 절감방안 모델은 정부, 항만운영사업자, 수출기업 및 하역사업자 모두에게 도움이 되는 모델로 해상물류비용을 절감하기 위해 충분한 연구 가치가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine perceptions on the festival competitiveness of festival specialists. Though extant studies for improving competitiveness of local festival is continued, differences of competitive perception is shown. Thus this study used Q methodology in order to analyze local festival competitiveness perceptions by specialists. The Q sample was based on a review of related academic literature and newspaper, as well as interviews, while Q sample consisted of festival committee, public officers, related artists, art directors, event companies, and related professors. The analysis shows that meaningful three types of competitiveness perception. The results show that local festival competitiveness perception is source of local festival competitiveness. Theoretical and practical implication were discussed.

With the main player of international competition being changed from country to region/city, city competitiveness is emerging as driving forces of industrial and national competitiveness and organizations formed on a city level are regarded as the main unit of competition among nations. This paper's goal is to research upon the city competitiveness with an emphasis on the analytical tool applying IPS Model of city competitiveness to 75 Korean cities and to map out the strategies to enhance the Chuncheon city's competitiveness based on the results of the evaluation on Chuncheon city's current and future competitiveness with focus on the impact of the city's hosting World Leisure Congress and World Leisure Games in 2010. By discussing city's future competitiveness as well as its current strength at the same time, the more comprehensive perspective required in reinforcing city competitiveness is proposed in this paper and issues related to a city's context and policy can be evaluated and their solutions can be sought after. The study can also contribute to the establishment of city's development policies and detect sustainable growth power for individual cities.

본 연구는 최근 그 시장이 폭발적으로 성장하고 있는 소프트웨어 산업의 국제경쟁력의 현황과 대앙방안에 대한 연구이다. 인터넷 환경하에서 그 시장 규모와 중요성이 매우 커지고 있는 소프트웨어 산업에 있어 그 파급효과가 매우 크다는 점, 그 부가가치가 매우 크다는 점, 시장 선점 효과가 크다는 점 등은 기타 산업에서 볼 수 없는 매우 독특한 측면으로서 미국, 일본을 비롯한 다수의 관련 국가에서 이들 산업 분야에 대한 국제경쟁력 제고를 위한 다양한 노력이 시도되고 있으며, 우리나라 역시 다양한 시도가 되고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 노력이 국제경쟁력으로 이어지기 위해서서는 보다 단일화된 법적 제도적 지원이 전제가 된다고 판단된다. 또한, 이들 산업분야에 종사하는 인력은 여타 산업분야와 달리 매우 창의적이고 관련 분야의 고도의 지식을 갖춘 전문 인력을 필요로 하므로 장기적인 측면에서 소프트웨어 산업에서 국제경쟁력 확보의 관건은 해당 분야에서 필요로 하는 고급인력을 육성을 전제로 한다. 특히, 해당 업계의 의견수렴과 함께 세계적 동향과 궤를 같이하는 형태로의 인력 양성이 주목할 필요가 있다.

This paper examines agri-food export competitiveness among 4 countries(Korea, USA, Japan, China) based on Porter's Diamond model approach. Korea agri-food competitiveness index is much less than those of other countries. Korea is the lowest ranked among the 4 countries in terms of three determinants(except 1 factor, related and supporting industries) of Porter's Diamond Model: Factor condition, demand condition, firm strategy, structure and rivalry. Korea is assumed to have weak point in the factor condition, demand condition because of low capital and land as well as insufficient investment on the agri-food sector. on the other hand, it seems to have strong factor in consumer condition(demand condition). This paper suggest the following strategies to reinforced the agri-food export sector in Korea. 1) an incentive system for seed development and capital investment, 2) a cluster strategy between agriculture and related industry.
