Prediction of Learning Flow, School Flow and School Support on Satisfaction and Learning Persistence in Engineering College (학습몰입, 학교몰입, 학교 지원의 만족도, 학습지속의향에 대한 예측력 검증)

  • The participants were 102 students with digital broadcasting and media major.. A hypothetical model proposed included learning flow, school support as predictors, and satisfaction and learning persistence as a criterion. The results of this study through multiple regression analysis indicated that learning flow and school flow predicted significantly on satisfaction. And school flow, school support, and satisfaction predicted significantly on learning persistence. In addition, satisfaction mediated between learning flow and learning persistence, and between school flow and learning persistence. A constructive foundation for providing learning strategies in the successful engineering education would be proposed on the basis of the current results of this study.

The study of the impact of using hearing aids on job satisfaction and daily life satisfaction of hearing-impaired workers (보청기 사용이 청각장애인 근로자의 직무만족도와 일상생활만족도에 관한 연구)

  • Data from Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(4th year, 187 workers) was used for analyzing the difference between hearing aid users and nonusers for their job satisfaction and daily life satisfaction. The analyses result shows that there are no significant differences in both job satisfaction and daily life satisfaction between hearing aid users and nonusers. However, job satisfaction of hearing aid users has a positive role in daily life satisfaction. Although hearing aids to the hearing impaired played very important role, it was thought to be resulted that some influence factors such as the increase of using IT devices and the expansion of communication support services weren't applied because of the nature of the panel data. These limitations of the study and implications are presented at the conclusion.

  • This study examines the effects of single mother's economic stress in social competence of children perceived by parents and whether mother-child relationship satisfaction mediate in the process. The results of analysis of the path through the structural equation modeling are as follows: First, single mother's economic stress has negative effects on mother-child relationship satisfaction. Second, mother-child relationship satisfaction has positive effects on social competence of children. It was proved that mother-child relationship satisfaction exerted as mediating variables. Therefore, existent mother-child relationship satisfaction have full mediated effects on the relationship between economic stress and social competence of children. Based on the findings, practice implications to improve social competence of single mothers' children were discussed.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between the elderly's participation in exercise, cognitive function, and life satisfaction. The participants of this study consisted of 2491 elderly people who were the subjects of the 2017 elderly survey. The measuring tools were the cognitive function scale and the life satisfaction inventory. Participation in exercise used exercise time for one week. The collected data was analyzed through SPSS and AMOS 18 version. The results of this study were as follows. First, exercise participation was found to have a positive effect on the cognitive function of the elderly. Second, participation in exercise had significant effect on the life satisfaction of the elderly. Third, it was found that the cognitive function of the elderly had a positive effect on life satisfaction. Finally, it was found that cognitive function was as a mediator in the relationship between exercise participation and life satisfaction of the elderly. Various discussions on the structural relationship between the elderly's participation in exercise, cognitive function, and life satisfaction were presented.

지식검색서비스 사용자만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구

  • 지식검색서비스의 사용자들이 많아지면서 정보를 획득하고 전파하는 새로운 방법으로 각광받고 있고 많은 연구가 진행되었다. 그러나 기존의 연구는 단순히 사용자의 만족도에 관한 연구가 대부분이었다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 사용자 만족도에 관한 연구와 더불어 개인이 느끼는 자신의 컴퓨터 활용능력에 따라 지식검색서비스에 대한 만족도가 상이할 것이라는 가정 하에 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과 만족도에 정보 품질과 서비스 품질, 재미, 웹 사이트 신뢰도가 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 조절 변수로 사용한 자기 효능감은 서비스 품질에 대해서만 조절 효과를 가지고 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 자기 효능감은 정보품질과 재미, 웹 사이트 신뢰도에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이 연구를 통해서 앞으로 지식검색서비스 사용자 만족도에 대한 연구들이 더욱 활발히 진행되고 사용자들을 유인할 수 있는 컨텐츠의 개발에 도움이 되고 사용자들의 손쉬운 정보 공유와 활용에 더 큰 역할을 할 수 있게 되기를 기대한다.

목포항 연안여객터미널 이용자 만족도 분석

  • 목포항은 과거부터 서남권 도서를 연결하는 여객선 교통의 충추적인 역할을 담당해왔다. 최근 국민의 삶의 질 향상과 여가시간 증가로 섬을 찾는 관광객이 증가하고 있다. 이에 목포항 연안여객터미널의 이용객 만족도를 조사하여 어떤 시설, 서비스를 중요하게 여기고 있는지 조사, 분석하였다. 그 결과 다양한 연령층이 목포항 연안여객터미널을 이용하고 있었으며, 그 가운데 20대와 50대의 이용객이 많았다. 연안여객터미널 접근성은 좋다고 했으나 타 교통수단에 비해 다소 비싸게 느끼고 있었다. 연안여객터미널 시설의 중요도와 만족도에 있어서 매표소 시설, 대기실 공간, 화장실 여건은 중요하다고 인식하고 있었고 목포항 연안여객터미널의 만족도도 대체로 높았다. 그러나 상업시설과 주차장은 중요하게 인식하고 있었으나 만족도는 낮게 나타나 이에 대한 보완이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 연안여객선의 운영서비스에 있어서는 운항간격, 출항시간 준수, 운항 소요시간 준수, 편의시설 관리, 안전관리 수준, 이용서비스 대비 운임, 차도선 이용 편의성에 있어서 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 이 연구는 향후 목포항 연안여객터미널 운영에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Analysis on the Factors Affecting the Education Satisfaction in Social Entrepreneur Academies (사회적 기업가 아카데미 교육만족도 영향요인 분석 -학습동기 조절효과를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this research is to find the factors affecting the academic education satisfaction of social entrepreneurs, and to analyse the moderate variable such as the study motivation among the factors. These factors includes the curriculum, the education management, the education facilities, the characteristics of instructors and the study motivation. To do this end, this study set up the research questionnaire from the study of Houle (1961) and Hyun and Kim (2010), and did the moderate regression analysis to test the hypothesis that the academic motivation can do as the moderate variable while affecting the education satisfaction. The study finds that the factors such as the curriculum, the education management, the education facilities and the characteristics of instructors show the statistically significant test results. Also the study motivation as a moderate variable shows significant result. Thus for educating the social entrepreneurs, the study motivation of them should be deeply considered.

Structural Analysis of Relations among Adult learners' Participatory Motivation, Program Satisfaction, and Social Capital (성인학습자의 참여동기, 프로그램 만족도, 사회적 자본에 관한 구조적 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural causal relationship between adult learners' participation in lifelong learning, education program satisfaction, and social capital. Also, the study reviews how education program satisfaction variables mediate the relationship between adult learners' participatory motivation and social capital. Subjects included 425 adult learners who participated in lifelong education, and the research hypothesis was verified through structure equation modeling analysis. Results are as follows: First, adult learners' participatory motivation had a positive (+) effect on social capital and education program satisfaction. Secondly, education program satisfaction had a positive (+) effect on social capital. Thirdly, education program satisfaction partially mediated the relationship between adult learners' participatory motivation and social capital and showed a significant indirect effect. This study suggests that it is necessary to develop various programs that can satisfy learners as well as improve social capital, participation motivation, and satisfaction of programs provided by lifelong educational institutions. Based on these results, this study suggests not only the role of lifelong education institutes, but also ways to improve social capital of adult learners within the lifelong education field.

Influencing Factor of Nursing Students' Communication Competence and Practice Stress on Practice Satisfaction in Psychiatric Nursing Practice (정신간호학실습교육에서 간호학생의 의사소통능력과 실습스트레스가 실습만족도에 미치는 영향요인)

  • The aim of this study was to identify the influencing factors of nursing student' communication competence and practice stress on practice satisfaction in psychiatric nursing practice. The subjects of the study were 237 fourth-year nursing students. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression were performed using the SPSS/WIN 24.0 program. As a result of the study, communication competence was positively related with practice satisfaction, and practice stress were negatively related with practice satisfaction. In regression analysis, Role model, communication competence, major satisfaction, and associated education were confirmed as the predictive factors of psychiatric nursing practice satisfaction. It is required to develop teaching and learning methods to increase student satisfaction in psychiatric nursing practice.

  • 본 연구는 e-Learning이 오프라인 교육으로 대변되는 기존의 전통적인 교육 매체를 대체할 가능성 내지는 오프라인 교육과의 상호 보완적인 역할 가능성에 대해 연구함으로써 e-Learning 산업의구체적인 발전 방향을 찾아보고 이에 따른 향후 성장 가능성을 살펴보기 위하여 , 기존의 전통적인교육 매체 수용자의 특성과는 다른 양상을 나타낼 e-Learning 이용자의 특성에 대해 연구해 보고자한다. 이를 위해 e-Learning을 교육 매체로서 선택하는 대학생들을 대상으로 e-Learning을 이용하는 동기와 e-Learning 이용 행태, 그리고 e-Learning 이용에 따른 만족도를 살펴보고자 한다.
