Most enterprise information systems today are silo systems in that they are not properly aligned nor integrated with one another. Such silo systems result because enterprises lack an architectural perspective in the planning and development of the systems. This paper proposes an Enterprise Architecture Orientation Model as a framework for the analysis, planning and design of the architectural quality of enterprise information systems. The model decomposes enterprise architecture into two dimensions-alignment and integration, and specifies for each dimension the general development and evolution stages enterprises may traverse. The alignment dimension represents the vertical strategic alignment of the systems with the vision, mission, strategy and goals of the enterprise, and is analyzed in terms of the performance, capability, and strategy of the enterprise. The integration dimension, on the other hand, represents the horizontal and functional integration among the systems that span organizational functions and boundaries, and is analyzed in terms of such technological components as IT infrastructure, data, application, and business processes. The model combines the alignment and integration dimensions to form a two-dimensional conceptual space for mapping the architectural quality of the enterprise. It is proposed that an enterprise use the model to identify and understand its position now and in the future in the architectural quality of the enterprise information systems. It is also proposed that the model provides a tool for the planning and design of the transition from one stage to the next in the alignment and integration of the systems to reach an architectural maturity. At the end, the paper discusses how the model can be applied differently according to the strategic orientation of the enterprise. An example of the usage of the model is presented.

지금까지 개발된 대다수의 정보시스템은 시스템 품질 요소인 상호운용성, 이식성, 확장성 및 재사용성 등이 극히 미흡하여 통합성이 부족할 뿐 아니라 과도한 유지보수비를 요구하고 있다. 더구나 이러한 시스템의 컴포넌트들은 엔터프라이즈 범위에서 개발되지 않아서 해당 시스템 외에서는 재사용을 할 수 없다. 정보기술아키텍처 및 엔터프라이즈아키텍처는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 출현하였다. 본 논문은 엔터프라이즈아키텍팅 개념을 기반으로 시스템 컴포넌트의 품질을 향상 할 수 있는 방법을 제시하는 것으로, 먼저 아키텍팅개념을 발전시킨 엔터프라이즈아키텍팅에 대하여 살펴보았다. 둘째, 시스템 컴포넌트의 품질 요소를 정의하기 위하여 시스템기반 상호 운용성, 이식성, 확장성, 및 TCO개념을 시스템 컴포넌트개념으로 재정의 하였으며, 셋째, 이를 기반으로 시스템 컴포넌트의 품질 요소인 재사용성을 정의하였고, 마지막으로, 엔터프라이즈아키텍팅에 의해 시스템 컴포넌트의 재사용성이 향상됨을 보여주었다.

엔터프라이즈 포탈(Enterprise Portal : EP)이란 기업단위의 web 포탈로서 데이터베이스에 존재하는 기업내부의 정형화된 정보뿐만 아니라 파일형태로 존재하는 각종 문서와 서식, 사진 및 동영상등의 멀티미디어 데이터, 인터넷 컨텐츠 등과 같은 비정형화된 정보까지 기업과 관련된 모든 정보를 웹 기반의 단일 접점을 통해 사용자들에게 효과적으로 제공하는 것은 물론 이들을 가공한 지식정보들을 실시간으로 제공함으로써 업무생산성을 향상시키는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 하지만 2000 년대 초부터 기업의 경쟁력 향상을 위해 국내 기업들에 도입된 엔터프라이즈 포탈은 장기적 관점에서의 협업 중심이 아닌 단기적 관점에서의 시스템 기능 중심으로 무분별하게 도입되어 사용자 중심의 활용도 측면에서의 개선에 대한 요구들이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기업의 엔터프라이즈 포탈 활용율 개선을 통한 업무생산성 및 만족도를 높이기 위해 UC(Unified Communication)기능 및 다양한 커뮤니케이션 수단(Wiki,Blog,Cop 등)을 활용한 업무프로세스 개선 방안을 도출하였으며 이를 동부건설사의 협업 기반 엔터프라이즈 포탈 구축에 적용함으로써 엔터프라이즈 포탈 활용률(사용율) 및 만족도를 각각 29%, 26%씩 향상 시키는데 성공하였다.

Recently, as User Experience (UX) is considered as an important concept in the service design process of various fields, securing usability of Enterprise UX, UX developed for professional users, is acknowledged as an essential factor to increase work efficiency. The interface of Enterprise UX is complex and technically difficult for it is targeted for professional users. Thus, creating problems with complicated planning and relatively insufficient concerns regarding usability due to emphasis on development efficiency. It is necessary to consider various methods of usability, regarding further improvement is arduous in aspects of development and the cost. Therefore, this study aims to define the concept and specificity of Enterprise UX to improve usability and system effectively, and verify the main factors that reduce the usability of Enterprise UX. The evaluation of the research enterprise service, RDP (Research Data Platform), was conducted to establish and verify hypothesis. Furthermore, an independent evaluation standard for Enterprise UX is proposed after testing speculating factors that lower the usability of Enterprise UX. It is expected to utilize the Enterprise UX usability criteria defined through this study as a base data in enhancing usability and in designing Enterprise S/W.

분산 웹 애플리케이션에 대한 관심도의 증가에 따라 서버측 컴포넌트 모델인 엔터프라이즈 빈즈가 많이 사용되고는 있지만 소프트웨어의 정확성과 견고성의 향상을 위한 노력은 미비한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어의 정확성과 견고성을 높여줄 수 있는 Design By Contracts 접근법을 이용하여 엔터프라이즈 빈즈를 명세하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 이와 같이 엔터프라이즈 빈즈 개발에 Design By Contrails 접근법을 적용한다면 소프트웨어의 정확성과 견고성면에서 보다 진보적인 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

The network weather map and bandwidth time-series graph are popularly used to understand the current and past traffic condition of NSP, ISP, and enterprise networks. These systems collect traffic performance data from a SNMP agent running on the network devices such as routers and switches, store the gathered information into a DB, and display the network performance status in the form of a time-series graph or a network weather map using Web user interface. Most of current enterprise networks are constructed in the form of a hierarchical tree-like structure with multi-Gbps Ethernet links, which is quietly different from the national or world-wide backbone network structure. This paper focuses on the network weather map for current enterprise network. We start with the considering points in developing a network weather map system suitable for enterprise network. Based on these considerings, this paper proposes the best way of using SNMP in constructing a network weather map system. To prove our idea, we designed and developed a network weather map system for our campus network, which is also described in detail.

본 연구는 한국어 문장 임베딩(embedding)에 담겨진 언어적 속성을 평가하기 위한 프로빙 태스크(Probing Task)를 소개한다. 프로빙 태스크는 임베딩으로부터 문장의 표층적, 통사적, 의미적 속성을 구분하는 문제로 영어, 폴란드어, 러시아어 문장에 적용된 프로빙 테스크를 소개하고, 이를 기반으로하여 한국어 문장의 속성을 잘 보여주는 한국어 문장 임베딩 프로빙 태스크를 설계하였다. 언어 공통적으로 적용 가능한 6개의 프로빙 태스크와 한국어 문장의 주요 특징인 주어 생략(SubjOmission), 부정법(Negation), 경어법(Honorifics)을 추가로 고안하여 총 9개의 프로빙 태스크를 구성하였다. 각 태스크를 위한 데이터셋은 '세종 구문분석 말뭉치'를 의존구문문법(Universal Dependency Grammar) 구조로 변환한 후 자동으로 구축하였다. HuggingFace에 공개된 4개의 다국어(multilingual) 문장 인코더와 4개의 한국어 문장 인코더로부터 획득한 임베딩의 언어적 속성을 프로빙 태스크를 통해 비교 분석한 결과, 다국어 문장 인코더인 mBART가 9개의 프로빙 태스크에서 전반적으로 높은 성능을 보였다. 또한 한국어 문장 임베딩에는 표층적, 통사적 속성보다는 심층적인 의미적 속성을 더욱 잘 담고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구에서는 엔터프라이즈 아키텍처(Enterprise Architecture:EA)의 운영 및 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 EA의 핵심성공요인과 EA 전담조직의 역할을 선정하였으며, 특히 EA 전담조직의 중요성을 증명하고자 한다. 구체적으로 EA 관리 및 운영단계에서의 핵심성공요인을 기반적, 문화적, 제도적의 세 요인으로 분류하였고, EA 전담조직의 역할은 계획관리, 체계관리, 인적자원관리, 정보관리, 위험관리의 다섯 가지 분류로 나누어 각각의 요인이 EA 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다.

최근 엔터프라이즈 애플리케이션을 개발하는데 있어서 J2EE 이 중심 기술로 부각되었다. J2EE의 핵심 기술이라고 할 수 있는 EJB 는 컴포넌트 기반 분산 객체 시스템을 개발하는데 있어서 생산성 향상 및 유지 보수성 등에 있어서 장점이 있지만, 성능 등에 문제점이 발견되었다. J2EE 기반으로 개발된 엔터프라이즈 애플리케이션의 성능 저하 부분을 측정하여 그 요인을 알아낸다.

최근의 대규모 응용 시스템은 다양한 복합기술 및 대규모 인력이 투입되고 구현 시스템이 방대하며 관련되는 이해당사자도 많아서 시스템의 개발 유지보수를 위해서 기존의 개발 방법론만 가지고는 시스템 개발을 통합적으로 관리하는데에 한계를 가지고 있다. 시스템의 다양한 이해당사자의 여러 시각을 수용하고 대규모 시스템을 통합적인 틀로서 관리하기 위한 도구로서 소프트웨어 아키텍쳐가 등장 하였으며, 전사적인 관점에서 조직의 정보시스템을 통합하는 도구로서 엔터프라이즈 아키텍쳐 프레임워크가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 엔터프라이즈 아키텍쳐 프레임워크의 개념 및 필요성을 논하고 기존의 프레임워크를 비교 분석하며 엔터프라이즈 아키텍쳐 프레임워크의 구조에 대하여 살펴보고 프레임워크를 이용한 아키텍쳐의 개발 방법에 대하여 논한다.
