This study is to find out the search of the desirable tree cutting permit system by investigating and analyzing timber logger's consciousness in Korea. A sample group, including 64 officers in 5 Regional Forest Services and 27 National Forest Stations, 161 local government of 322 officers and team leaders with cutting permits, and 308 tree loggers was surveyed. The survey results showed that the ongoing harvest year plan for national, public and private-type forests, which was applied differently, could be integrated as 3.73 points, which was not significant among the groups. A total of 95.1% of the national forest officers stated that the environmentally friendly harvesting system could be improved and that it is exempted from bad broadleaf trees and renewal of forest type (4.14 points). An environmentally friendly harvesting system including the type of forest and location status (slide, soil, etc) is needed (3.87 points). Additionally, the round timber purchased from tree loggers managed in 2009 was about 10.6% of the domestic timber supply ($3,176,000m^3$) and round timber sales were about 50.1%. A total of 72% of the loggers suggested that a environmentally friendly harvesting system is needed (4.11 points). These results show that a new system for harvesting timber is needed to replace the current environmentally unfriendly harvesting system, and that tree loggers should be registered for management.
The concept of national security and the fundamental system for crisis management have departed from traditional methods and the importance of a national critical infrastructure crisis management has been emphasized. A national critical infrastructure crisis means a situation where human resource, material and functional system that may have a material effect on the critical functions of the government, the vitality and integrity of society, national economy and the safety of the public becomes disabled due to causes such as terrorism or major disasters. Although North Korea had been subject to numerous rounds of negotiations and sanctions as it continually developed nuclear weapons since the 1960s, it has also showed off its nuclear armaments through successful nuclear testings and missile launches. As the development and threat of North Korea's weapons of mass destruction becomes more noticeable and the range of its risk expands, this study focuses on the potential for an absence of leadership for national crisis management where the country's leadership, which should serve the critical role and function of handling national crises, becomes completely destroyed by the unexpected initial attacks by North Korea. As a result, the purpose of this study is to propose safety measures for the country's leadership in preparation for North Korea's threat of nuclear weapons by examining the concept and degree of risk of weapons of mass destruction with a focus on nuclear weapons, analyzing the substance of the threat of North Korean nuclear weapons and evaluating such threat. In conclusion, first, to ensure the normal functioning of a national crisis management system in the event of a national crisis, we must seek safety measures that conform to the scope and succession order of the leadership of the national crisis management for an Enduring Constitutional Government (ECG) and the Continuity Of Operations (COOP). Second, in the event of a national ceremony, the gathering of the country's leadership all together in an open place should be avoided. In unavoidable circumstances, the next in rank that will act on behalf of the current leader should be designated and relevant safety measures should be taken. Third, during time of peace, in preparation for national crises, the scope of protection for the country's leadership should be prescribed and specific security and safety measures should be implemented. Fourth, the succession order for acting president in the case of the death of the president pursuant to Articles 71 and 26(1) of the National Government Organization Act should reconsidered to see whether it is a reasonable provision that takes into consideration a national crisis management that corresponds to the threat of North Korean nuclear weapons and weapons of mass destruction. Pursuant to the Basic Guidelines for National Crisis Management set out under Presidential Directive No. 229, the Korean government is currently operating a case-by-case "crisis management standard manual" and its sub-manuals and has also prepared the Presidential Security Service's security and safety measure regulations regarding the acting president. Therefore, the Korean government should actualize the above points in the case-by-case crisis management standard manual and security and safety measure regulations regarding the acting president to implement and legislate them.
The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of internal marketing activities on motivating dental hygienists in dental hospital in an effort to be of use for setting strategies geared toward boosting the productivity of dental hygienists. The findings of the study were as follows: Concerning internal marketing activities by general characteristics, the dental hygienists who received 4-year college or higher education received more education than the college graduates ($p{\leq}0.001$). As for the leave system, the dental hygienists who worked in general hospitals (p=0.011) and sited in Chungcheongnam-do ($p{\leq}0.001$) replied more leaves were provided. In terms of welfare benefits, there were significant differences in those regards according to the type of hospital (p=0.029) and service area ($p{\leq}0.001$). As to the reward system, their responses about this system were similar to their responses about education & training, leaves and welfare benefits. The motivating factors consisted of 6 motivation factors and 10 hygiene factors. The motivation factors included an opportunities to develop ability and appropriate training to their work. The hygiene factors involved implement of policies and procedures, work environments, relationship with colleagues. Regarding awareness of the motivation factors by general characteristics, there were differences in that aspect according to age (p=0.043), and their awareness of the hygiene factors was different according to service area (p=0.038). As a result of analyzing which factors affected motivating, the leave system (p=0.038) and communication (p=0.001) that belonged to the internal marketing activities were identified as the influential motivation factors. In terms of the hygiene factors, age and service area were influential among the general characteristics (p=0.047, p=0.045). Above findings of the study suggest that it will be possible for dental institutions to ensure successful management by conducting internal marketing activities tailored to the characteristics of their organizational members and by motivating dental hygienists especially through communication.

This study was designed to assess the factor of influence to occupational stress who work in the field of firefighters and questionnaire was uesd to analyse the stress scores and find the primary factors influence to occupational stress. The number of respondents were 408 who received the refresher training and period of investigation was august 2011 through october 2011. A structured questionnaire was employed to evaluate the participants' socio-demographics, job-related factors, health-related behaviors, occupational stress, reaction factor (fatigue, job satisfaction) and buffer factor (social support). Occupational stress and fatigue were assessed using the Korean Occupational Stress Scale-Short Form (KOSS-SF) and the Multidimensional Fatigue Scale (MFS), respectively. The analysis showed that we found a strong correlation between fatigue, job satisfaction and occupational stress. Occupational stress was associated with an increased risk of fatigue and decreased the job satisfaction. In the multiple regression analysis(stepwise), main factor that influence to occupational stress were job satisfaction, gender, age, processing number for a day, exercise. In logistic regression analyses, a higher occupational stress was associated with higher odds of fatigue(High) and the odds was down by 15.0% after adjustment for job satisfaction, gender, age, processing number for a day, exercise. Thus, a job satisfaction promote program for the reduction of occupational stress and the promotion of firefighters's health is strongly recommended.

The estimation of maintenance cost of information system so far has been conducted centered on the ordering body, so the problem of provider's having to cover the cost due to small cost compared to the amount of work is not solved. This study is a base study for estimating the maintenance cost of information system centered on provider, and it deduces cost items of maintenance and suggests adjustment factors for adjusting the gap between the ordering body and provider regarding the maintenance cost. In order to deduce the cost items of maintenance, this study adds the activities of the provider for maintenance to the base study of cost factors regarding the existing maintenance activity, divides, and classifies them into the fixed cost and variable cost. In order to adjust the gap between the ordering body and provider regarding the maintenance cost, this study found the adjustment factors such as the code, utility, and components created by the automatic tool that was not included when estimating the maintenance cost centered on the ordering body. After examining and analyzing K Company's data of maintenance performance for three years, it confirmed that the gap regarding the adjustment factors was about 13% in case of K Company.
This study was conducted to compare nurses' job stress, hardness and burnout between general hospitals and advanced general hospitals. Data were obtained through structured questionnaires from 394 nurses(general 198, upgrade general 196) in the C and S city between April and May, 2010. Data analysis was done with independent t test, ANCOVA, ANOVA, Scheffe & Eacute test and Pearson correlation coefficient with SPSS WIN v 17.0. Job stress, hardness, and burnout of nurses in general hospitals were 2.45, 2.11 and 3.70 respectively. Those in advanced general hospitals were 2.69, 2.70 and 3.70 respectively. Job stress and hardness were significantly higher in general hospitals. There was no significant difference of burnout between general and advanced general hospitals. Burnout of nurses in both hospitals was positively correlated with job stress and negatively correlated with hardness. Further studies are necessary for identify factors influencing job stress of general hospitals. Program for enhancing hardness of nurses in upgrade general hospitals should be developed.

The purpose of this study was to examine the degree of occupational therapists' burn-out, professional self-concept, and self-efficacy and also their socio-demographic characteristics and to verify the effects of professional self-concept and self-efficacy on their burn-out. The subjects of this survey were 138 occupational therapists who perform occupational therapy. From October 13th till November 2nd, 2011, a structuralized questionnaire was used to collect data. The results of this study were follows: First, the occupational therapists' mean score of burn-out was 2.12(range: 0-6), and the mean score of professional self-concept and self-efficacy were 2.64(range: 1-4) and 3.56(range: 1-5). Second, according to the general characteristics of the occupational therapists, burn-out showed significant difference by treatment hours per day, duty to work on Saturdays, aptitude and religion. Third, professional self-concept had positive correlation with self-efficacy. And professional self-concept and self-efficacy showed negative correlation with burn-out. Fourth, chief variables affecting occupational therapists' burn-out were professional self-concept and religion. Therefore it is necessary to reduce occupational therapists' burn-out and improve the services of their occupational therapy qualitatively by developing programs to enhance their professional self-concept.
This study examined the communication and conflict between ship prganization and ship management team. Those are measured and analyzed about both groups, and then the relationships would be investigated objectively and synthetically. Especially, this relationships are enlightened by measuring the level and gap of the communication and group conflict between ship organization and ship management team. The effect of that conflict is analyzed on the organization commitment and job satisfaction of ship organizations. As a result, this study demonstrates the communications have a negative influence on group conflict with statistic significance, also the conflicts effect negatively on the organization commitment and job satisfaction. In the analysis of gaps about the communication and conflict between groups, the level of group conflict is lowest in the group whose gap of communication is small and both communications are activated, and the organization commitment and job satisfaction are highest in the group whose gap of group conflicts is small and both level of the conflicts are low. To conclude, the ship organization and ship management teams in the shipping company have to lessen their conflict each other and heighten the organization commitment and job satisfaction through their smooth communication.
This study was conducted to collect the basic data to provide for the purpose of the development of dental field. This research is to find the relationship between the empowerment perception level and job satisfaction of dental hygienists working in dental clinics and the factors influencing on work achievement in the system of dental clinics. The subjects of the research is some randomly chosen at dental clinics located in Seoul City during the period from March 22 to April 30, 2010, and the sample of 256 female dental hygienists working in the field were recruited as the analysis object group. The following shows the results of this study. 1. The empowerment level of the subjects was 3.63. It is significant statistically that the longer working career or higher annual salary, the higher empowerment level (p<0.05). 2. Dental hygienists who are in charge of education counsel(p<0.01) and who have a permanent job(p<0.05) have higher empowerment level than others. 3. The job satisfaction of the subjects was 3.18. It was significant statistically that the increaser age(p<0.05) or in the journal subscription group, the higher job satisfaction (p<0.001). 4. In regression analysis, meaningfulness, self-determination were proved as a significant factors that is related to the job satisfaction in dental hygienists (p<0.05). This finding shows high job satisfaction in dental hygienists who hold high level of empowerment perception. Therefore, I suggest that the organization of dental clinic needs to improve its capability and efficiency with the efficient manpower management. Particularly, in order to increase job satisfaction, A need exists to develop various kinds of leadership training and educational programs to enhance the empowerment of dental hygienists as professionals through independent decision making and role executions.
Police officers interact with the citizen a lot, they have high possibility of corruption, graft, and conflict with the citizen. The Police have governmental authority and regulation right, which requires police officers to have high ethical consciousness. because of this, disciplinary action upon them has higher standard. According to the actual statistical data between 2008 and 2012, showed that only 801 police officers were disciplined in 2008. But in 2009, average 1,100 police officers were disciplined. To solve the problem of unreasonable discipline, government is enforcing an Appeal System. Appeal system is a special system which allows government employees to make a formal objection against unfavorable discipline. Through Appeal system, many police officers were saved from being disciplined. Discipline given to the police officers were decided to be invalid, or to be reducted. The data showed that approximately 25% of police officers were saved by this system. As a research was done about a correlation between disciplinary policy and entreaty, correlation between entreaty quotation and working department, to look in to the correlation between discipline and appeal system. The result showed that certain characteristic existed depending on the substance.
