In an acceleration of 'untact' society during the COVID-19 pandemic, video conferencing platforms have been provided to connect the isolated and to overcome the limit of having interpersonal relationships. While these services brought a great deal of benefits, they also increased the number of people who suffer from additional fatigue from video conferencing. This study, thus, aimed to identify the factors of using video conferencing services and further to examine the relationship between the factors and the users' overall fatigue. Through focus-group interviews and survey, four main factors of fatigue (restriction from untact communication, difficulty of use, background set-ups, discomfort from excessive attention) were identified. This study also found the positive relationships of restriction from untact communication and background set-ups on the users' overall fatigue. The results does not only provide implication on defining new fatigue factors from young generations but also help practitioners and service providers to improve the deficits of services that the real users currently experience.
Sudden implementation of online classes in higher education due to Covid19 pandemic implies a lot of worries about academic performance declining. Thus, this paper analyzed a class(CalculusI) taught 100% online which was the same as the offline class before. This class tried to maintain the same quality as the offline one by utilizing various teaching strategies. The result shows the academic achievement level was similar or higher than that of offline class, and so was the students' perception and satisfaction degree. However, this was not just the outcome of online class, but it came from the professor's well-designed teaching plan and smooth operation of the class. It implicates successful teaching methodology is more important factor than such medium difference as online or offline. This study suggests the potential of online classes after the Covid19 pandemic, and expects further studies verify the result in a lot more curricula.
After the coronavirus pandemic, quarantine or social distancing was required for public health and almost all international exchanges were restricted. Those changes affected huge peoples lifestyle including a way of behaving, purchase and even old habits seemed unable to change. The art market also faced many changes. Art fairs are the primary sectors in the art market but restrictions on gathering and exchanges between countries have primarily affected the size and the type of event. Online platforms are rising, art fairs opened online viewing rooms on the internet instead of booths in the convention center. Even galleries opened their own viewing rooms or renewed online pages to promote artworks and communicate with customers. In this paper, we will examine the effects of Corona on the art market and will seek a way to react to those changes and challenges.

This study was conducted to explain airport users' acceptance intention for untact smart devices being introduced at Incheon Airport. Based on the technology acceptance model, perceived usefulness and ease of use influenced attitudes and intention to use. It was verified whether it was affecting the effect. In addition, variables proposed in innovation diffusion theory were selected to verify exogenous variables that affect perceived usefulness and ease of use, which serve as key independent variables in the technology acceptance model. Research results show that perceived usefulness has a high level of positive influence on attitude, whereas perceived ease of use has a low influence and does not show a statistically significant influence. In addition, it was confirmed that most variables of the innovation diffusion theory had no effect on usefulness and ease of use. This means that the key variable in the spread and use of untact smart devices at airports is the perception of usefulness, which means that resistance to accepting new technology is not high.
The spread of non-face-to-face culture due to COVID-19 led to innovation in untact services and the increase of non-face-to-face communication through video conference platforms. However, it is difficult to identify nonverbal expressions in synchronous online communication. Moreover, it is hard to interact with people by making eye contact. Despite the positive effects of eye contact, including such as sharing emotions and helping build intimacy, no research has empirically verified the effectiveness of eye contact in synchronous online communication. Thus, the study verified the effectiveness of eye contact in synchronous online communication. Depending on the context of the communication and whether(or not) there is eye contact, six video treatments were used to measure four dependent variables-Continuance Intention to Use, Performance Expectancy, Interactivity, and Personal Connection. The study shows that the communication with eye contact in all contexts was rated higher than the one without eye contact in all measurement variables. This study will help to provide a better user experience in synchronous online communication by verifying the effectiveness of eye contact in synchronous online communication and proposing the need of technology and the direction of the technological development.

The subject of this study was 171 university students from Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Honam. Data was collected through an untact questionnaire, and data analysis was performed using the SPSSWIN 25.0 program for mean, descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, T-test, correlation, and regression analysis. As a result, first, the difficulty of "emotional adaptation" before the coronavirus was high, and the difficulty of "academic adaptation" was high after the coronavirus. Second, the core competencies of college students were highest in the order of 'interpersonal relationship competency', 'problem solving competency', and 'information communication competency'. Due to a long-term pandemic of COVID-19 since 2019, our society finally goes into 'un-tact (non-contact) era' in earnest by increasing an importance of non-contacted activities which are able to live without contacts among people. Un-tact era has influenced to generate a huge structural change with digitalization in our daily life as well as industrial society based on digital twin as an essential technology. As a technology representing real world in virtual digital world by integrating various technologies applied to 4th industrial revolution, digital twin leads an innovation in industrial society with diverse industrial processes. But this technique isn't actively used across all industries due to structural limitations and environmental restrictions of digital twin. Especially, the field of construction and facility is necessary to use digital twin because it requires periodic managements of buildings in daily life and is directly connected with casualties in cases of disaster. But issues faced in reality are acting as an obstacle for applying digital twin. Therefore, this study suggests the necessity applying digital twin in facility safety response based on these issues and emphasizes active applications of digital twin by describing the expected effects being created. This study is places importance on health and safety in the era of untact, non-face-to-face care areas are increasing. To find out the fun factors and the effect of immersion on use satisfaction of health application users. Through the first factor analysis, we found the fun and immersion elements(joyful, interest, social intercourse) of users. Secondly, we looked at the impact of fun factors and immersion on satisfaction (viral intention, continuity). Finally, we looked at whether the user's characteristics affect satisfaction. The impact on fun factors and satisfaction was different depending on gender, which are characteristics of health application users. Both men and women showed significant results in oral tradition of pleasure, and in the case of women, elements of joy and psychological compensation were found to affect the continuation of use. It is thought that it is important to consider this in terms of marketing so that the elements of enjoyment among the fun factors of users through health application can continuously affect the continuation of use or oral tradition.
