The purpose of this study is to enhance the cultural heritage value of the Juk-Bang-Ryeum (Bamboo Weir) and prove the originality through the review of historical literature. The main industry of Korean was agriculture and fishery from ancient. In the ancient, fishery instruments are not enough due to the lack of fishing technology. The Juk-Bang-Ryeum was considered as important national resources and asset. It give us many implications about the wisdom of our ancestors because of it's scientific principle of the structure. It is surely a cultural heritage to preserve in the future because it is considered as important community asset as well as more natural and environment oriented fishing method. In the literature, the origin of 'Juk-Bang-Ryeum' can be found as 'Eo-Ryang' or 'Bang-Ryeum'. The records on this terminology go back to the Corea Dynasty, but their documentary records are rare, and most of them are records of the Chosun Dynasty. In this study, we surveyed mainly the literature records about the southern coast region in the period of Chosun Dynasty. This study contributes for preserving the cultural assets of our ancestors who pursued eco-friendly fishery method, and it is also of great significance to produce objective data based on records for the registration of the World Record Heritage.

$RESORT^{TM}$ 품질 솔루션은 Java 언어로 작성된 소프트웨어로부터 품질을 측정하고 평가하기 위한 자바 품질 메트릭스 자동화 도구로서 $RESORT^{TM}-Java$ 제품군 중 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 System/Package/Class 단위로 Java Code의 Product Metrics등을 측정하여 소프트웨어 품질을 평가하는데 사용되는 도구들을 기술한다. 이 도구들은 5 종류의 소프트웨어 메트릭스 솔루션을 제공한다: OO Metrics, Package Metrics, Halstead Metrics, Quality Metrics, System Level Metrics. 소프트웨어 메트릭스는 전체 개발 비용의 60% 이상을 차지하는 유지보수의 비용을 줄이고, 고품질의 소프트웨어를 개발하기 위해서 반드시 필요하다. 또한, 소프트웨어의 생산성을 높일 수 있을 뿐 아니라 신뢰성 향상, 그리고 유지보수에 대한 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

한반도의 석기문화는 전기구석기부터 시작되는데 동아시아지역에 퍼져 살던 고인류 집단의 일파가 한반도로 확산하여 온 것으로 판단된다. 이들의 석기문화는 아슐리안주먹도 끼를 공반한 정형화되지 않은 구석기공작이었다, 중기구석기는 르발르와기법의 유무에 대한 논란이 남아있으며 전기적인특성이 그대로 지속되는 시기이다. 그러나 약 3만년전의 후기구 석기시대가 되면 석인석기공작이 나타나고 석기도 대단히 정교해 지는데 이 석기 공작은 동 아시아로 확산되어 오던 현생인류의 도구이었다. 바이칼호부근에서 기원한 세석인문화는 한 반도의 전역으로 퍼져나갔다,. 이 석기공작은 중석기를 거쳐 신석기에 이를 때 까지 눌러 떼 기기법과 함께 존속하였다, 신석기시대에는 마제기법이 나타나게 되고 어로용도구들이 새로 이 추가되기 시작한다 그리고 간단한 가공으로 만든 농경구들이 추가되기 시작하는데 중후 기에 가서는 마제농경수확구가 증가하게 된다, 청동기시대에는 금속기의 영향을 받은 마제 석검등의 대단히 정교한 석기들이 훌현하고 또한 석기의 기능에 의례적인 기능이 추가되면 서 양식이 분화하기 시작한다, 그러면서 생산구들도 효율성이 높게 발달해 나가게 된다.

In this study, A BED(Binary ECG description) based binary ECG conversion system is that supports the conversion of a binary ECG format into XML-based HL7 aECG for interoperability of ECG. HL7 aECG is a XML based standard lot interoperability of ECG waveform. However, it is difficult for beginners to write the BED document of binary BED conversion system in XML. We implement a BED Studio on the Java Servlet engine that allows beginners to write BED documents more easily. Our system consists of three parts: Visual Editor, Text Editor, and Format Checking Viewer. Format Checking Viewer support users to detect the format errors in the XML files, so-called BED documents, that describe the data format of the targer binary ECG file in the BED-based binary ECG conversion system, so may reduce the format errors in BED documents.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the cultural value as well as business value of Juk-Bang-Ryeum(fishing instrument made by bamboo weir) by the investigation of remains in Gyeongnam Sacheon area and reviewing various historical literatures. The research will contribute to make back data necessary for the registration of World Heritage(UNESCO) and Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems(FAO). Fisheries, along with agriculture, have been great significance in human history. In particular, the Fisheries has been considered very important industry due to the geopolitical characteristics of our country surrounded by the sea. We can imagine may types of fishing practices and instruments at the agricultural age. Nonetheless, there are a few fishery heritages such as collecting and hunting tools that remains today. Fortunately, there are many Juk-Bang-Ryeum which is actually operate now from the past 500 years ago at the The Sacheon and Namhae areas. We could found some literature records about it in the historical ancient literatures. We could also infer that Juk-Bang-Ryeum was an important fishery resource of the country for a long time. It was built on the basis of scientific principles to capture fishes using the rapid tide of the natural geological straits, and it prove the wisdom of our ancestors. We also could found some unique cultural heritages that was important to the local community. Naturally, it has been managed as an important asset for the residents. In addition to such historical and humanistic values, it also has business and educational value. It can be useful to understand scientific fishery principles as well as fishery experience field. It has business value as an important tourism resource in the region in connection with historical relics and geological environment resources. In conclusion, it is a valuable asset to be handed down as a valuable cultural heritage.

This paper indicates limitations of the existing VOD(Video on Demand)-based on-line education systems and presents the design and implementation of Education on Demand (EOD) system as an alternative. EOD system is based on meta information expressed in XML and component technology. Overall system consists of authoring tool. contents server, learning policy system and contents viewer. which are utilized throughout the learning contents life-cycle. EOD system enables automated contents management using meta information exchange methodology that is conformant to the SCORM meta data presentation scheme. In addition, integrated management of interaction and feedback information along with the learning policy system provides customized learning guide for each individual learner. With the development of EOD system, this paper discusses about advanced on-line education system which surpasses existing content-providing-only systems.

A software montage means information that can be extracted quickly from software and includes inherent characteristics. If a montage is made from well-known programs, we can filter candidates of similar programs among the group of programs based on the montage. In this paper, we suggest software montages based on two characteristics: API calls and strings. To evaluate the proposed montages, we performed experiments to filter candidates of some similar programs to instant messenger programs. From the experiments, we confirmed that the proposed montages can be used as a forensic tool that filters a group of similar programs even when their functions are not known in advance.

Comics and cartoons of superheroes in the West have adopted various semiotic systems and other art-forms, including their politico-socio-economic condition, and made parody of other popular texts, as well. Based on the idea of the development of superhero genre, this article focuses on how East Asian popular texts appropriate and reconstruct the genre, which was once considered the realization of American idea, by analyzing a series of TV animation (Japan, Sunrise,2011). Through the feature of parody with intertextuality, provides East Asian value and sensibility of characters as corporation-centered modern humans in capitalist society. This animation has similarity and difference, compared to that of Western superhero cartoons. It satires Western capitalist society and emphasizes Eastern family-oriented value. The performances of superheroes on TV represent the satire on Western style individualism and estimation through each one's achievement. It metaphorically criticizes the situation in which modern human falls into dependency on capital and media, and the capitalistic system in which public good is used for the method of private profit. emphasizes East Asian value of human and society, the cooperative relation for the success and maintenance of community by combining members of state and society through familial sensibility. Tiger functions as a spiritual leader in the group of superheroes who have been obsessed with competition for their own private purpose rather than public cause, Bunny and other colleagues are gradually influenced by Tiger's familial communicative style. emphasizes community-centered view and self-sacrificing sensibility as an international citizen to solve social pathology of modern world.

During the 1970s, as Los Angeles-based designer April Greiman made her professional way, her work was popularly labeled "New Wave: The term no longer seems to fit. Today, Greiman refers to her brand of design as "hybrid imagery." For combining photography, drawing, video, computer-generated images and typography in her designs, she creates a crossbreed that blends but is unlike any of its parts. To her credit, Greiman was one of the first designers who saw potential in the "textures" of video and computer-based imagery, and was brave enough to integrate this new visual language into the mainstream design work she was creating. She was also one of the designers to use the Macintosh computer as her primary design tool. Despite her pioneering work, she refuses the label of "experimental" designer. She prefers to say she, is interested in process, in layering images to evoke both a thoughtful and emotional response. thoughtful and emotional response.

The complexity of software products led many manufacturers to stitch open-source software for composing a product. Using open-source help reduce the development cost, but the difference in the different development life cycles makes it difficult to keep the product up-to-date. For this reason, even the patches for known vulnerabilities are not adopted quickly enough, leaving the entire product under threat. Existing studies propose to use binary differentiation techniques to determine if a product is left vulnerable against a particular vulnerability. Despite their effectiveness in finding real-world vulnerabilities, they often fail to locate the evidence of a vulnerability if it is a small function that usually is inlined at compile time. This work presents our tool FunRank which is designed to identify the short functions. Our experiments using synthesized and real-world software products show that FunRank can identify the short, inlined functions that suggest that the program is left vulnerable to a particular vulnerability.
