Among university librarians and academic community in Korea, there has been constant debate on the need for subject librarianship and the restructuring of educational programs. The debate has not resulted in substantive change so far. Recently, as several university libraries have begun to implement subject librarian service, there is a growing need to reeducate practicing librarians for such service. Recognizing that the liaison service model best fits the reality of academic libraries, this article proposes curriculum development goals and strategies, and specific course listings for the training of subject liaison librarians. We also suggest specific conditions requisite for such education programs fully develop in the future.

In this rapidly changing information society, the needs for professional technicians in IT-related industrial fields are increasing, but the supplies of such men are not enough. A well-designed educational program is required in order to produce outstanding technicians in this up-to-date information-centered industrial environment. It is widely recognized that the educational program of two-year level college today should be improved because it has been mainly oriented to train or exercise short-term skills with a few basic theory. With this educational program, it is not easy to achieve the original educational goal to cultivate and to produce the specialists to be equipped with both technological and intellectual skills. Therefore, new three-year academic educational program is expected to accomplish that goal. This paper is aimed to offer a model of a new educational program on three-year academic system, which would help to meet IT industry's requirements.

It is a current situation that a large number of physical and financial damages are increasing due to the growth of intellectual cyber crime and unexpected Internet incidents year by year. In the large scale security incidents, digital forensics techniques for computer crime investigations are essential to secure a place in the field. However, qualified digital forensics investigators who complete with digital security technology are practically insufficient in domestic. In this paper, as one of developing human resources plans regarding to scientific investigation of Internet security incidents, an undergraduate curriculum per stage in digital forensics was proposed. For the effective curriculum per stage, the interviews, group discussion on focused group of existing digital forensics investigators and related research were performed to select curriculum, and then the level of difficulty and practical suitability on each subject designed were analyzed through survey and interview to current investigators and security professionals. After collating the survey, the digital forensic curriculum per level was designed to highly adaptable workforce for the future for working and positive suggestions and proposals are addressed.

The purpose of this study was to provide a primary data for the revision of Home Economics Curriculum from the quantitative content analysis of illustrations in current Home Economics textbooks from the gender equity perspective. This study analyzed 342 illustrations and 1.368 individuals in 15 volumes of Home Economics textbooks of the 7th curriculum by units. The major findings of this study show that current Home Economics textbooks improved compared to the textbooks of previous the 4th, 5th. and 6th curriculum periods in terms of sex proportion and sex compositions of individuals appeared in illustrations. However, sex roles. color of clothing and dressing styles. and background and description of individuals appeared in illustrations tends to not described as gender equitable. This study recommends that there is a need for Department of Education to provide a specific manual and authorization standards for writing textbooks and constructing illustrations.

This study aims to draw implications by analyzing the direction of the reorganization of French teacher policy focusing on ESPE which was introduced in 2013 according to the flow of French education reform. When looking at the major changes in the French teacher training system, three revisions have been made over the last 25 years and starting from IUFM introduced in 1991 and through in 2009, ESPE, a new teacher training institute, has been introduced in 2013 and been running. ESPE is an independent professional teacher training institution for educating teachers (from kindergarten to university) as well as education specialists and the understanding of ESPE has a significance in that it can see the direction of reform of French teacher policy in the fact that all advantages of the former system is succeed at maximum and the disadvantages are complemented. When looking at the major reorganization direction of French teacher policy, first, it has strengthened its position as a research teacher by connecting teacher training with the master's degree program. Second, it pursued the balance between theoretical education and field training in teacher training. Third, eligibility criteria of teacher training become diversified and it's downgrading from master degree to bachelor degree. Fourth, teacher training, teacher recruitment exam, master degree in teaching and teacher certification are linked each other. Fifth, teacher training is made in two aspects, teachers as well as education specialists. In conclusion, French teacher policy has a great significance in terms of the fact that the will of reform improving the quality of education ultimately through establishing the status as research teacher and improving the quality of teachers can be seen.

본 논문은 예비유아교사 양성과정에서 요구되는 핵심역량 중 재개념화가 필요한 지식정보처리역량의 구성방향과 이를 위한 교육내용 탐색을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 과거 정보화역량과 지식정보처리역량의 개념 및 가치를 비교하여 기초내용을 구성한 후 현장전문가, 교육전문가, 예비교사 등 15인을 대상으로 포커스그룹 인터뷰 연구방법을 통하여 연구결과를 도출한다. 본 논문에서는 선행연구를 참고하여 예비유아교사의 지식정보처리역량을 교육현장의 문제해결을 위하여 다양한 영역의 지식과 정보를 처리하고 활용할 수 있는 역량이라 개념정의 하였고 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 이를 위한 교육내용을 설정할 것이다. 본 논문을 통해 제시된 예비유아교사의 지식정보처리역량의 개념 및 교육내용은 예비유아 교사양성과정의 교육과정개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

최근 자율운항선박, 무인선박 등 해사분야의 4차 산업혁명이 가속화되고 있으나 이에 대비한 해사안전분야 전문인력 양성체계는 없었다. 선장, 안전관리자, 선박소유자의 안전관련 책임 및 의무를 강화하고, 안전관리의 전문성 및 책임성 제고를 위해 선박안전관리사 자격제도가 신설되었다. 법률개정에 따라 안전관리자의 교육과정, 기존 안전관리자의 자격취득 교육 및 평가과정 등을 마련하기 위한 연구가 수행되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 해사안전분야 전문인력 양성 지원을 위한 전문연구용역 진행 및 추진상황을 소개하였다.

컴퓨팅 사고력, 정보문화소양 및 협력적 문제해결력 함양을 목표로 하는 소프트웨어 교육, 즉 코딩 교육에 있어서 양질의 강사를 수급하는 것은 교육의 성패를 결정하는 중요한 문제 중 하나이다. 이러한 관점에서 초등학교의 방과후학교, 중학교 자유학기 등의 강사 수급 문제를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 다양한 코딩교육 전문강사 양성 과정이 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구는 여성가족부와 각 지자체의 여성새일센터 등을 중심으로 개설 및 운영되고 있는 코딩강사 양성 프로그램의 운영 및 개설 현황, 운영 시간, 수강생 특성, 교육과정 등을 분석하고 시사점을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 코딩교육 전문강사 양성 프로그램의 개발 및 효과성 분석 등의 후속연구로 이어질 수 있다.

대부분의 중등학교 교사양성대학교 수학교육과 학생들은 복소해석학을 3학년이 되었을 때 꼭 수강해야 한다. 그런데 교과내용은 자연대학 수학과에서 가르치는 내용과 다른 점이 별로 없다. 교과내용이 너무 어렵고 많을 뿐만 아니라 중등학교에서 수학교사로 일하는데에 별로 필요하지 않은 많은 내용을 담고 있다. 이런 교과과정은 중등학교 수학교사 양성을 목표로 하는 교사양성대학에는 매우 불합리한 것이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 지금까지 오랜 세월 동안 이런 교과과정이 변하지 않고 지속되어 왔다는 것이 놀라올 뿐이다 이제는 오래되고 비현실적이며 비효율적이기따지 한 옛툴에서 벗어나려는 시도를 너무 늦기전에 해야만 한다. 이런 취지에서 복소해석학의 교과내용을 새롭게 구성하려 하고 있으며 2003년 1월24일부터 25일까지 이틀 동안 한국교원대하교에서 열리는 전국수학교육연구대회에서 이런 연구내용과 건의사항 등을 발표하고자 한다.

2015 개정 교육과정이 고시됨에 따라 정규 교육과정을 중심으로 코딩 교육의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이에 따라 코딩 교육 강사가 요구되고 있는 시점이며, 이러한 강사는 여성새로일하기센터를 비롯한 민간 교육기관에서 코딩교육 강사 양성 프로그램이 운영되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 코딩교육 강사 양성 프로그램의 교육현황 및 교육 내용에 대한 연구는 이루어지고 있지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 여성가족부의 여성새로일하기센터에서 진행되고 있는 코딩 교육 프로그램의 사례를 분석하여 보고, 그 시사점을 찾고자 한다.
