Studies on the current status of ecosystem and ecological parks in Anyang Stream (안양천 및 주변지역의 생태계 현황 및 생태공원 조성방안 연구)

  • An-yang stream is a branch stream connecting to Han river and regarded as a national stream. This study chose the representative stream of An-yang and identified vegetation and flora. The ecological survey aimed at identifying indicator of urban streams for measuring to protect urban areas and to promote wetland conservation. A total of 266 species were identified into 35 Orders, 78 Families. The introduced species of Sicyo angulatus need a special treatment to reduce the population. The wetland vegetation is quite various and we suggested 11 different vegetation zones depending on introduced species and amenity between human and nature, This will lead to blue-network to crease favorable environment and manage important species for this region.

Estimating Attributes Value of Alternatives Applied for Rehabilitation of Hydrologic Cycle of the Anyangcheon Watershed (물순환 건전화 대안 적용을 위한 안양천의 속성별 가치추정)

  • In recent years, a growing concern exists in watershed and stream improvement projects. Under these circumstances, this paper estimates monetary value of the attributes of alternatives for rehabilitation of hydrologic cycle using choice experiments. Choice experiments shows vivid image and estimates a willingness to pay based on their preference for environmental goods. A preliminary survey shows that the attributes of the Anyangcheon watershed are flood-damage possibilities, Instreamflow, water quality, river characteristic and estimates the tax for the Anyangcheon watershed improvements. We surveyed 200 citizens were selected as samples of watershed beneficing in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province and used conditional logit model to analyze the implicit values of the attributive per household. The benefit of the attributes by province based on the implicit price obtained from estimated parameters were calculated. This study is expected to contribute to the decision-making process for policy-makers by providing useful methodological framework and quantitative information related to watershed improvement projects.

  • 과거 50 년 동안 국내 보 설치 수는 매년 증가하여 왔으나, 그 증가비율은 근래 들어 감소하는 추세로, 이는 보 보다는 용수공급능력이 큰 양수장, 저수지 등 타 시설물에 의존하는 것으로 판단 할 수 있다. 더욱이 인구의 도시 집중화에 따른 농경지의 도시화, 경작 방식의 변화에 의한 비닐하우스 단지로의 변화, 시설의 노후화 등으로 매년 $50{\sim}150$개 정도의 보가 폐기되고 있다. 그러나 이렇게 폐기되는 보는 하천에 그대로 존치되어 하천생태통로의 단절, 수질악화, 수변 서식처 악화 등의 문제를 지속적으로 야기 시키고 있다. 실험은 문산천 검전보, 안양천 안양대교보, 기철거된 경안천 무명보에서 자연시료를 채취하여 실행 하였다. 문산천 검전보는 하천환경이 안정되고 양호한 대조구간으로 선정하였다. 안양 대교보는 도심화로 인하여 원기능을 상실하였으며 수차례에 걸친 개수가 이루어졌고 수년전까지만 해도 러브보로 인한 수질정화장치가 있었으나 효능이 약화되어 철거할 계획을 가지고 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 경안천 무명보는 현재는 완전 철거된 상태이다. 경안천 무명보는 기 철거된 보의 대조구간으 로 선정하였다. 보 상류의 수질 오염도가 높은 것은 정체구역에 의한 용존산소 부족과 오염저니에 의한 것으로 판단되므로, 각각의 대상보의 퇴적물 오염도를 조사하였다. 각각의 조사 지점은 검전보의 경우, 만장교를 최상류 지점으로, 검전보 상/하류, 광탄교를 최하류 지점으로 선정하여, 총 4 지점에서 채취했으며, 안양대교보의 경우 최상류지점, 보 상/하류 지점으로 총 3지점, 무명보의 경우 보 상/하류로 총 2 지점에서 채취했으며, 실험은 $\ulcorner$Soil Method$\lrcorner$에 준하여, 각각 입도분포, 함수율, 강열감량, COD, T-N, T-P 등을 시행하였다. 문산천 검전보 퇴적물 오염도 조사 결과, 강열감량, COD, T-N, T-P 항목에서 보 상류가 보 하류에 비해 높게 나타났으며, 각각 하류에 비해 상류가 30.76%, 16.69%, 73.13%, 18.91% 더 높게 나타났다. 안양대교보 퇴적물 조사 결과, 검전보와 마찬가지로, 강열감량, COD, T-N, T-P 항목에서 보 상류가 보 하류에 비해 33.33%, 9.23%, 24.78%, 18.56% 높게 나타났다. 기 철거된 무명보의 경우, 무명보 상류, 무명보 하류 2개 지점을 채취하였으며, 강열감량, COD, T-N 항목에서 보 상류가 보 하류에 비해 18.75%, 412.6%, 25.75% 높게 나타났다. 퇴적물 조사 결과, 강열감량, COD, T-N 항목에서 검전보, 안양대교보, 무명보 모두 보 상류의 오염도가 높게 나타났으며, 무명보를 제외한 검전보, 안양대교보는 T-P 항목에서도 보 상류의 오염도가 높게 나타나, 보 상류의 퇴적물 오염농도가 심화된 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 기철거된 무명보의 경우, 강열감량, COD, T-N, 항목에서 보 상류가 높게 나타났으나, 철거되지 않은 검전보나 안양대교보에 비해 그 차이가 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

Monitoring Pesticide Residues in Nuts and Seeds in Gyeonggi-do (경기도 내 유통 견과종실류의 잔류농약 실태 모니터링)

  • This study was aimed to investigate pesticides residue levels in nuts and seeds distributed in Gyeonggi-do. We investigated nuts and seeds in 131 products, which is pumpkin seeds (n=17), sunflower (n=12), sesame (n=23), perilla (n=11), peanut (n=18), almond (n=8), chestnut (n=6), walnut (n=14), pine nut (n=3), pecan (n=4), macadamia (n=3), brazil nut (n=5), cashew nut (n=4) and ginkgo nut (n=3). As a result of evaluating 339 pesticide residues, eight out of 131 samples were detected at the range of 0.01-0.07 mg/kg. Additionally, 7 out of 8 detected samples exceeded MRLs (Maximum Residue Limits) and 85% of them were imported. Pyraclostrobin applied on the positive list system (PLS) was detected in five Chinese pumpkin seeds samples, and the range was 0.02-0.04 mg/kg. In Indian and Korean sesame seeds, pendimethalin, boscalid, and bifenthrin were detected at 0.04, 0.05, and 0.06 mg/kg, respectively. The ratio of estimated daily intake (EDI) to acceptable daily intake (ADI) was 0.002-0.372%, indicating that the risk level was safe.

  • In this study, a sample preparation method and a simultaneous determination method by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry for 9 isomers of chlorogenic acid and arbutin in fruits were developed. The samples were extracted using 90% methanol (pH 3.0), with the solutions being shaken and then sonicated for 10 min each. After centrifugation at 4,000 rpm for 10 min, the extraction was concentrated under a vacuum at $40^{\circ}C$ using a vacuum evaporator. The residue was dissolved in 5 mL of 5% methanol and filtered through a $0.45{\mu}m$ membrane before UHPLC-MS/MS analysis. The separations were performed on a C18 column with gradient elution of water (containing 0.1% formic acid) and methanol (containing 0.1% formic acid). The specificity, linearity, limit of detection, limit of quantification, accuracy, and precision of the proposed methods were also evaluated.

  • Venture company refers to technology-intensive start-ups which is characterized by high high returns and risks to challenge new business to have new ideas and technology. These venture companies, ripple effect on the competitiveness of the national industry is large, and has emerged as a new industry that is able to overcome the difficulties of low growth, as an important element in regional development strategy, urban economy of not only activation, with a large impact on the regeneration and revitalization of the city that has lagged behind, has been recognized its importance. In this study, by investigating the influence of the Anyang city development strategy based on the location factor of venture companies for the activation of Anyang City urban development in satisfaction as an intermediary, empirically location of venture companies factor is trying to analyze the effect of parameters of Anyang city development strategy in relation to the satisfaction. Analysis method is to distribute the questionnaire were analyzed using the SPSS statistical program, the results are as follows. Location factors of venture companies, government support, transportation accessibility, venture integrated factors, it appears as four factors factors of support facilities, the analysis result venture firm location factors found to affect positive satisfied (+) It was. Secondly, in order to verify the parameter effects the result Anyang urban development strategy of using three steps regression analysis, as there is influence of the positive (+) mediated effect was investigated. These results, in order to increase the satisfaction of Anyang City, is not only the physical environmental elements, it is necessary to make the urban development strategies.

Genetic Studies on Lethal and Sterility Genes Concealed in Natural Populations of Drosophila melanogaster (초파리의 자연집단에 보유되어 있는 치사유전자 및 불임유전자에 대한 유전학적 연구)

  • The present experiments were carried out to understand the genetic structure of the natural population by means of the frequencies of recessive lethal and sterility genes on the second chromosomes of Drosophila melanogaster. The natural populations used for experiment were Anyang, Kimpo and Ulsan populations in 1982 and 1983. The mean frequencies of deleterious gene (lethal plus semilethal) were estimated 29.01% in Anyang, 30.07% in Kimpo and 32.31% in Ulsan population. Allelism rates on the chromosome between lethals extracted from natural populations were examined within or between populations. The mean allelism rates were showed 2.28% in Anyang, 1.90% in Kimpo and 2.17% in Ulsan. The values of elimination $(IQ^2)$ were estimated by frequencies of deleterious genes and allelism rates. The mean values of elimination were 0.0020 in Anyang, 0.0019 in Kimpo and 0.0023 in Ulsan population. The effective population size was estimated by using a formula by Nei. Anyang, Kimpo and Ulsan populations were about 2, 900, 3, 600 and 3, 200, respecively. These data suggest that Korean populations of Drosophila melanogaster attained to stable breeding units of intermediate size, ranging from 2, 900 to 3, 600 pairs of fertile individuals.

  • Recently, runoff characteristics of urban area are changing because of the increase of impervious area by rapid increasing of population and industrialization, urbanization. It needs to extract the accurate topological and hydrological parameters of watersheds in order to manage water resource efficiently. In this paper, rainfall-runoff analysis in An-Yang stream basin was made using GIS(Geographic Information System) and XP-SWMM(Export Stormwater and Wastewater Management Model). The basin was divided into 13 sub-basins using GIS. The area, slope, width of each subcatchment and length, slop of each stream reach were acquired from topographic maps, and imperviousness rate, land use types, infiltration capacities of each subcatchment from land use maps and soil maps using GIS. We gave th runoff management method of urbanization area us ing XP-SWMM.

  • CNN is a type of deep learning and is a neural network used to process images or image data. The filter traverses the image and extracts features of the image to distinguish the image. Deep learning has the characteristic that the more data, the better models can be made, and CNN uses a method of artificially increasing the amount of data by means of data augmentation such as rotation, zoom, shift, and flip to compensate for the weakness of less data. When learning CNN, we would like to check whether outline image learning is helpful in improving performance compared to conventional data augmentation techniques.

  • Anyang pool is the leisure facility which was constructed in the Japanese colonial era and widely used even after independence. That is why it is sufficiently necessary to study its aspect after independence in terms of historical investigation. The purpose of this thesis is to describe how Anyang pool has been used after independence most clearly. Study method of this thesis is the method of literature review using the photos of newspaper, official gazette and magazine. And this thesis is meaningful in that it examines the leisure facility that existed in the metropolitan area not in the province, and expands the width of consideration for leisure facility at the early days of foundation of Korea. In this regard, this thesis concludes that Anyang pool had played not less role after liberation than in Japanese colonial era.
