  • 본 논문은 LCL 필터의 능동댐핑을 적용한 3상 4선식 PWM 정류기 제어 방법을 제안한다. 3상 4선식 PWM 정류기의 입력단에 위치한 LCL 필터는 단일 L 필터에 비해 필터 사이즈, 무게 감소와 입력 전류의 고조파 성분 감쇠 등에 장점을 가지고 있다. 그러나 LCL 필터의 공진 주파수의 영향으로 PWM 정류기 제어 안정성 문제를 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 LCL 필터에 능동댐핑을 적용하여 PWM 정류기 제어 안정성을 향상 시킨다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 본 논문이 제안한 제어 방법의 실효성을 검증한다.

  • 최근 미세먼지(PM10 또는 PM2.5)로 인한 인체 유해성 및 실제 피해사례가 인터넷, TV 매체 등에 의해 화두가 됨에 따라 각종 제조, 사업장 및 발전소에서는 미세먼지 배출기준을 충족하기 위한 고효율 집진 기술이 필요로 되고 있는 상황이다. 고압 코로나 방전에 의해 미세먼지를 포집하는 고전압 하전방식 집진장치의 경우 전류를 광범위로 조절 가능하며 역전리 방지에 탁월하여 고효율의 집진이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 다전원(펄스전원, 기본전원)을 이용한 마이크로 펄스 하전방식이 아닌 공진형 컨버터와 고압 트랜스포머, 배전압 회로를 적용한 고전압 단전원 제어 하전방식 및 이를 이용한 고전압 전압원의 저속 스위칭 제어기법을 제안하고, 실제 측정을 통해 제안 방식의 실효성을 검증하였다.

  • Currents which are generated at both ends of drive motor by operating brake pedal when subway train is driving, will generate the reviltalization actual effect if they are not used immediately. So there exist rolling stock established Dynamic braking annex for the purpose of stable brake performance in case there are no retrogress train around or no stable wiring voltage.Therefore 55% of entered energy are consumed in subway train. 45% are used in down gradient section or for regeneration energy and among them 25% are used for another train's retrogression through the wiring. So to reduce reviltalization method keeping the existing system, substation's service voltage should be declined about 5%. And then it will ease off excessive wiring voltage rise. And there need energy reduction by flexible service voltage adjustment and study for energy consumption efficiency in the subway.

Effects of Heat Treatment on Choke Core Properties in $Fe_{78}Si_9B_{13}$ Amorphous Alloys ($Fe_{78}Si_9B_{13}$ 비정질 합금의 초크 코어 특성에 미치는 열처리 효과)

  • With the object of developing a non-gap choke core, effects of annealing in oxygen atmosphere on magnetic properties for Fe$_{78}$Si$_{9}$B$_{13}$ amorphous alloy were investigated. After annealing for 2 hrs at 440 $^{\circ}C$, optimum magnetic properties for choke core were obtained, where the effective permeability was 180 and was almost constant up to several MHz, and the decrease in permeability upon large DC bias current of 12 A or DC bias magnetic field of 8,000 A/m was very little. Moreover the AC magnetic loss was very low as compared to the conventional choke cores. Upon the optimum annealing, the magnetic hysteresis loop was inclined accompanying the increase of coercive force and the appearance of fine crystallites of $\alpha$-Fe phase. The good choke core properties was considered to be due to the suppression of domain boundary motion and domain refinement by the crystallites.

  • A new phase-shifted parallel-input/series-output(PISO) dual converter for tush-power step-up applications has been proposed. Since the proposed converter shows a low switch turn-off voltage stress, switching devices with low conduction loss can be employed in order to improve the power conversion efficiency. Moreover, it features a low output capacitor root-mean-square(RMS) current stress, low input current and output voltage ripple contents, and fast control-to-output dynamics compared to its PWM counterpart. In this paper, the operation of the proposed converter is analyzed in detail and its mathematical models and steady-state solutions are presented. A comparative analysis with the conventional PWM PISO dual converter is also provided. To confirm the operation, features, and validity of the Proposed converter, experimental results from an 800W, 24-350Vdc prototype are presented.

Assessing Conservation Priority of Private Land in Unexecuted Urban Parks in Seoul Using Betweenness Centrality Analysis (매개중심성 분석을 활용한 서울시 미집행공원 내 사유지 보전 우선순위 평가)

  • The implementation of the sunset provision of unexecuted urban parks in Seoul has been postponed; however, the mentioned parks still remain vulnerable since they can be subject to development under certain circumstances. Local governments may purchase the parks to prevent their loss but are constrained due to limited resources. The purpose of this study is to prioritize the purchase of unexecuted urban parks in Seoul based on landscape connectivity, which represents the important role of allowing the movement of wildlife and providing biodiversity in urban environments. In this study, we used four potential scenarios (PB100, PB1, PA100, PA1), which reflects the degree of land cover change resulting from the implementation of the sunset provision, and the role of Han River as a conduit or barrier for wildlife movement. Landscape connectivity was evaluated by calculating current flow betweenness centrality (CFBC). This was used to rank the importance of the unexecuted urban parks in Seoul. The results demonstrated that the implementation of the sunset provision will greatly decrease the connectivity of all parks in Seoul and particularly more so for parks in the southern part of the city. In addition, the results suggested that the low connectivity of Han river will diminish the connectivity around Bukhansan Mountain in the northern part of Seoul. Our study can be used for the prioritization of purchase, since it has the ability to evaluate the anticipated vulnerability of each park's connectivity after the sunset provision.

  • In order to overcome jamming, a hysteresis tunable monolithic comparator circuit based on a 0.35 ${\mu}m$ CMOS process is suggested, designed, fabricated, measured and analyzed in this paper. To tune the threshold voltage of the hysteresis in the comparator circuit, two external digital bits are used with supply voltage of 3.3V. An improved variable hysteresis comparator circuit controlled by serial digital bits is suggested, designed and simulated to overcome jamming in modern warfare.

  • 본 논문에서는 현재 운행되고 있는 선형 유도전동기의 슬립주파수 고정 방식이 아닌 선형 유도전동기를 이용한 자기부상열차의 슬립주파수와 수직력 및 추진력과의 관계를 이용, 열차의 가감속시 운행패턴에 따라 운행 중 슬립주파수가 가변할 수 있는 슬립주파수 가변패턴을 형성, 선형유도전동기 자기부상시스템에서의 에너지 효율향상 가능성을 검증하였다. 슬립주파수와 수직력, 추진력과의 관계를 이용 슬립주파수 일정 실효치전류제어 알고리즘과 슬립주파수 일정 벡터제어 알고리즘을 사용하여 운전조건과 슬립주파수를 변경하며 운전조건에 따른 가장 효율적인 슬립주파수의 패턴을 형성하였다. 이 후 모의시험과 실차를 이용한 실험을 통해 알고리즘에 대한 정당성과 실제 효율의 증가를 통해 타당성을 검증하였다. 앞선 두 가지 알고리즘을 통해 열차부상에 영향을 미치지 않는 범위의 수직력을 가지는 범위내에서 슬립주파수를 가변 운전 조건에 따른 최적의 슬립주파수에 대한 정보를 기반으로 운행 중 가변하는 슬립주파수를 자동열차운전(ATO)시스템에 적용 모의실험을 통해 그 적용가능성과 효율을 검증하였다.

  • This paper proposed a high impedance fault detection method using a neural network on distribution lines. The $\upsilon-i$ characteristic curve was obtained by high impedance fault data tested in various soil conditions. High impedance fault was simulated using EMTP. The pattern of High Impedance Fault on high density pebbles was taken as the learning model, and the neural network was evaluated on various soil conditions. The average values after analyzing fault current by FFT of even.odd harmonics and fundamental rms were used for the neural network input. Test results were verified the validity of the proposed method .ethod .

  • SFC(Static Frequence Converter)system has come to be used as start up drive system for large synchronous motor in many industry applications. Many papers have been presented the control algorithm for pumped storage power generation using SFC system but they did not included about start up algorithm of SFC system for gas turbine. This paper presents the field weakening control algorithm for a large synchronous motor using output signal of anti-windup in PI current regulator and the results of experiment show that the proposed algorithm is proper and effective.
