A Clock Generator with Jitter Suppressed Delay Locked Loop (낮은 지터를 갖는 지연고정루프를 이용한 클럭 발생기)

  • A novel Clock Generator with jitter suppressed delay-locked loop (DLL) has been proposed to generate highly accurate output signals. The proposed Clock Generator has a VCDL which can suppress its jitter by generating control signals proportional to phase differences among delay stages. It has been designed to generate 1GHz output at 100MHz input with 1.8V $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS process. The simulation result demonstrates a 3.24ps of peak-to-peak jitter.

  • DCS가 정상이면 운전원의 설정값 조작치와 현장전송기의 측정값이 비교되어 오차가 비례 적분제어로 MV신호를 H/A에 보내고, ST신호의 GOOD(PUlLSE)에 의해서 A에 연결되어 제어 밸브를 열고 닫는다. 만일 DCS가 고장이면 ST신호의 BAD에 의해서 B에 열결되고 (H/A)가 A운전이면 PID 제어값이 M운전이면 운전원 조작 신호에 의해서 제어 밸브가 열리고 닫힌다. 상기와 같은 시스템 구성으로 DSC의 다양한 S/W를 적용하면 정밀, 제어 안정된 제어가 이루어져 발전소 안정 운전에 기여할 것이며, 기타 화학공장, 제철공장 등에 적용할 경우 기술의 파급효과가 큼은 물론 국내 자동제어 기술혁신의 디딤돌이 되리라 확신한다.

  • A novel hysteresis tunable monolithic comparator circuit based on a 0.35 ${\mu}m$ CMOS process is suggested in this paper. To tune the threshold voltage of the hysteresis in the comparator circuit, two external digital bits are used with supply voltage of 3.3V. The threshold voltage of the suggested comparator circuit is controlled by 234mV by change of 4 digital control bits in the simulation, which is a close agreement to the analytic calculation.

  • Many urban cities deployed ITS technologies to improve the efficiency of traffic operation and management including a real-time franc control system (i.e., COSMOS). The system adopted loop detector system to collect traffic information such as volume, occupancy time, degree of saturation, and queue length. This paper investigated the applicability of detector information within COSMOS to represent the congestion level of the links. Initially, link travel times obtained from the field study were related with each of detector information. Results showed that queue length was highly correlated with link travel time, and direct link travel time estimation using the spot speed data produced high estimation error rates. From this analysis, a procedure was proposed to estimate congestion level of the links using both degree of saturation and queue length information.

  • 전력계통 및 발전기의 안정 운용을 위해 발전기 제어계의 정밀 제어와 정확한 계통 해석을 위한 발전기 관련 정밀 파라미터 취득 및 관리가 요구되는 상황에서 발전기 현장시험과 발전기 관련 안정도 해석용 데이터 취득이 필요한 실정임. 현장 시험(발전기 제어계 특성시험)을 통해서 취득한 데이터를 가지고 모델링 및 제어정수를 조정하여 전력계통 안정도 해석용 데이터 베이스를 구축하게 되는데, 여자기 형식에 따라서 계단 입력 신호가 주어졌을 때 시간응답 특성이 약간씩 차이가 나게 됨. 그리고 발전기 제어계 특성시험은 발전기 직접 관련 데이터 및 원동기(터빈) 입력신호(주증기 유량신호, 주증기 제어밸브 개도 등)까지 측정하게 되는데, 본 논문에서는 발전기 여자제어에 관련된 부분만을 살펴 보았음.

  • This paper describes new communication methods for transmitting torque commands between the vehicle controller that determines the amount of power generation in a range-extended electric vehicle and the engine controller that performs it. Generally, vehicles use CAN communication, but in this case, the hardware and software of the existing engine controller must be modified. For this reason, it is not easy to apply CAN communication to small and medium sized automotive reorganize companies. Therefore, this research presents a pin-pin communication method for applying the existing mass produced engine controller to range-extended electric vehicles. The pin-pin communication method converts the driver's demand torque control map inside an mass produced engine controller into a virtual accelerator opening position according to the target speed and target torque of the engine, and converts this to a voltage signal for the existing mass produced engine controller to recognize it. The virtual accelerator opening positions are mounted in the form of a control map in the vehicle controller through the reverse conversion process in an offline environment and are determined by the engine generating power requirements and engine optimal operating point algorithm. These algorithms and signal conversion circuits for engine torque transmission have been mounted on the vehicle controller to conduct the virtual accelerator opening position conversion process according to the engine target torque and to establish the virtual accelerator voltage signal using the signal converter.

  • This paper describes the FFT and coefficient analysis of vibration signals for preventive diagnosis of a mold transformer at normal and abnormal state. Varying applied voltage, loading current and temperature as control variables for he experiment, measurement variables such as magnitude of vibration signals, frequency spectrum and time series coefficient were analyzed. The vibration signals by variation of control variables were measured by acceleration sensor adhered on the surface of winding and core, and measurement variables were calculated using dat acquisition system. After analyzing the normal state, the structural distortion was also simulated. The vibration signals at abnormal state were measured by the same control variables variation as the normal state. As a result, vibration signals between normal and abnormal state could be distinguished by comparison of the perpendicular and horizontal vibration signal.

  • 본 논문에서는 방송용 오디오 기기가 갖는 다채널의 특성과 각 채널에 대한 다양한 신호처리 기능의 특성을 고려하여 다채널 디지털 오디오 신호 처리기의 구조를 제안하고 범용 DSP를 이용하여 실시간 병렬 처리 시스템을 구현하였다. 구현된 시스템은 32비트 부동수소점 DSP를 이용하였으며 스테레오 채널의 48KHz 표본화 주파수를 지원하고 20비트 해상도를 갖는 시스템이다. 다채널 디지털 오디오 신호 처리 시스템의 구조는 디지털 신호 처리 과정을 수행하는 디지털 오디오 데이터 처리 부분과 시스템을 제어하기 위한 제어 정보 처리 부분으로 제안하였다. 이러한 구조에 적합한 실시간 시스템을 구현하기 위해 전체 시스템은 4부분의 모듈로 구성된다.

  • In this paper, we design a sequential system controller, which is capable of processing parallel sequence, on the basis of analysis of control specification described by Petri Net with incidence matrix. The sequential system controller consists of input conditioning unit and petri net control unit which is composed of the token control unit and firing unit. The firing unit determines the firing condition of the transfer signal on the basis of the token status of token control unit. By the proposed scheme, we can easily develop and implement the sequential system controller of automated warehousing system, automated transportation system, elevator system, and so on, as it is possible to modify control specification by changing simply the content of incidence matrix ROM and to expand easily functional capacity as the result of modular design.design.
