본 논문에서는 ATM 네트워크 상에서의 발생 가능한 위협 요소들을 확인하고, 이러한 위협 요소들로부터 정보를 보호하기 위해 적용해야 할 시큐리티 서비스들을 기술하고 ATM 사용자 평면(User Plane)에서의 시큐리티 서비스 모델을 제안한 후, RSA, Rabin, ElGamal, IDEA 등 다양한 암호 알고리즘들의 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 알고리즘간의 성능을 비교 분석한다. 또한 ATM 네트워크에서 기제안된 기법들보다 좀더 효율적인 세션 키 교환 기법을 제안한다.

This study is to investigate how security organizational mentoring type and mentoring function affects organizatio nal commitment. This study had selected security from 5 different security organizations of 2010 which are located i n capital area. Using judgment sampling method, 198 security were drawn for the final study. The survey used in th is study is composed of 37 questions. To practice frequency analysis, factorial analysis, reliability analysis and regre ssion, a program called SPSSWIN 18.0 was used. The value of Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, which shows the reliability of the stud y, appeared to be over .622. The result is: First, security organizational mentoring type affects mentoring function. T hat is, when a systematic mentoring is activated, friendship protecting function, career managing function and sociopsychological function are promoted. Second, security organizational mentoring type affects organizational commitmen t. That is, when a systematic mentoring is activated, organizational commitment is promoted. Third, security organiz ational mentoring function affects organizational commitment. That is, increased friendship protecting function, career managing function, socio-psychological function and role model function results in increased organizational commitment.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of job stress factors on Coping Strategy' turnover intention, and to analyze the moderating effects of five personality factors between each job stress factor and turnover intention. To achieve this purpose, this study surveyed users of the Seoul and Gyeonggi in based on cluster sampling method. A total of 262 samples were used for this study, except 18 erroneous samples dropped. For the data process of the questionnaire, each answer content was coded and an element analysis, credibility analysis, frequency analysis, co-relationship analysis and regression analysis were performed using the SPSS version 18.0 of Angel for Windows. Through the data analysis following the research methods above, the conclusion was acquired as follows: First, thejob stress of the security personnel affect coping behavior. Second, in the effects of Security Agents Job Stress on Coping Strategy, Five Personality Factors showed moderating effects.

In this paper, we propose an Arduino-based effective home security monitoring system. Proposed home security monitoring system consists of arduino which is inexpensive main processor, ultrasonic sensor and human body detection sensor to detect whether someone breaks into home. Data from ultrasonic sensor and human body detection sensor are transmitted to web server via ethernet shield connected to arduino. Web server checks whether someone breaks into home by using stored data from ultrasonic sensor and human body detection sensor. Snapshot is photographed via webcam connected by using JQuery. Photographed snapshot is stored in web server as image file. A user can monitor in web or smart device environment by using HTML5, CSS and Canvas. When examining efficiency of proposed home security monitoring system, it was found that proposed system is easier to be made than existing home security system and is cost effective by using arduino and is efficient and convenient and stable as it enables a user to handle an error in person and it uses reliable data.

The purpose of this study was conducted to examine how human resource flexibility of security workers affects organizational performance and innovation behavior. A total of 350 copies of questionnaires were collected and collected in 340 copies of the security workers. A total of 335 questionnaires, except 5, which were unsatisfactory in the questionnaire or whose answers were missing, were analyzed for frequency, correlation, and multiple regression using the SPSS 19.0 program.The following conclusions were drawn. First, the flexibility of human resources of security workers has a positive effect on organizational performance. Second, human resource flexibility of security workers has a positive effect on innovation behavior. Third, the organizational performance of security workers has a positive effect on innovation behavior. In other words, both human resource flexibility and organizational performance are crucial factors for innovation behavior, and organizational performance plays an important role in innovation behavior. In conclusion, for the development of the security industry, it is necessary to manage human resource flexibility in order to develop and motivate innovation capability through education and continuous training of workers.

In this paper, we propose an Raspberry Pi2-based smart home security monitoring system. Proposed home security monitoring system was configured using a relatively tractable main processor raspberry pi2, ultrasonic sensors, and PIR sensors. In addition, The picamera is compatible with raspberry pi2 was connected to the servo motor. And by driving the attacker's location the video was recording. The Web server stores data of the recorded image and the sensor, and provides a web page to enable the monitoring at all remote locations. When examining efficiency of proposed home security monitoring system it was found that proposed system is easier to be made than existing home security system and is able to minimize the blind spot of the camera by using servo motor and is efficient and convenient and stable as it enables a user to handle an error in person and it uses reliable data.

Since mechanical security systems are mostly composed of electronic, information and communication devices, they have effects in the aspects of overall social environment and crime-oriented environment. Also, the importance is increasing for wireless recognition of RFID and tracing function, which will be usefully utilized in controlling the incomings and outgoings of people/vehicles or allowance, surveillance and control. This is resulting from the increase in the care for the elderly according to the overall social environment, namely, the aging society, and the number of women entering, as well as the increase in the number of heinous crimes. The purpose of this study is to examine the theoretical considerations on ubiquitous sensor network and present a direction for securities companies for their development by focusing on the technological and application areas. To present strategies of response to a new environment for security companies, First, a diversification strategy is needed for security companies. The survival of only high level of security companies in accordance with the principle of liberal market competition will bring forth qualitative growth and competitiveness of security market. Second, active promotion by security companies is needed. It is no exaggeration to say that we are living in the modern society in the sea of advertisements and propaganda. The promotional activities that emphasize the areas of activity or importance of security need to be actively carried out using the mass media to change the aware of people regarding security companies, and they need to come up with a plan to simultaneously carry out the promotional activities that emphasize the public aspect of security by well utilizing the recent trend that the activities of security agents are being used as a topic in movies or TV dramas. Third, technically complementary establishment of ubiquitous sensor network and electronic tag is needed. Since they are used in mobile electronic tag services such as U-Home and U-Health Care, they are used throughout our lives by forming electronic tag environment within safe ubiquitous sensor network based on the existing privacy guideline for the support of mobile electronic tag terminal commercialization, reduction in communication and information usage costs, continuous technical development and strengthening of privacy protection, and the system of cooperation of academic-industrial-research needs to be established among the academic world and private research institutes for these parts.

The purpose of this study is to closely examine the effect of exercise behavior change of casino securities on their physical self-description. This observation takes place in casino enterprises in Seoul, Busan, Kangwon and Jeju. Within these areas, we have selected companies with more than 30 securities. Among 450 persons sampling unit, we have excluded 77 copied which seem to be insincere, and actually used 373 copies in this study. Evaluation forms are used as a study method; each form consists of continuance 5 points Likert scales and nominal/proportional scaling and used after excluding a test through the analysis of validity and reliability. After encoding and inputting the framing completed data along with each purpose, it was computerized by computer process, making use of SPSS 15.0 version. Through the data analysis according to these methods and procedures, the result on this study is described below. First, the exercise behavior according to socio-demographic characteristics. Second, the decision-making balance according to socio-demographic characteristics. Third, the self-efficacy according to socio-demographic characteristics. Fourth, the physical self-concept according to socio-demographic characteristics. Fifth, the exercise behavior influence indirectly on the physical self-concept throughout the decision-making balance and self-efficacy.

The purpose of this research is to establish the effects of the welfare benefits for security agents on the organizational commitment and the job satisfaction. To achieve this purpose, data were collected from 288 security agents of the security companies located in Seoul and Gyeonggi regions using the welfare benefit, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction scale, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The conclusion obtained from the results of the analysis is as follows : First, it was the difference in welfare benefits, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, depending on individual characteristics of the security agents. Second, it was found that the cultural support, facilities support, economic support, and life support of welfare benefits had positive effects on the organizational commitment of security agents, and the conclusion that the welfare benefit factors are important to increase the organizational commitment was derived. Third, it was found that the cultural support, facilities support, economic support, and life support of welfare benefits had positive effects on the job satisfaction of security agents, and the conclusion that satisfying the welfare benefits is a way to raise the job satisfaction was derived.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of customer aggression on the job stress and emotional burnout of security guards in casino. Investigating tools used questionnaire, the sampling was drawn from security guards at 6 casinos which had more than 30 security guards. To this study, the partisans of the study were 269 people. Data for creation for questionnaire is completely computed processing and using SPSS 15.0 Windows that is social studies scholastic mantle command program after imputed encoding according to each purpose. Analyzing techniques to use for analysis of data enforced technology figure analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis. Through data analysis by such method and procedure, conclusion that gets in this research is as following. First, exposure that is difference that keep in mind partially as result that verify difference of aggression according to demographical features, job stress and emotional burnout that is security guard's in casino. Second, exposure that is difference that keep in mind as statistical as result that verify effect that customer aggression gets in job stress of security guards in casino. Third, exposure that is difference that keep in mind as statistical as result that verify effect that customer aggression gets in emotional burnout of security guards in casino.
