Drone was originally developed for air force aircraft or missile exercise shooting targets, and is being considered as the entire unmanned aircraft to the public. The core concept of a drone can be divided into 'unmanned' and 'aircraft'. However, there are many questions about whether the Fourth Industrial Revolution, expressed as a convergence scientific innovation, is appropriate at a time when smart cities are proposed as a concept of new urban spatial formation, and the role of self-driving vehicles, including drones, is being emphasized within the new urban integrated transport system. In this study, the concept of the existing drones was analyzed for the development process, definitions in each country's laws, and the results of the preceding research to present a concept suitable for future society and a unified term. It is not desirable to define a drone for the purpose of a country, an institution, or an operating entity, depending on the circumstances of the era. It is more reasonable to find the concept of a drone based on human life than in the traditional way, and more reasonable considering the development of the drones in the future. Subsequent studies should be more detailed, more data and research results analyzed, and discussed areas that were not covered in this study. Based on this, research should also be conducted on a variety of topics, including legislation, preparation of operational regulations, and related industrial processes and regulations.
Many of the modern animations have 3D technology, and as time goes by, their production technology becomes more diverse and sophisticated. When John Alan Lasseter insisted on studying CG animation technology, he might have taken our jobs to the computer in the near future, as many people were worried about. It may be premature to worry that an unstable future may become a reality at this point, but I do not think there will be any difference in the fact that many animations are being produced using 3D technology. Since the Toy Story was screened in 1995, the 3D animation production technology has started to develop rapidly and now it has been elaborately developed so that it can not distinguish the part where computer graphics technology is applied from the live film. On the other hand, Disney's 2D animation part falls into the decline path because the appearance of 3D animation was perceived as a new expression technique at that time, and the efficiency of the work process was superior to the 2D animation in addition to receiving the attention from the audience. Is it necessary to accept the retrogression of 2D animation technology, reflecting the environment of the animation industry that 3D animation production technology has become mainstream in the first 20 years since the first theatrical works appeared? Since 2D animation technology has a long history and is still attractive to the audience, it is not hard to find an attempt to combine 2D and 3D animation technology. In this paper, I want to study 2D hand - drawn character in 3D animation. Through this, it is hoped that animation convergence technology will be applied more actively in the future.
This paper is to introduce an article published in Rock Mechanics and Rock Engineering, 2003. In this research, a fracture mechanics model is developed to illustrate the importance of time-dependence far brittle fractured rock. In particular a model is developed fer the time-dependent degradation of rock joint cohesion. Degradation of joint cohesion is modeled as the time-dependent breaking of intact patches or rock bridges along the joint surface. A fracture mechanics model is developed utilizing subcritical crack growth, which results in a closed-form solution for joint cohesion as a function of time. As an example, a rock block containing rock bridges subjected to plane sliding is analyzed. The cohesion is found to continually decrease, at first slowly and then more rapidly. At a particular value of time the cohesion reduces to value that results in slope instability. A second example is given where variations in some of the material parameters are assumed. A probabilistic slope analysis is conducted, and the probability of failure as a function of time is predicted. The probability of failure is found to increase with time, from an initial value of 5% to a value at 100 years of over 40%. These examples show the importance of being able to predict the time-dependent behavior of a rock mass containing discontinuities, even for relatively short-term rock structures.
As family types have been diverse, patterns of living and living space became diverse as much as users are. Therefore, it is needed to provide various remodeled design of living space corresponding to changes of users'living patterns, and to provide these remodeling process to users directly on the web. In this paper, use scenario for the Internet-based Virtual Apartment Remodeling Simulator is researched as an export system to remodel space in accordance with users diverse lifestyle paradigm and the website is developed. The study consists of four parts. First, the general concept of remodeling, including the range and types of remodeling, are defined, and the misleading terms in this field are reviewed and organized by secondary research Second, fixed factors and variable factors are differentiated in the complex building for residence and business that was decided as a basic building type in this study. Third, there needed a database for consulting, final material, pre-estimation real estimation for simulation of remodeling. This database was introduced along with floor plan and elevation. Finally, the remodeling simulator is presented by the case study developed on the web. The system structure and use scenario are also presented. In order to present and inspect design alternatives, prototype was produced. The Final simulator was enhanced by defeating problems regarding interface efficiency and missing information of existing online site.

So significant and continual developments must be made in the aspect of the national identity and image promotion as well as for producing added value by commercializing the designs in the manner of discriminating against other cultures. The "Taeguek" patterns, Which stands for harmony and prosperity, have been used in the Korean buildings and in the small tolls for practical lives of Korean people from the old times. Recently we are asked to develop a variety of cultural assets for lots of international event held these days. So this research is trying to apply the patterns of "Taeguek" to our reality, the division of the Korean peninsular. In the doctrine of the five natural elements, although Um and Yang are incompatible, they can be combined and then lead to a mutual harmony by accomplishing a good balance. Just in the same way, the South and North, which seem incompatible by appearance, can live together and eventually be united. For this purpose this article explore understanding on the theosophy of Rudolf Steiner in the insufficient research until now. The theosophy of Rudolf Steiner in this article is investigated with the understanding of Triune God, human, and educational arts. The understanding of triune God is identified as the critiques to the view point of materialism, the meaning of logos in the scripture of John, the Christ as the foundation of all creatures. The understanding of human being is distinguished as the nature of body, soul, and spirit in the theosophy. Especially the nature of spirit is to see the invisible in the visible things through the eyes of mind that means esoteric spirituality not unrealistic spirituality of monasticism but integrative spirituality of overcoming the dualism between spirit and material. The educational characteristics for the integrative spirituality and imagination is called as the educational arts by Rudolf Steiner. The educational arts includes contents of the soul life, the education of freedom with individuality, and integrative education. The educational arts intends to the wholistic education with harmonious interaction of intellect, feeling, and willing to equip the individual human being in the spirit. And the educational arts educates with the harmony of story, play, art, and integrative curriculum of subject contents. The educational arts is to intend for reformation in christian education including church school and alternative school, etc. The Waldorf school needs to emphasizing the christian spirituality in the educational arts.

With the development of quantum computer, the development of the quantum-inspired search method applying the features of quantum mechanics and its application to engineering problems have emerged as one of the most interesting research topics. This algorithm stores information by using quantum-bit superposed basically by zero and one and approaches optional values through the quantum-gate operation. In this process, it can easily keep the balance between the two features of exploration and exploitation, and continually accumulates evolutionary information. This makes it differentiated from the existing search methods and estimated as a new algorithm as well. Thus, this study is to suggest a new minimum weight design technique by applying quantum-inspired search method into structural optimization of planar truss. In its mathematical model for optimum design, cost function is minimum weight and constraint function consists of the displacement and stress. To trace the accumulative process and gathering process of evolutionary information, the examples of 10-bar planar truss and 17-bar planar truss are chosen as the numerical examples, and their results are analyzed. The result of the structural optimized design in the numerical examples shows it has better result in minimum weight design, compared to those of the other existing search methods. It is also observed that more accurate optional values can be acquired as the result by accumulating evolutionary information. Besides, terminal condition is easily caught by representing Quantum-bit in probability.

Nature of Science(NOS) has been a well-organized focus of science education and one of the key elements in defining and cultivating scientific literacy for more than a century. In recent years, a specific description of NOS, which is often known as 'the consensus view of NOS', has become very influential and has gained ready acceptance as an arrangement for both curriculum building and research into understanding of NOS by students and teachers in many countries around the world. This study has two purposes; one is to review some debates and criticism on the consensus view of NOS which consists of a list of sentences to describe nature of refined and general science, which have been heated up for the last few years by many prominent science education researchers, and the other is to consider alternative perspectives on NOS for the purpose of a new direction of NOS education. As a result of an investigation into such views as 'Teaching about NOS', 'Critical NOS', 'Critical Thinking-NOS', 'Whole Science', 'Features of Science' and 'Reconceptualized Family Resemblance Approach to NOS', some implications which focus on the generality and plurality of content knowledge of NOS based on current philosophy of science and sociology of scientific knowledge are suggested for the improvement of teaching and learning NOS.

Given the recent trend of natural planting, the recognized needs for new landscaping plants that have advantages in terms of climate change and maintenance, and expected increases in demands for grasses in Korea, this study is intended to investigate from the design point of view the techniques to use grasses and their significance through garden design by Piet Oudolf who is attracting international interests with the use of perennial plants and grasses and is leading the trends in modern planting design, thereby answering the question: how to best use grasses in landscaping spaces? The characteristics of Oudolf's garden design using grasses are summarized in the following conclusions: First, Oudolf combines perennial plants and grasses to make one-to-one correspondences or express expanded drifts. Here grasses mainly serve as an element to change over to other spaces or as a connecting element between image transitions. Second, the brown color and texture of grasses represent Oudolf's considerations on the temporal continuity of gardens. They express the lyricism and pictorialism of autumn and winter. Third, grasses serve to set layers in wide areas resulting in discordance between viewpoints and circulations. Oudolf repeatedly cross perennial plants and grasses using matrices, islands and distributed layering. Here grasses are used to express abstractive meanings in the settings of scenes.

Though a dozen of different software life cycle models are suggested, there is no universal model which can satisfy all the characteristics of software. Organizations mix and match different life cycle models to develop a model more tailored for their systems and capabilities. We suggest overlapped-concurrent development life cycle model that is more suitable in various software development environment. Firstly, we divided the development process into abstract and implementation stage. Abstract stage is from software concept phase to detailed design starting time, and implementation stage is from detailed design phase to system testing phase. Next, the abstract stage introduced the overlapped phase concept that begins the next phase when the step is completed 20% by applying pareto's law. In the implementation stage, we introduced the concurrent development which the several phases are performed some time as when one use-case (UC) is completed the next development phase is started immediately. The proposed model has an advantage that it can reduce the inefficiency of development resource greatly. This model can increase the customer satisfaction with a great product at a low cost and on a short schedule. Also, this model can contribute to increase the software development success rate.
