분산형 공급체인에서 정보시스템 개선이 주는 영향

  • 분산형 공급체인(Supply Chain) 시스템에서 각 기업체의 주문처리 과정에서의 지연은 시스템에게 많은 비용을 발생시키게 된다. 이러한 물질과 정보의 흐름을 효과적으로 관리하는 것이 바로 공급체인관리(SCM: Supply Chain Management)의 기본적인 목적이다. 또한, 항시 존재하는 정보의 지연이 공급체인 내의 여러 기업에 주는 영향이나 SCM에 미치는 효과는 매우 크다. 소매업, 도매업, 물류센터, 제조공장 등으로 이어지는 공급체인에서 정보시스템의 개선 등으로 주문처리 과정이 단축되면 분산형 시스템에서 각 디비젼의 재고량과 비용 면에서 얼마만큼의 변화가 있는지는 연구해 볼 필요가 있다. 이 논문에서는 공급체인 전체를 하나의 통합된 개체로 보고 이를 최적화하고자 하는 경영 방식인 SCM(Supply Chain Management)에서 기업들의 재고변화와 비용 면에서 주문처리 지체가 얼마만큼의 영향이 있는지 알아보며, 두 가지의 정보지연 개선 방안을 가지고 시나리오를 설정하여 30주의 고객 수요를 가지고 실험분석을 한다. 그것을 통해서 SCM(Supply Chain Management)의 비용최소화 전략 수립에 밑바탕이 되는 대안들을 연구결과로 제안한다.

  • 실시간 시스템은 논리적 정확성뿐만 아니라 시간적 정확성을 요구한다. 시간적 정확성을 만족시키기 위해서 실시간 시스템의 설계자는 작업들의 스케줄 가능성에 대한 연구를 선행하여야 한다. 스케줄 가능성 분석을 위해 작업들에 대한 실행 시간 예측이 필요하다 작업들의 실행 시간 예측을 위한 방법으로 측정과 정적 분석이 연구되었다. 측정 및 정적 분석은 비용 및 막장성에 문제점을 지니고 있고 실시간 시스템의 발전을 따라가지 못하여 분석 결과의 정확성이 만족스럽지 못하다. 본 논문에서는 정적 분석을 단일 시스템이 아닌 분산 실시간 시스템에 적용할 수 있는 확장된 정적 분석 도구의 개발을 위해 분산 실시간 시스템으로 전환에 의해 발생되는 통신 영향 요소의 분석 및 통신 영향 요소 분석기를 설계한다. 실행 시간에 영향을 미치는 요소들의 분석을 통해 원시 프로그램에서 자동적으로 예측된 실행 시간의 정확도와 신뢰도를 높인다.

The Impacts of Convergence Hospital Information System Quality on Satisfaction and Performance (융복합 병원정보시스템 품질이 시스템 만족과 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose a success model for hospital information system(HIS) based on the information system success model proposed by DeLone and McLearn. This study was conducted to examine the relationships among hospital information system quality such as information quality, system quality, and service quality, user satisfaction, individual performance, and hospital performance. The information quality was examined as accuracy and timeliness, the system quality as security and reliability, and the service quality as convenience and playfulness. We collected 209 questionnaires from hospital employees from October to December 2020, analyzed the structural equation model using AMOS 25. According to the analysis results, The information accuracy in the hospital information system had an effect on user satisfaction, but the timeliness did not. System security and reliability affected user satisfaction, but convenience did not. On the other hand, enjoyment had a positive effect on user satisfaction, and user satisfaction was found to have a positive effect on individual and hospital performance. The results of this study will be able to provide meaningful guidelines for researchers and practitioners in healthcare as well as hospital information systems.

  • The study has been derived through the empirical analysis so as to find the Continuous Usage of Electronic Official Document 24 System. Total of 236 questionnaires were analysis to users who used or experienced the Electronic Official Document 24 System. As a result of the analysis First Accuracy, Convenience, and Security have a positive(+) effect on Ease of Use. However, Compatibility and Innovation were not effect on Ease of Use Second, Accuracy, Convenience, Security, and Innovation have a positive(+) effect on Perceived Usefulness. However, Compatibility was not effect on Perceived Usefulness. Third, Behavioral Costs have a positive(+) effect Continuous Intention and perceived ease of use positively affects perceived usefulness and Continuous Intention. Finally, perceived usefulness also has a positive effect on the Continuous Intention.

  • 본 논문은 정보시스템의 도입에 따라 기업의 현재 정보시스템이 잘 운영되고 있는가 또는 얼마나 이익을 얻었는가 등을 따져보는 것이다. 기업이 얻는 이익은 수치나 화폐 액으로 표시할 수 있는 것도 있고 그렇지 않은 것도 있는데, 정보시스템의 평가는 이 둘 모두를 대상으로 한다. 정보시스템의 평가는 시스템 도입 이전에 할 수 도 있고 시스템이 도입되고 난 뒤에 실시할 수도 있다. 그러나 대개의 경우 시스템이 도입된 후에 주기적으로 실시하게 된다. 정보시스템에 부여된 여러 가지 변화 즉, 기술의 발달과 적용업무의 다변화에 의해 정보시스템실의 조직도 단순조직에서 여러 가지 복잡한 기능을 가진 다기능 중심의 조직으로 변화되었고 정보시스템실의 관리자는 하드웨어, 소프트웨어 및 네트워크를 이해하고 정보시스템이 최대한 효율적으로 운용이 될 수 있도록 이끌어 가는 역할을 해야만 할 것이다. 정보시스템의 평가는 여러 가지 측면을 가지고 있다. 정보시스템 자체의 용량이나 처리속도로만 정보시스템을 평가하기는 어렵다. 정보 시스템을 평가할 때에는 정보시스템의 개인에의 영향, 나아가서 기업에의 영향 등 수 많은 요소를 고려하여야 한다. 본 연구에서 이러한 문제를 다루어 보고자 한다.

A Study on the Effect of Food Service Franchise's Support System on Franchisee's Trust, Financial Performance and Intention of Multi-Store Operation (외식 프랜차이즈 가맹본부의 지원시스템이 가맹점 신뢰와 재무적 성과 그리고 다점포 운영의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of food service franchise's support system on franchisee's trust, financial performance and intention of multi-store operation. For this purpose, the results of the survey were collected for 111 small and mid-sized food service franchisees in Korea with less than 100 brand franchises, referring to article 9 of the act on Fair Trade. Structural equation model analysis was used for hypothesis testing. The results of the study are as follows; First, a support for store development, education, logistics, and supervisors among franchise's support system were found to have a significant impact on the franchisee's trust, but public relations support was not significantly affected. Second, a support for store development had significant influence on the financial performance, but the support for education, logistics, supervisors and public relations did not significantly affect the financial performance. Third, franchisee's trust has been shown to have a significant impact on financial performance and intention of multi-store operation. Fourth, financial performance was shown to have a significant impact on the intention of multi-store operation. Finally, confirming the mediated effects of financial performance on the effect of franchisee's trust and intention of multi-store operations also proved to have indirect effects. This study identified the impact relationship between the small and medium-sized food service franchise support system, franchisee's trust, financial performance and intention of multi-store operation. In particular, it is deemed meaningful that the performance of Korea's small and medium-sized food service franchises and the relationship of influence that can grow together through the qualitative growth of the franchise's system.

Effects of Information System Quality on the Technology Acceptance Model and User Intention (정보시스템품질이 기술수용모형과 사용자의도에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, in order to find out how the quality factors of information system affected the technology acceptance model and user intention, the importance of IT security which had been recently emerged by including the security in the system, information and service is considered as the factors of information system quality. To verify how the information system quality affected the technology acceptance model and user intention, the study was conducted with expanded information system by classifying the technology acceptance model with perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use and classifying user intention with acceptance and utilization whether user had only acceptance intention or both acceptance and utilization intentions. The study results are as follows. First, the hypothesis that quality factors of information system affected the technology acceptance model significantly was partially adopted. Second, the hypothesis that the technology acceptance model affected user intention significantly was adopted.

  • This research aims at investigating the factors determining the success of knowledge management system(KMS) in research organizations. Based on the literature survey and the general framework of IS success model, a new comprehensive model which is customized to the context of KMS is proposed. Some organizational support factors and an individual personality variable that moderates the relationship between predictors and the success factors are also integrated to the new model. A proposed model was tested by the technique of structural equation modeling using survey data from the employees in research organization. The results revealed that KMS quality had the strongest impact on the KMS success measured by perceived usefulness and user satisfaction and KMS use. The moderating effect of an individual personality factor, organization-based self esteem is also founded in the research.

  • In recent years, there has been growing interest among academics and practitioners in improving information system effectiveness of manufacturing firms in Korea. This study is conducted to find critical factors which influence information system effectiveness of manufacturing firms in Korea. The result of this study shows that (1) use of information system for decision-making and (2) use of information system for buyer - supplier relationship and (3) support of top management are very important to increase information system effectiveness. In addition, this study provides information system effectiveness of small manufacturing firms are regarded inferior to large manufacturing firms in Korea.

  • This study looked into these companies and organizations that were working with the knowledge management system in order to verify how practically such introduction of the knowledge management system would affect the organizational performances. The purpose of this study is to present the strategic guidelines should to consider the introduction of the knowledge management system operated by the organization to analyze how factors affect the performance of the introduction of knowledge management systems are organized in empirical. According to the results, the sub-variables of the management factors such as learning organization, evaluation and reward system, organizational trust and knowledge-sharing activity had all the significant effects on the organizational performance, and of the sub-variables of the information technology factors, the information technology-based structure presented statistically significant results which confirmed that the structure itself also had an influence on the organizational performance. However, the study learned that both the information technology maturity and the system structural excellence had nothing to do with the organizational performance.
