This paper describes to experiments on the estimation of tourist images in Busan. Preliminary tasks were performed to find out the condition of tourism souvenir and products proper to ocean city with situation in Busan. This survey analyzed by factor analysis taken in local residents, foreigners and other city. Result of factor analysis shows that the local residents and others think of Busan as similar image both. Outsider recognized Busan to tourist attractions of seaside environment and tourist facilities, and have good image of sightseeing and shopping in city. The local people remind Busan as progressive, feels sweet, activity, friendly image beside that foreign tourist remind as clean, modern, abundant, and others think as stable, changing, novelty, friendly. To abstract 8 factors among the images, take out of relevance to condition of tourist and image factors. Important factors for development of tourist industry in Busan are a feeling safe, clean, novelty in priority. And find way that enhancing image to abundant, friendly, activity were proper to tourist industry.

This study will examine the social issues and consumer awareness of sharing parking through the method text mining. In this experiment, the topic by keyword was extracted and analyzed using TFIDF (Term frequency inverse document frequency) and LDA (Latent dirichlet allocation) technique. As a result of categorization by topic, citizens' complaints such as local government agreements, parking space negotiations, parking culture improvement, citizen participation, etc., played an important role in implementing shared parking services. The contribution of this study highly differentiated from previous studies that conducted exploratory studies using corporate and regional cases, and can be said to have a high academic contribution. In addition, based on the results obtained by utilizing the LDA analysis in this study, there is a practical contribution that it can be applied or utilized in establishing a sharing economy policy for revitalizing the local economy.

This study started from an understanding that a true welfare society requires voluntary 'sharing' of citizens in addition to the state's legal and institutional security and that to make the culture of sharing find a firm ground in our society, 'Philanthropic Education' is needed from the childhood. This study examined three issues; first suggested the need of philanthropic education and learning methods. secondly, to find out the present situations of sharing in Korea, the study looked into sharing cultures and philanthropic education in other countries. thirdly, the study explored ways of philanthropic education for elementary school students of Korea in literature based program methods. The structure of the program was designed as structured experimental group program. And the content of this program is composed of concepts, objects, process, institutions regarding philanthropy, and finally practical behavior of it. This study implies that discussions in taking root and revitalizing the philanthropic education to encourage prosocial behaviors of children by more efforts of family, community and school.

Ubiquitous City(U-City) is spotlighted for the new paradigm to solve the problem of urbanization using ICT technology. However, due to the lower profit and the insufficient of citizen-experience service, ubiquitous service(U-Service) is perceived negatively. In this sense, a study for user-centric profitable service development is needed. This study, as a basic research for the development of U-service, is conducted to identify the factors which are affected to acceptance of the U-Service. Technology Acceptance Model is applied for the basic model of the research. The model is modified by the U-City characteristic which has user, technology, and service perspective. The proposed model is empirically tested using survey data collected from 600 citizens of 7 U-City. Structural equation modeling is employed to test the research hypotheses. The survey analysis results are able to apply for basic research of U-Service design, and provide theoretical and practical implications.

This study analyzes the effect of leadership styles (transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and servant leadership) of CEOs at small and medium-sized enterprises on the organizational effectiveness of the employees (organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior). A survey was conducted on 573 employees of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises in the electric, electronic, and IT industries, and the data was used to perform statistical analysis. As the result, charisma of transformational leadership, individual consideration, emotional healing of servant leadership, wisdom, and stewardship were shown to have positive effect on the organizational commitment. Furthermore, charisma of transformational leadership, exceptional management of transactional leadership, wisdom of servant leadership, and stewardship were shown to have positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

The purpose of this study is to develop a media literacy education model that helps public librarians plan and operate media literacy education programs in South Korea. To develop the model, a mixed methods study consisting of a literature review, a survey of librarians, and interviews with professors, public librarians, and media literacy instructors was conducted, Additionally, an expert advisory committee was formed and consulted to obtain opinions on the developed model. As a result of survey and interviews, public libraries and librarians are perceived to have a responsibility to improve citizens' media literacy, and public libraries are recognized as the best educational institution to achieve that goal. By reflecting on the literature review and analysis of the research findings, the research team developed, and presents herein, a media literacy education model that includes educational objectives, core competencies, educational targets, media types, and roles and functions for each educational subject.

The purpose of this study is to find methods for building the community in poor residential environments. We analyze the public art project, "The Rose of Sharon Blooms," in Daejeon. To understand the project we interviewed artists, curators, local residents, and visitors, about three aspects of public art: visuality, speciality, and communication with citizens. These stakeholder interviews yielded valuable knowledge and insights: First, artworks created from the residents' recycled junk effectively harmonizes and unifies the citizens and their environment. Second, managing a gallery in the neighborhood symbolically values and explicates the public art project and thus enhanced the local identity. Third, public workshops in the neighborhood provide a venue for local citizens to communicate with visitors about the public arts, which eventually led to the welcoming atmosphere of the community. However, we found relatively little awareness of the need for partnership aspects among our interviewees, which suggests the importance of ongoing cooperation with other arts institutions and researchers to build vital cultural linkages and introduce varied art forms.

Based on surveys of Busan residents, this study aimed to analyze general perception: radiation knowledge, recognition of the standard of knowledge, radiation benefits, recognition of the risks of nuclear power, collection of information on the Fukushima nuclear accident, recognition of changes before and after the Fukushima nuclear accident, and the path of collecting information about nuclear power and radiation. This analysis was based on 414 people who reside in Busan metropolitan city. It has been found that the Busan metropolitan city residents acknowledged the necessity of radiation in principle, however, most have negative awareness relating to safety. It is assumed that this negative awareness is a result from past nuclear power plant accidents, rather than being based on their own knowledge of radiation. Therefore, it is considered that efforts to change people's awareness necessitate education of the public. This can be done via media, widening the range of people's knowledge, and furthermore, promoting changes within people's awareness and perspectives.

감사원장 자문기구인 부정방지대책위원회(위원장 서영훈)는 $\ulcorner$공사질서, 어떻게 확립할 것인가?$\lrcorner$ 라는 주제로 우리 사회가 하루빨리 청산해야할 부실공사의 추방대책을 모색하는 공개토론회를 지난 9월 6일 한국 프레스센터 국제회의장에서 이시윤 감사원장을 비롯한 관련기관 및 관련업계 종사자들이 참석한 가운데 개최했다. 특히 이번 공개토론회는 우리의 안전을 위협하고 나아가서는 국가 경쟁력을 잃게 하는 부실공사의 원인을 심층진단하고 그 방지대책으로 불합리한 제도의 개선과 아울러 시민들의 감사활동을 통한 공사질서확립 방안에 대한 슬기와 지혜를 널리 모으는 중요한 자리로 후손들에게 자랑스러운 건설문화를 넘겨줄 수 있도록 밝고 건전한 공사질서를 세우는 방안에 대한 많은 의견이 있었다. 이날 이시윤 감사원장은 $\ulcorner$부실공사는 우리의 생명과 안전을 위협하고 국제적 위신을 실추시키며 국가경쟁력을 읽게 하는 부끄러운 폐습으로서 하루빨리 치유해야 할 망국병$\lrcorner$이라면서 $\ulcorner$감사원은 21세기 우리의 밝은 미래 창조를 가로막고 있는 이러한 부실공사 문제의 심각성을 인식하고 이의 근절을 최우선 과제로 정하여 감사원의 모든 감사역량을 부실공사 추방을 위한 감사활동에 기울여 왔다$\lrcorner$고 밝혔다. 또한 이시윤 감사원장은 $\ulcorner$지난해에 이어 올해는 건설환경 개선 및 품질혁신의 해로 선언하고 국민 불안감 해소를 위하여 주요시설물의 안전성 점검과 건설산업 개방에 대비한 대외경쟁력 제고의 기틀을 마련하는데 총력을 기울여 나가고 있다$\lrcorner$면서 $\ulcorner$나아가 부실공사 기동점검반을 편성 운영하여 공공공사 현장을 수시 점검하여 부실을 역동성 있게 척결하는 체제도 구축하는 등의 계획을 갖고 있다$\lrcorner$고 밝혔다.

As to the research method for this study, it examines the conceptional understanding of organizational politics along with existing theories, prior research and prior models on the perception of organizational politics. Empirical analysis concerning the six hypothesis of the research, is carried out based upon returned questionnaires. The subjects of the survey were more than sergeant executive of 51 units R.O.K Army. Out of the 350 copies of the questionnaire, 323 copies were returned of which 294 were used for analysis. Results indicated that perceptions of organizational politics were negatively related to job attitudes(eg. job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior). The relationship between perceptions of organizational politics and organizational citizenship behavior was moderated by trust in supervisor. Finally, implications and future research suggestions are discussed.
