This study focuses on "Intellectual Freedom" based on the fundamental principles of library services. Particularly, this paper pursues to the legal foundations of "the freedom of expression". The American Library Association celebrates "the Banned Books Week" to draw attentions to the danger of banned books and censorship. This study also studies how "the banned books" are made by pursuing the definitions of "pornography" and "obscenity" in terms of the court's opinions of The Supreme Court of the United States and Korea. Recently, the top three reasons for the "banned books" are considered to "be sexually explicit", "contain offensive language" and "be unsuitable to age groups".

The purpose of this study is a survay and analysis about the curriculum for assistant librarian. for this pupose, first a literature study was done along with interviews with assistant libraian, second a questionnaries survay was conducted among professor, library administriatiors and assistant librarians, and the survey data were analysed by SAS packages.

바야흐로 4차 산업혁명의 시대가 도래하면서, 4차 산업혁명과 관련된 기술에 대한 관심 또한 나날이 높아져 가고 있다. 이런 시대적 상황에 맞춰, 본 연구에서는 웹 검색트래픽을 활용하여 4차 산업혁명 관련 기술의 국내 외 트렌드를 비교하고 관련된 기술에 대한 국내 정부R&D 과제 현황에 대해 분석해 보고자 한다. 본 분석은 먼저 관련 기술에 대한 정부 R&D 현황 과제 현황을 네트워크 분석하고 분석된 기술을 4차 산업혁명의 3가지 카테고리로 구분한다. 이후 카테고리별로 선별된 각각의 기술에 대해 구글의 웹 검색트래픽을 활용하여 관련된 기술의 국내 외 트렌드를 비교 분석한다. 본 연구를 통해 4차 산업혁명 관련 기술에 대한 과거와 현재의 관심 동향을 확인할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 또한, 해당 기술과 관련된 정부 R&D 과제 현황을 네트워크 분석하고 시각화하여 4차 산업혁명 관련 R&D 현황에 대한 직관적인 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 인류 최대의 혁명으로 정의되는 4차 산업혁명 기술에 대한 국내 외 트렌드 정보와 함께 현재까지 진행되어온 정부의 R&D 현황을 직관적으로 볼 수 있게 제공함으로써, 4차 산업혁명과 함께 다가오는 미래에 대한 올바른 정책 방향 설정에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Users in the Web 2.0 era, which is based on the convergence of wired and wireless technologies, tend to have a high regard for digital contents interactions, as compared to the technology experienced at the analog era. To boost the digital contents business, it is necessary to focus on the digital contents(DC) interactions based on user-centered thinking to satisfy user preferences. According to previous studies, this study classified DC interactions into three types: interaction between users, interactions between contents and users, and interactions between system and users. This study empirically verifies that DC interactions factors affect flow as well as DC flow influences the DC use intention.

This paper presumes the size and status of the deviation from S&T workforce career-path throughout the whole life cycle. For this purpose, we make a operational definition and analyzing framework for career departure of S&T workforce and then find out some results as followings. For example, the career departure is more serious in the utilization phase of S&T workforce than the training phase and the qualitative career departure is a still more important problem at both phase. Finally, we suggest some policy implications to solve these problems.

Many types of new Korean Firearms were developed during the reign of King Se Jong(1418$\sim$1450). After the Chong-Tong-Deung-Rok(1448), The Ju-hwa was renamed as the Sin-Gi-Jeon. There was four kinds of rocket propelled arrows : So(small), Chung(medium), Dae(large) and San-hwa(multiple bomblets)-Sin-Gi-Jeon. Dae-Sin-Gi-Jeon known to be the best and biggest of any rocket propelled arrows in the 15th century. This paper describes Yak-Tong(propellant case made by paper) of Dae-Sin-Gi-Jeon.

Despite people's expectation, COVID-19 has turned out to be a burden people have to carry for a while. The age of "Untact" has come. While many outdoor activites have been restricted, it is crucial to find other ways to maintain physical/mental health ideally indoors. As a mediative gesture, people are now taking notice of 'Console games', through which they can party, travel, and exercise in virtual reality even harder than in real life. In thesis, we will examine Nintendo Switch Consoles in relation to direction Korean game industry has to take to maintain people's physical/mental health.

Research on the method of calculating and estimating evapotranspiration has been steadily conducted. Various models have been developed according to different backgrounds, and each of these models has different characteristics such as required input data. Therefore, this study introduces the theoretical background and characteristics of evapotranspiration models and the development process of domestic research on evapotranspiration by era. First, the origin and theoretical background of the potential evapotranspiration models are summarized in addition to classifying them by input data. Then, the characteristics of the actual evapotranspiration estimation methods are summarized. Additionally, methods based on observation and methods using the rainfall-runoff models are summarized.

시대가 발전함에 따라 무선통신 기술인 사물인터넷이 점차 성장하고 있으며 모바일 중심으로 IT환경이 재편됨에 따라 전자상거래의 결제방식 또한 변화하고 있다. IT시대에 맞춰 개인의 실시간 위치정보를 기반으로 홍보할 수 있는 지능적 마케팅 수단으로 하이브리드 비콘을 활용하여 고객이 매장근처를 지나치거나 방문할 때, 프로모션 및 쿠폰 정보를 전송하여 실시간 마케팅이 가능하게 한다. 하이브리드 비콘은 고주파의 특성상 매장 안팎의 고객 위치를 정교하게 구분 및 제공할 수 있으며, 블루투스의 연결이 끊기더라도 일정시간 동안 마케팅 서비스를 제공하는 강점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 하이브리드 비콘의 고주파와 저전력에 대한 강점을 활용하여 오프라인 매장에서의 고객에게 프로모션 정보나 모바일 적립 서비스를 제공함으로서 오프라인 시장의 마케팅 및 O2O시장 성장을 목표로 한다.

This study was performed to study the factors appear to SMEs and how differently depending on the worker ranks at the convergence age. Additionally, numerous studies and results on the factors which affect the organization's performance was to individually different approach to integrated. Especially venture was divided by a factor of enterprises and transformational dynamics factors and commutative Dynamics factors and approaches in terms of the impact transformative dynamics of which factors are organizational commitment and job satisfaction. A transformational dynamism to the four factors were such as mission and strategy, CEO Leadership, Manager, leadership, organizational culture variables. The study was based on theoretical models of organizational development, Burke and Litwin (1992). They were classified as managers and production workers. By obtaining data from employees 630 people engaged in a total of nine manufacturers were analyzed. The average variable based on the organization's Burke and Litwin (1992) theory of transformational variables is one that Nana was aware of the organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. Correlation analysis transformational dynamics variables're having an impact on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, job position is found to have moderating effects.
