The emergence of environmental and social issues has led to global discussions for the realization of sustainable development. The purpose of this study is to propose a method of sustainable fashion design using waste Hanbok, focusing on men's Hanbok with cultural values. The study utilizes literature research and fashion design development. From the literature study, reform was judged to be a higher concept encompassing reduction, recycling, and upcycling. Reduction is a design method through removal, and recycling design transforms from its original form into a completely different product. Upcycling design focuses on improvement and change in functionality. Accordingly, nine redesigns using men's Hanbok were developed from which three were produced. Consequently, the reduction design demonstrated a small range of variation without changing the item, and cultural sustainability was confirmed through the design that removed the components and recombined the Hanbok. Second, recycling redesign can be reconstituted into a different item. Third, upcycling enables various designs through module assembly, which prolongs the lifespan of the product and confirms its value as a raw material for waste Hanbok. This study is meaningful in realizing sustainable fashion and suggesting practical measures for the sustainability of Korean traditional culture and creative fashion design planning.

This study analyzed results of the rounding guidance by applying the nutrition management check list at of the Center for Children's Foodservice Management (CCFM). Totally, 271 foodservices for children (65 institutional foodservices, 53 small scale foodservices, 153 family child care homes) were examined to identify the necessity of implementing a nutrition management strategy, and subsequently creating a priority list for nutrition management improvement measures. Of the 13 items examined in the nutrition management check list for children's foodservices from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, 8 performed well, with an overall performance rate of 90% or more. Improvement plans were required for items (all belonging to the menu area) such as 'Post menu on noticeboard at children's foodservice' (62.0%), 'Use the menu planned by dietician' (64.9%), 'Use menu suitable for recipients in children's foodservice' (76.8%), and 'Provide menu to parents' (79.0%)'. In the analysis of service size, the performance rate for 'Use menu suitable for recipients in children's foodservice' revealed a substantially lower result (P<0.01) for institutional foodservices (64.6%), as compared to small scale foodservices (71.7%) and family child care homes (83.7%). Since other check list items, did not show much differences by the service size, we ascertained it pointless to establish separate strategies based on different foodservice sizes.

본 연구는 액티브 시니어 골프참여자를 대상으로 지각된 환경적요인과 주관적 건강 및 활동적 노화에는 어떠한 관계가 있는지 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) 18.0과 AMOS(Analysis of Moment Structures) 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석과 상관관계분석을 실시하였고 모형을 설정한 뒤 구조방적식모형(Structural Equation Modeling)을 통하여 변인 간의 인과적 관계를 규명하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법과 연구모형 검증을 기초로 하여 본 연구에서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지각된 환경적요인은 활동적 노화에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 활동적 노화는 주관적 건강에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지각된 환경적요인은 주관적 건강에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지각된 환경적요인과 주관적 건강의 관계에서 활동적 노화는 매개하는 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문에서는 영상 편집이 익숙하지 않은 시니어 동영상 크리에이터를 위한 동영상 편집 시스템을 설명한다. 영상분석 기술을 이용하여 편집소스 동영상을 분석하여 각종 정보를 제공하고, 자동으로 일부 장면을 삭제한다. 사용자가 다수의 소스 콘텐츠를 입력하였을 때, RNN(Recurrent Neural Network) 기술을 기반으로 샷 단위로 분할하고, 이 중 동영상 편집에서 배제할 부분을 구분한다. 각 샷 별로 중요도를 계산하여 샷 단위로 자동 삭제가 가능하도록 한다. 중요도 계산을 위해서 동영상 초점 정보를 추출하여 활용하는데, 이는 초점이 맞지 않는 영상 또는 흔들린 영상을 배제할 수 있도록 한다. 이후 시스템은 객체 인식을 수행하고, 얼굴이 나온 영상에 대해서 감정, 나이, 성별 등의 정보를 추출하여 사용자에게 제공한다. 사용자는 이런 정보를 활용하여 동영상을 제작한다. 동영상에 자막을 삽입하는 등 동영상을 꾸미기 위한 기능들도 포함되어 있으며, 이런 기능들을 활용할 시, 사용자의 과거 정보를 이용해서 선호 디자인을 쉽게 찾을 수 있도록 앞서 배치하고 있다. 시니어 동영상 크리에이터들이 본 시스템을 통해서 쉽고 빠르게 동영상 콘텐츠를 제작할 수 있다.

In this study, a survey was conducted on the development of meal kits for children's foodservice to increase the convenience of the cooking process. It was performed among the foodservice managers in the 141 children's foodservice facilities registered in the Center for Children's Foodservice Management about meal-kits in Changwon areas. The survey results were analyzed according to the children's foodservice scale type. The biggest problem in a foodservice system was "difficult to purchase food ingredients directly every week" (38.4%) in small-scale children's foodservices, and "difficult to use the served menu without modification" (38.2%) in institutional children's foodservices (P<0.001). The most important factor when choosing the meal kit was "quality" (41.1%). Respondents on having an experience with using the meal kit were low at 34.8%, and the reasons for not using the meal kits were "expensive" (67.3%) and "not fresh food ingredients" (18.4%). The main reasons for not using children's foodservice meal kits were "expensiveness" (64.4%) and "necessity of adding disinfection process" (16.1%). Most of the reasons for not wanting to use children's foodservice meal kits were that they did not trust the safety of the meal kits. The use of meal kits in children's foodservices may reduce the preparation process and increase the efficiency of foodservice although the safety and quality of meal kits should be guaranteed. The appropriate hygiene management standards need to be set, and HACCP should be applied to develop meal kits for children's foodservices.

본 연구는 키오스크 이용 중단 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 살펴보기 위해 기술수용모델과 계획된행동이론을 통합한 연구 모델을 제시하였다. 시니어(50-70대) 소비자들을 대상으로 온라인 조사를 실시하였으며, 총 420명의 응답자료가 최종분석에 사용되었다. SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, 독립표본 t-검정, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 키오스크의 인지된 용이성, 인지된 행위 통제, 만족감에 대한 인식 수준이 여성보다 남성 집단에서 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 남성 집단에서 인지된 유용성과 만족도가 키오스크 이용 중단 의도를 감소시키는 반면, 감정 관성과 행동 관성이 키오스크의 이용 중단 의도를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 여성 집단에서 인지된 행동 통제가 키오스크의 이용 중단 의도를 감소시키는 반면, 행동 관성과 인지 관성이 키오스크의 이용 중단 의도를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 키오스크에 대한 시니어들의 인식을 이해하고, 키오스크 이용 중단 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 통해 키오스크 서비스 개선 방안을 마련하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 스마트 디바이스와 기술을 활용한 운동 사례와 이슈를 분석하고 기존의 실버세대와 달리 높은 활동력과 경제력을 지닌 액티브시니어의 웰니스 라이프에 적합한 향후 스마트 운동 환경의 발전 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 피트니스 산업에서도 필요한 운동도구나 서비스, 디지털 콘텐츠 등을 정기적으로 받아보거나 이용하는 구독경제가 확장되고 있는 추세이며, 하드웨어 판매와 콘텐츠 구독을 기반으로 한 비즈니스 모델이 계속 등장하고 있다. 액티브시니어에게 건강관리를 위한 통합적인 운동 서비스를 제공하는 플랫폼으로서의 가치경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서는 피트니스센터 뿐만 아니라 홈트레이닝 운동기구, 피트니스 관련 애플리케이션, 스마트 웨어러블 디바이스 시장 등이 유기적으로 연결되어 확장된 토털 플랫폼으로서의 모습을 이루어야 할 것이다. 개인별 건강상태에 알맞은 운동프로그램을 제안 받고 선택하여 운동 전, 후, 운동 중 웨어러블 디바이스를 통해 지속적인 모니터링과 피드백에 따른 운동프로그램에 실시간 변화를 주는 디지털 헬스케어 기능 연동이 스마트 피트니스 모델의 차별적 요소이다.

본 연구는 노인의 심리적 복지의 하위개념인 자아존중감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 노년기 일자리 참여요인과 인구사회학적 특성, 경제특성, 건강특성을 포함한 노인의 일반적 특성요인을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 자료 수집은 구조화된 설문지를 이용 일대일 면접을 통해 이루어졌으며, 노인일자리사업 참여노인 145명과 비참여노인 150명을 분석대상으로 선정하였다. 분석방법으로는 t-test, ANOVA, 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 노년기 일자리 참여집단(38.93점) 노인들이 비참여집단(33.19점) 노인들에 비해 자아존중감 수준이 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 높게 나타났다. 일자리 참여특성별로 살펴보면, 자아존중감은 '참여기간'과 '경제적 도움정도'에 의해 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한, 일반적 특성요인들과 일자리 참여여부 요인을 중심으로 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 자아존중감에 대한 설명력은 29.8%이며, '일자리 참여여부'와 '주수입원', '주관적 건강상태'가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 일자리 참여여부가 자아존중감에 가장 큰 영향력을 가진 변인으로 나타나 노년기 심리적 복지에 기여하는 중요한 요인임을 시사하고 있다.

This study examined how the motivational language of instructors in senior fashion model classes affects learners' achievement goal orientation and interpersonal competence, as well as their intention to continue participating. The participants in this study were active seniors aged 50 and above, and the analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM and bootstrapping for mediation effects. It was found that autonomous motivation had a significant impact on task achievement goals and interpersonal competence, but not on ego achievement goals. On the other hand, controlled motivation only had a significant impact on ego achievement goals. Additionally, interpersonal competence had a significant impact on the intention to continue participating, and task achievement goals were found to mediate the relationship between autonomous motivation and interpersonal competence. This study aimed to promote understanding of the importance of instructors' motivational language in senior fashion model education and learners' psychology and to provide information that can help develop a fashion-related leisure activity curriculum. It also suggests efficient instructional directions for instructors in senior education, and it is expected to be utilized in the development of fashion-related leisure activity program curricula in the future.

본 연구는 저온, 상압, 긴 시간에 추출되는 더치 coffee grounds에 대하여 상대적으로 고온, 고압, 짧은 시간에 추출되는 에스프레소 coffee grounds와 비교하여 화장품 소재로서 가능성을 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 본 저자들은 더치 coffee grounds의 에탄올 추출물을 사용하여 항산화, 주름개선, 항균효과에 대한 생물학적 활성 평가를 수행하였다. 총 폴리페놀 화합물 함량은 더치 coffee grounds 추출물의 경우 $90.39{\pm}0.04mg/g$로 $64.96{\pm}0.38mg/g$의 에스프레소 coffee grounds 추출물보다 더 높은 결과를 나타났으며, 참고로 기준물질인 원두 coffee beans 추출물은 $113.63{\pm}0.22mg/g$을 나타내었다. DPPH 라디칼 소거능 및 SOD 유사 활성능 결과에서 기준물질인 원두 coffee bean 추출물에 대하여, 더치 coffee grounds 추출물이 에스프레소 coffee grounds 추출물 보다 좋은 소거능이 제시되었다. Elastase 활성 저해능을 측정 결과에서 원두 coffee bean 추출물을 기준으로, 더치 coffee grounds 추출물이 에스프레소 coffee grounds 추출물 보다 높은 저해능을 나타냈다. 또한 항균 활성 측정 결과에서는 더치 coffee grounds 추출물은 Escherichia coli, Bacillus, Propionibacterium acnes에서 항균 효과가 나타났으며 기준물질인 원두 coffee bean 추출물과 clear zone 크기의 차이가 거의 없었다. 상기 실험 결과로부터 더치 coffee grounds의 우수한 항산화, 주름개선, 항균효능을 확인하였으며 향후 천연 화장품 원료로 사용될 가능성을 확인하였다.
