차세대 IT·OT 융복합 사이버훈련장 구축 연구

  • 사이버위협의 증가로 사이버보안 역량을 강화할 수 있는 사이버훈련에 대한 요구가 점점 증가하고 있다. 사이버훈련이란 개인의 사이버보안 역량 강화 및 사이버공격에 대한 조직적 대응을 단련하는 일련의 행위를 가리킨다. 최근 IT 영역에서 실생활과 밀접한 관계가 있는 OT 영역으로 사이버공격 범위가 늘어나 그 피해는 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해 이들 사이버공격에 대비한 사이버훈련이 필요하며, IT 위주에서 OT를 포함한 사이버훈련으로 확장할 필요가 있다. 본고에서는 IT와 함께 OT 영역까지 사이버훈련을 수행할 수 있는 사이버훈련장 구축 연구를 소개한다. 본고에서는 OT 영역을 11개의 국가기반시설로 분류하였고, OT 사이버환경을 SW 기반으로 구축할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다. 제안된 사이버훈련장을 통해 IT와 OT 대상 사이버공격에 대한 사이버훈련을 수행할 수 있으며 사이버보안 역량을 강화할 수 있다.

Entrepreneurs' Competencies and Business Performance: A Meta-Analysis (창업가의 역량이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 메타분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical basis for future studies by systematically integrating existing empirical studies that examine the relationship between the entrepreneurs' competencies and business performance. As the results of empirical studies examining the relationship between the entrepreneurs' competencies and business performance are mixed, this study tries to derive different results from individual studies through meta-analysis into standardized statistics(effect sizes). To accomplish the purpose, this study developed hypotheses about the positive effects of the entrepreneurial competencies including opportunity recognition competency, managerial competency, technical-functional competency, strategic competency, and relationship competencies on the business performance through theoretical reviews of the literature. Also, this study conducted meta-analysis with 15 sample data using open source based statistical program 'R'. The results of this study are as follows. The opportunity recognition competency, managerial competency, technical-functional competency, strategic competency, and relationship competency were found to significantly affect financial business performance. Also, each of the factors had a moderate effect size on the performance. Among these competencies, the most effective factor was the strategic competency, followed by the opportunity recognition competency, technical-functional competency, and relationship competency. There is still no study using meta-analysis on the relationship between the entrepreneurs' competencies and business performance in South Korea. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to provide implications for developing the theoretical basis of future studies.

Suggesting a Model of Science Competency and Applying it to Science Curriculum (과학 역량 모델의 제안과 과학 교육과정에의 적용)

  • Although the 2015 revised science curriculum has newly introduced core science competencies, there are a lot of confusions and difficulties at the school sites because the concept of competence is not clear. In this study, we conducted literature analysis to understand what constitutes the components of science competence and how the components are related. Based on this analysis, a model of science competency, composed of six factors (non-cognitive characteristics, knowledge, skill, context, performance, level) was suggested. In addition, we have explored ways to utilize this science competency model to re-write the achievement criteria of current science curriculum as science learning objectives expressed in the form of science competency. Finally, advantages and limits of the model are discussed and related further researches are suggested.

The Impacts of R&D Capabilities of Small Companies on Organizational Competences and R&D Commercializing Performances (소기업의 R&D역량이 조직역량 및 R&D사업화에 미치는 영향)

  • Since R&D (Research and Development) of small companies is becoming more and more important, and government R&D grants are still increasing. This study aims to investigate the factors influencing R&D performance of small companies and necessary capabilities of them. Based on empirical study of 3,636 small companies which participated and completed government R&D grant project, technology innovation capability and technology commercializing capability of small companies are positively related with organizational competences, with moderating effects of entrepreneurship. In addition, their R&D capabilities are not significantly related with R&D commercializing performance directly, but mediated with organizational competences. The results of study suggest implications of measuring the R&D performance of small companies and government support policy with the importance of organizational competences as an intermediate variable of R&D performances.

Consulting Competence of IT Consultants: Perceptual Differences between IT Consultants and Business Clients (IT 컨설턴트의 컨설팅 역량: 컨설턴트와 고객의 인식 차이를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this research is to define the consulting competence of IT consultants and empirically analyze the perceptual differences between the IT consultant group and the client group. Based on the previous researches and the opinion of the actual IT consultants, the consulting capability model has been established, which consists of six categories and eighteen factors. Six categories are (1) IT domain expertise, (2) problem solving ability, (3) project management capability, (4) communication skills, (5) human relations skills, and (6) professional ethics and attitude. Two field surveys have been performed and the responses of 174 IT consultants 116 clients have been acquired. It is shown that the level of possessed proficiency of IT consulting capability is far lower than the level of the required proficiency. And there exist the perceptual difference between two responding groups with respect to the level required proficiency but no difference exists in terms of the level of possessed proficiency. The findings of this research can provide some useful information in order to fully understand the differences between the IT consultant group and the client group.

Exploring the Educational Needs of Learning Supporting Program on the Students' Perception of Current Competencies and Important Competencies (역량 인식을 통한 대학생 학습지원 프로그램의 교육요구도 탐색)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the educational needs of learning supporting program on the students' perception of current competencies and important competencies. The data was collected by using the online type (e-mail survey) and the offline type (printed survey) with survey instrument developed by researcher. Survey instrument was composed of 3 categories and 10 competencies. Collected data was analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 for Windows statistical package. And 159 cases were analyzed finally. The paired t-test was conducted to analyze the difference between importance-performance of students' competencies. The educational needs of learning supporting program were calculated by using the Borich's formula. The findings were as follows: The first, 3 categories and 10 competencies were significant difference exists statistically. The second, The high ranks of the educational needs of learning supporting program were 'Major field knowledge', followed by 'Creativity', 'Problem solving ability', 'Global capability', 'Technology capability' in sequence. The results of this study reflected the authentic needs of students will be used a basic data to establish the curriculum for learning supporting program.

Development of the Competency Model of Specialized Vocational High School Teachers as Admission Officers (특성화고 미래인재전형 담당교사들의 역량모델 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the competency model of specialized vocational school teachers as admission officers. Whereas professional admission officers deal with a variety of admission activities in universities, teachers are responsible for admission duties in specialized high schools in Korea. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the core competencies required for teachers responsible for admission duties in specialized high school settings. In order to develop a competency model, factor analysis was completed for the survey results of 191 teachers who teach in specialized vocational high schools in Seoul, Korea. For evaluating validity of the competency model, the responses from those who had high experiences in admission duties and the average teachers were compared. As a result, this study identified a total of 14 competencies in three competency areas. The competencies required for specialized high school teachers include responsibilities for admission officers, ethics for evaluators, communication skills, teamwork, understandings of admissions process for specialized vocational high school, developing evaluation criteria, generating interview questions, increasing interrater reliability, interview skills, simultaneous evaluation of interviewees, quantification of evaluation results, synthesis of evaluation results, and decision making skills.

Seismic Performance Evaluation of URM Buildings Using Capacity Spectrum Analysis (역량스펙트럼해석을 통한 조적조 건축물의 내진성능평가)

  • 본 논문에서는 국내 지진발생 시 비보강 조적조 건축물의 손상상태 예측 및 내진성능 평가를 위해 기존건축물을 대상으로 역량스펙트럼 해석을 수행하였다. 이는 지진피해를 보다 상세하게 예측하고 건축물의 거동을 파악하기 위한 방법으로 국내 설계 지진하중과 부재의 비선형 특성을 적용하여 해석을 수행하였으며 해석 결과는 구조물의 손상상태에 따라 Slight, Moderate, Extensive, Complete 등으로 구분하여 평가하였다. 그 결과 대부분의 건축물에서 약간의 구조적 피해(Slight)와 보통의 구조적 피해(Moderate) 정도로 나타났으며, 일부 건축물에서 심각한 구조적 피해(Extensive)가 발생하는 것으로 예측되었다. 이전 연구에서 비보강 조적조 건축물의 내진성능평가를 위해 구조내진판정지표를 사용하여 내진성능을 판정하였으며 대부분의 비보강 조적조 건축물이 내진성능을 만족하지 못하였다. 본 연구에서는 기존 건축물에 구조내진 판정지표를 적용하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 역량스펙트럼 해석을 함에 따라 보다 상세한 구조물의 피해정도를 예측할 수 있었다.

The Effects of Undergraduate Research Program on Convergence Competency, Major Satisfaction, and Academic Achievement (학부생연구프로그램 참여가 융합역량, 전공만족도, 학업성취도에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the undergraduate research program(URP) among Korean students. URP is frequently implemented in STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) majors, and this study tested whether the participation of URP was effective in convergence competency, major satisfaction, and academic achievement. Data were collected from 101 participants and 117 non-participants of URP at an A university. The research results showed that the mean scores of convergence competency, major satisfaction, and academic achievement of the URP participating group were significantly higher than those of the non-participating group.

Exploring Strategies for Enhancing Competitiveness of International Ship Supply Business at Busan Port Focusing on the Informatization Competencies- (부산항 국제 선용품 공급업 경쟁력 제고방안에 관한 탐색적 연구 : 정보화 역량을 중심으로)

  • The aim of this study is to analyze informatization competencies of the international ship supply companies at Busan port. This study comprehensively suggests certain issues attributed to the successful implementation of total information management system for ship supply. To achieve this objective, evaluation was undertaken based on the model of the National Competency Standards (NCS). This model consisted of three evaluation areas, including 20 items. Analysis of information competencies of ship supply companies was undertaken using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method. Survey data was collected from ship supply companies located in the ship supply center at Busan port. Results found that there were significant differences between importance and performance. In addition, overall informatization competency was very low. Thus, in order to ensure successful implementation of total information management system, re-education programs for ICT usage and dedicated support organization are necessary.
